me: yeah idk im just like always tired and its hard to fall asleep at night and then wake up on time
my (old) doctor: okay so sometimes you just gotta force urself to wake up when u have to, and then by next bedtime you'll be able to sleep
me: *often wakes up at 7:30am and then falls asleep at 4:30am*
me: yeah..... not sure that theory checks out
#my new dr wants me to establish a healthy diet and exercise routine#which i definitely think will be good for me#but. i am. not capable.... of implementing such routines lmao#I've also been off my meds again for the last couple months#i left a message with the doc but no one ever got back to me#so now i have to call again but phone calls are so hard#and i still have to call my endo doc bc my T scrip never got processed#and my paranoia is playing that up like 'oooh maybe ur pharmacy is just being hella transphobic'#bc. theyre not the most friendly or efficient i find#plus the website blows. my scrips are supposed to refill automatically but. they dont.#so..... like i know i should just switch pharmacys again but its so annoying
