Actually, I wonder what his taste is in media visual arts is in general? I've always felt it needs to have some level of weirdness with a few psychological elements added, as a baseline. But I like how you interpret Ford and I'm trying to get there. I'm just stuck in mine for some reason.

i wish i knew more anime so i could answer that first part better tbh 💀 i think he'd enjoy voices of a distant star, mostly because it has a cool sci-fi concept and is very emotional (if you can look past the rather goofy ahh art sometimes)

for visual art in general? definitely he likes mindscrewy stuff. the wackier and wonkier, the better. as far as movies go i will Forever believe that ford would LOVE interstellar and nobody will ever change my mind on that.
