#once i have used my opportunity to practice patience. and been patient and charitable and direct and given the guy a chance to improve#then i can think about how to formally escalate. not until chance to improve has been given.#and i should not fixate on imaginary scenario in which i act on frustration without being considerate. i don't actually want to be mean#i just Do Not Understand - why does this guy think his work is good enough. if i were in his position i would - i would simply not be.#how has he managed to take something that could work with modifications#throw it away#then take like 6 months to make something that produced worse results. required more attention. and breaks all the time.#while ALSO.
