MUN: Let’s see… I guess I’m pretty eclectic. I’ll listen to just about anything. Bit of Rock, bit of Electronic, bit of Classical, bit of Pop…

KOUNOSUKE: Oh, yes. J-pop is good.

MUN: I’m not that familiar with…

KOUNOSUKE: K-pop, too! I mean, the whole Idol culture I can take or leave, but there’s some really neat pieces, and…

MUN: Right. So, a little bit of everything?

KOUNOSUKE: Sure, for a little while. You know, whatever’s in.

MUN: Hmm… Don’t usually care much for flash-in-the-pan stuff. There’s something to be said for making a lasting impact, you know?

KOUNOSUKE: Oh, yeah. Like nostalgia value?

MUN: That, too, sometimes.

KOUNOSUKE: And meme value, of course!

MUN: That, I don’t care about.

KOUNOSUKE: No? That’s odd.

MUN: Sure. Hmm… how about out-of-the-way stuff? You know, like maybe Indie productions and all that?

KOUNOSUKE: Ah, yeah. That’s neat too. Like Shonen Knife? I dig that!

MUN: Oh, yeah. Uh. Didn’t know you were into Punk Rock.

KOUNOSUKE: That’s what Punk is? I thought it was just arty stuff.

MUN: …I think Kouya is face-palming right now.

KOUNOSUKE: Ooh, are you psychic? ‘cause I’m into that, too, a little!

MUN: Not exactly. Uh, how about Classical music? You know, instrumental.

KOUNOSUKE: Do old Famicom OST’s count?

MUN: Probably not.

KOUNOSUKE: Oh. I guess I don’t know much about that, then.

MUN: That’s fine. But then let’s just cut to the last part. I don’t know much about J- or K- Pop, but what little I’ve seen is pretty neat. I do like the way they juggle assorted influences…

KOUNOSUKE: I don’t know what that means. I just think they sound good.

MUN: I mean, you’re not wrong. Any thoughts on mine?

KOUNOSUKE: I think I’d like to try it. Do you think it’s available on Japan iTunes?

MUN: Probably not, but I’m pretty sure there’s other means.

KOUNOSUKE: There are? Like what?

MUN: …I’ll tell you about that later. Deal?

KOUNOSUKE: Deal!
