that doesn't mean you'll be locked in a romance but it will come up in flavour text if you flirted with them! getting locked into a romance happens way later.

Love the update ! It was wonderful to go back to Emerson 💕 New Kid sleep walking is a great way to introduce their (possible) ptsd about what happened. I loved that their trauma is shown through various actions or descriptions (like their eyes or thing as simple as thinking about a car) but never directly adress. New Kid refuse to dive into thoughts or memories about THAT night. They want to annahilate any remembrance about it, but their body's reaction (and subconcious) betray them. Love how the silence is doing the talking! 💕

And OMG but New Kid's mom is ruthless lmao. If the story took place in another city then I would believe that she was just gifting Marie's mother a shoulder to cry on, but we're in Emerson bitches. We're literaly two second away from NK's mom voluntering them to go play the "big sibling" role to Marie's lil bro lmao.

Melbourne absolutely ended me. it was so good ! One of my favorite Tae x Dilara stories yet, actually. I loved the sweetness from the flashbacks, the angst, the drama and also how fun/sensual the skinny dipping part was. This relationship is giving me all the feels, although I can't help but despise V (+ Jennie, it takes 2 to cheat) and fall even more desperately for Lara... She's my favorite ! You're so talented, I'm literally dying to read the next chapter (almost cried when this one ended).

Ah, the flashbacks. Felt so cathartic to write the steady progression of how his view on their relationship kept changing, juxtaposed with the present day so I'm glad it came across. Tae is... not a lot of people's favourite right now and that's totally expected.

I would also leave subjective things like blame, etc upto the readers' interpretation and limits. But re: Jennie, I will say that I don't think she knew Taehyung was in a relationship. It would be super secret and she doesn't really know him that well. You could argue that she didn't ask him but he didn't volunteer the information either.

But bottom line is you love Dilara which is 😌 It's gonna be a while before the next chapter I'm afraid - need the other storyline to catch up, but I did post a TaexDilara prequel a short while ago, so enjoy!
