Because they have prior work commitments (retail/service can be hell this time of year).
Because they’re too busy with school work or exam prep.
Because they’re dealing with chronic conditions and illnesses.
Because they have poor mental health and want to prioritise that.
Have other personal priorities and commitments.
Because they have no ideas or are between projects.
Because they don’t have energy.
Because they just don’t bloody well want to thank you very much.
You aren’t any less valid as an artist/writer/creator, and can’t/shouldn’t be pressured into doing anything you don’t want to do or made to feel bad about it.

Hi there staff! I was wondering if you’d maybe consider adding in “reactions” to post the same way that some other social media sites have. Because whilst I know the little heart for “like” can be seen as tonally neutral, it does seem a little bit iffy when a notification comes up like “Tumblrina liked: ‘Blorbo from my shows died and I feel sad :(’” or whatever.
As opposed to maybe something like “Tumblrina reacted with [sad face]” or whatever in that context.

Song stuck in my head: My brain is being surprisingly quiet. I had plenty of songs stuck in my head earlier but none at the moment.
Last song I listened to: Ignoring that I listened to the radio last night and can't remember what the last song was, I'm going with what I listened to on Youtube beforehand, and that was SexyBack by Justin Timberlake.
Three favorite foods: Raspberry and/or cream cheese Danishes, toast with butter and honey, and some really tasty chicken parmesan.
Last thing I googled: "bsd official art chuuya holding q" because i was trying desperately to find that one image of Q on Chuuya's back where Kajii's trying to put a lemon in Q's hand. (didn't even end up finding it on google, i had to go to pinterest to search my boards T^T)
Dream trip: Japan. For their food, for the scenery, and for their urban architecture. I love their cities very much.
Something I want rn: I either want the warm embrace of a lover, or I want to be completely within the confines of my brain, not existing in the real world, just my own thoughts.

To my knowledge, there is no Sapphic September event going on this year. But, I still wanted to do something to commemorate the month. So, what I decided to do was re-render and/or update each of my pieces from last year, possibly with a few new pieces in the mix too! This is the first one - it's Signora comforting my self-insert, Alectra, after the in-game cutscene where she appeared to be killed by the Raiden Shogun. She obviously doesn't die in my version of events, because.. well, that would make me sad.

Here is the alternate version! It depicts Signora without her mask or gloves, showing how I headcanon her body to look underneath them. The burn scars on her arms are from her overexerting herself and taking on her Crimson Witch form during the boss fight you have against her in the game, which is what happens shortly before this render, while her missing eye is something I headcanon to be the case due to the fact that her model's face is not symmetrical. If you try and "give her back her missing eye" by putting it into her face texture, it doesn't actually fit on her model properly; therefore, I headcanon that she doesn't actually have an eye under her mask anymore. And she canonically loses her mask after being defeated by the Traveller because they pick it up, so.. that's also why I made this.

It's bad when you have to report bank cards as lost when you've lost your wallet but worse when you have to do it with dyscalculia.
Reported a card as lost through my online banking app and only took 5 clicks. Reported my travel money card as lost by having to call them up - bit of a pain, tbh - but it was a short and sweet phone call.
All fine and dandy til I had to report my work discount card as stolen - had to fight an IVR that wouldn't respond to me and ended up kicking me from the call, and then it made me key in my full 19 digit card number.
The card number, on their website, that's displayed in one big clump of numbers (1234567891234567890) instead of spacing it out (1234 5678 9123 4567 890) so that made it the most difficult one to do.
Remember when we talk about making things neurodivergent friendly, it's not just hashtags and "speak up if you're feeling sad", it's making processes like this more user-friendly as well.
Especially for stuff that's more urgent like a lost/stolen card that could result in financial harm if not dealt with quickly.
Also remember in a lot of these cases, people might not be in the best frame of mind.
They could be panicking because they can't find their card and wondering how they're going to be able to get necessities or pay for things like rent, etc. or in the worst case scenario they could be a victim of crime who's been mugged or defrauded and really not in the right headspace.
