this island is by my dear dear friend @pocketclowns!! it was so much fun to explore. it really felt like i was actually visiting a little farming neighborhood on the outskirts of town, with quirky neighbors and all. it worked really well with the contrasting open spaces and crowded spaces. it was great :) definitely recommend you all take a visit!!

this isn’t early morning behavior, I just stayed up all night until the day reset 😃

thinking about how animal crossing is just so lovely . tom nook donating a large portion of his bells to charity literally all of kk slider's album money going to kids. characters that change as the games progress, lyle getting back on his feet, harriet living out on harv's island. the able sisters reuniting, working together, then parting ways again this time on better terms. lottie having her own business, lottie keeping photos of lyle and digby around in hhp. tortimer retiring happily n being an old goof. kap'n's lovely family. blathers rambling again in new horizons after he stopped in new leaf. brewster still loving gyroids, and the framed photos he has on the roost's walls. tom nook's relationship with timmy and tommy, how he took them in off the street, how he tries to be business minded with them to hide that he cares so, so much.

From homes to harbor, from beach to laggy beach, Honeysun is 100% decorated and finally updated!! (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ (villager + themed (n)pc homes included!!) northern hemisphere, set during late summer (づ￣ 3￣)づ

there are some accessories directly outside the plaza, and some souvenirs if you take the stairs to the right of the plaza! (+ more throughout the island!)

i don’t really have a recommended route for how to explore Honeysun, i always imagine starting at the airport but it’s up to you!

there are many ladders/vines set up on cliffs, my island is relatively easy to traverse (i gotta live here yk, but some areas are inaccessible, for ex: neighbor city) here are some inclines that might be easy to miss:

there are a few buried items, they are mostly fossils/gyroids that i left for the aesthetic, with the exception of lucky’s yard, which does have buried treasure (there are no pitfall seeds!!)

on that note, there is a shovel behind lucky’s house and a fishing rod in front of sparrow’s shack for prop purposes, or if u wanna dig stuff up (or break into the love garden mb? idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

there’s a portal in the black market that leads to some strange and spooky places (and dove’s spectral lawyers have advised me to say that it is the nature of portals to be unpredictable and it may take a while to see each of the three locations and then make it back out again, you know how it is w/ portals o(*￣▽￣*)ブ)

aaand i think that’s everything!! honeysun has been my one and only since 2020 i’ve got about 2k hours spent on her, not including the time ive spent on finch and dove’s accounts! She doesn’t rly have a strictly defined aesthetic, i mostly just wanted her to feel like a small town/cozy and close knit community that feels lived in! if you’ve read all this TY, ILY, n i hope u have a WONDERFUL day!!!
