figured i'd give this a proper post on the main blog since i updated it

i made a game!! play it here for free!! put edgeworth as your name!!! or nothing at all!!!!!

it's a pretty silly and short story i worked on (with a little help from my friends for some stuff<3) for velox fabula's game jam!! it was made in ten days (sans the update... which i forgot to do until recently) and with the theme of unreliable narrator :)

"after much wait, your old friend from high school finally replies to your letter and agrees to meet you for coffee at the local bar! reconnect with him [in a very specific italian experience] and be besties again!! or don't!!!"

Un día me senté a hacer mis acuerdos, acuerdos que plantearía si alguna vez empezaba a escribir una historia con alguien <3.

No te faltaré al respeto a ti, a lo nuestro y a mí.

summary: maybe amane wouldn't have been forced to choose this path if you only had said something to her back then...

"i hate it when they say 'it'll all be okay'… they have no idea how it is…"

you still remembered those words amame had said once. she had mumbled them under her breath, barely audible. and yet, you had heard them. but you chose to ignore them. because you didn't know what to reply. how could you know what to say to that? no, instead you simply remained silent…

but now, you couldn't help but wish you had said something back then. now that you watch as amame is dragged away in handcuffs by ABIS agents, you can't help but feel like you could've prevented this. like you could've helped her, been her shoulder to cry on after her father's death. maybe she wouldn't have ended up killing her father's killer then. maybe she could've made peace with the situation.

if only you had been there for her. if only anyone would've been there for her. maybe she could've found a different path. maybe she wouldn't have been forced to choose this one…
