agere culture is when you have to learn how to play again because there was a time where you couldn’t.

"Excuses" that I've used for my Little Gear since becoming a Regressor:
Pacifier: It was a joke gift from a friend.
Teething Ring/Chewlery: It helps my anxiety. I have a habit of chewing my cheek. I like the sensation of biting.
Stuffies: I really like this character/animal.
Kids Toys: I used to have this toy when I was little. I used to love these toys as a kid. I've started collecting them.
Dips: I don't like stopping on long road trips. I get anxious about accidents when I get stuck in traffic.
Sippy Cup/Bottle: It's more fun to drink out of than regular cups.
Kids Coloring Books: They're more fun than adult coloring books. I really liked this show/character as a kid.
Baby Plates: It has my favorite childhood cartoon on it. I hate when my food touches.
Baby Foods: I wanted to try it. I loved these as a kid. I used to eat them from my younger sibling when they were babies.
Onesie PJs: I get really cold at night. I think it's cute on me. I love this pattern. It's comfortable.
Anything along the lines of "I thought it was cute/cool" or "I have younger siblings/cousins" also works too!
At the end of the day however, why you buy something shouldn't concern others as long as it's safe for you and makes you happy!

its okay to not have a caregiver. i understand it can get lonely, but theres lots of other lovely littles out there who would love to keep you company when youre feeling small- and even if there isnt, and even if its uncomfortable, it is best to try and keep yourself safe than to look for a caregiver any and everywhere, with the chance of getting yourself hurt.
theres nothing wrong with you.
you are a perfectly fine little one.
i love you and I hope youre keeping yourself safe

✿ 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬 ✿
Lay on your back, kick your feet and grab for your tiny toes.
Watch sensory videos on YouTube
Listen to Disney music
babbling to your favourite stufffies
Eat baby snacks like soft crisps/chips, mash potatoes and cut up fruits.
go to a park and get pushed on the swings or waited for at the end of the slide.
Listen to a bedtime story on Spotify or YouTube.
Snuggling up with all your stuffies and blankies and watching some comfort movies
sucking on your thumb/paci
Being a sleepy baby and cuddling and being clingy with everything
Remember, your regression doesn’t need to be all sunshine and rainbows, your still completely valid if it isn’t “stereotypical”!!

Agere Update/Journal Entry!
I have not been little in months due to being put in uncomfortable situations while in little space.
My room was searched a few months back in 2023 and my only adult pacifier was taken and was never brought up when I asked my mom is she took anything from my room. When I can get money from a holiday or put the money I've got onto my CashApp card I will 100% be buying a new one!
I'm also moving soon so buying things will be a lot easier! I think I'm going to try to regress soon, or at least participate in little space things to slowly ease myself back into that safe space.
Thanks for reading!!
