«────── « Everything I’ve Learnt During My First Term of Year Eleven » ──────»
So far in y11 I���ve had my mock exams but honestly not much else has happened. I haven’t posted on here because I haven’t had the time to put in the extra effort that it takes to write out posts etc HOWEVER I have been posting on my new studygram which I started November 3rd. It’s called @/gcserevisionquestions and I post daily on my story and a few times a week on my feed. Anyway, I’m just going to get into the list:
- Having clear goals and targets really helps to motivate you when you need to study for exams.
- A clean work space is necessary in order to study.
- Have a regular routine for when you get home and stick to it. As well as this, have a regular sleep schedule and try to go to sleep at the same time every night.
- Sometimes you need to just sit on your own and study even if all your friends are together if you know that it’s best for you..
- Writing out every topic that you need to learn is the best thing I’ve done this year because it helped me realise how much I need to learn and in this way I could organise my revision! (new post about that soon)
- Deactivating social media is so refreshing and better for you in the long run. I deactivated my personal ig account and now just run my studygram and I feel so much less pressure to post and I don’t worry about posting at all. My studygram is a fun hobby and I really enjoy posting on it.
- When it comes to outfits: comfort over other’s opinions.
- It all works out in the end and everything happens for a reason.
- Only you know what motivates you and inspires you as well as why you’re doing what you’re doing so don’t let other’s opinions interfere with your goals.
- Planning is essential.
- In class, don’t worry about being the only person listening or the only person who did the homework. Just give it your all and don’t worry about anybody else.
- I realised that I wasn’t even trying to be more confident in class - like I wasn’t even bothering to even consider putting up my hand so this is something I’m going to work on!
- Be nice to people for no reason (yeah still need to work on this :C )
- Eye. Contact. (Again, still working on this)
- If you want to revise at lunch time, then revise at lunch time. Don’t worry that people think you’re a nerd or something.
- Disappointing results don’t define you.
- I’m just going to say it louder, disappointing results don’t define you.
- If I think of more I’ll add them but for now this is it!

ralph, i had to come here right away to rant about the t shirt. i’m so disgusted. what is stopping harry from donating a lump sum of money to the WHO without first selling merch? or better yet, why isn’t he donating money to the millions of people now out of work? or paying for meals/housing for health care workers? or paying for people’s hospital bills? of course i know why but it’s still inconceivable to me.
as a follow up to my last rant, i feel i must also add that the shirt is just ugly. i know aesthetics are beside the point but it kills me that the design looks like it was made in 2 seconds on microsoft word

Thanks for coming here to rant! It is like terrible and also absurd and also just mindblowingly stupid.
I assume that Harry has donated some money to WHO (although questions about whether he’s paying the people who would have been working his tour seems more pertinent than ever). But it wouldn’t matter if he’d given his entire fortune to WHO - creating your own COVID-19 merch is a fucking terrible idea on every level.
In this case, including aesthetically.
