I have a lot of scatterbrained design notes for each of them but generally I wanted them to look similar to their original designs but with different themes. I also imagine that they have the same inscribing tools as their original counterparts but just use them differently (i.e. Magnificus paints animals, Leshy takes pictures of people as they're dying/about to die, I'm not sure what the magic equivalent for P03 would be besides maybe a spellbook that copies the essence of things, and Grimora's quill would either "write" code or write directly onto the hardware of robots).

If it wasn't for the TMAGP ARG snippets I probably wouldn't be as obsessed about Sam but oh my goddd with what tiny we know about him I'm not over it. He's got a canon birthday (!!! He's 33 at the start of the show! It's p cool to know that tbh!) so we know when the Institute burned down, he was 9 year old. So at nine, maximum, he went through the Institute's child experiment. That's age he went through potentially a version of the Milgrim experiment! Mr. Spider whom, this child might have actively tortured someone because he was told to?? And that's probably the terrible event that was brought up in the interview but maybe it wasn't! Maybe it's something worse!! Oh no!!!
The guy scored the highest in empathy in the entire test group at 98% and now his job is experiencing other people's horrors like of course he can't help but look into them, of course he can't help but internalize them when Alice has warned him of what can happen, I'm so worried about this man!!!

the question is am I really just protagonist inclined, and I'm going to become deranged about Edgeworth once I play Investigations just like I am about Phoenix and Apollo?

The little imprint on Halsin's right arm above his other belt - likely just a model texture slip, or a little detail to suggest he was wearing two belts on the right as well at one point because they're perfectly straight and equal distance apart, varying levels of visible depending on the shot, like a pressure imprint mark. But he notably doesn't have a matching mark when he removes the belt on his other arm:
In that thread of musing, it looks a bit like a scar - older and more healed - so I'm going to HC it as one.
