Would even support you dropping school for your creative indevours, as long as you had a plan that is, he would even help you with building your portfolio, taking you to secretive spots of the underground where he knew there where blank walls.

The only thing he's not chill about boys, Can't have then over, Can't be dating round, can't go on dates, and if your gay, he would be so supportive, not only beascuse he's a decent person, but beacuse he dosen't have to worry about men anymore, infact he would brag about it to Jeff as a 'I don't have to worry about teen pregnancy, or dating bad men beacuse my daughters gay and your son inst HAHA'

Jeff: "And You're letting her drop out of colluge!?"

Aaron: "Listen man, school was never her thing and she's got real potentail in fashion...I think I don't know know shit about clothes"

Jeff: "Your her father, not her friend and your treating her like a friend! She need's someone to hold her down in education"

Aaron: "It Isn't working for her!"

Jeff: "You aren't pushing her enough!"

Aaron: "Listen Jeff, I'm going to support her fashion, and art or whatever she wants. baecuse she's a good kid, and she's good at what she dose, and besides she's pulling her weight, She's got a job"

Aaron: "So am I, but I think she could do great if I let her"

3. Pulls you out of burnout before it becomes all consuming. He comes home to find you embryoidng something at 1am, on your 6th coffee of the night, shaking a bit due to the energy, sourounded by the fabric and sparkles.

Aaron: "Ay, you okay?"

Y/n: "Yeah Yeah, I'm fine"

He looks round your room, consumed in mess and materials. He places a hand on your shoulder pulling you back a bit.

Aaron: "Okay, I think It's time you took a break yeah?"

Y/n: "No, I really need to finish this, if I don't now I never will"

Aaron: "How many coffee's have you had?"

Y/n: "I don't know, like 4 or 5"

He looked around and saw some cans aswell.

Aaron: "You have some energy drinks too?"

Y/n: "Maybe"

Aaron:"M'kay" He said as he removed your needle from your hand, pulling you up from your shoulder.

Aaron: "Lets get some food, yeah?"

Y/n: "...yeah"

4. Whenever Jeff and Aaron where having problems, you and Miles became the line of communication between the two sides of the family, and though you really didn't like it, becasue Jeff and Aaron were two grown men you would tolerate it, for your Dad, And for Miles who also agreed this whole thing was Mad, who grown men so petty they communicated through their children.

Now of course you two never liked this, and tried to express this to your Dad's, they never understood how straining it was for you and Miles to be messenger pigeons.

But Aaron loved you, and though he found it strange to express that to you verbally, he did, but he mainly showed you through buying you stuff, sometimes when he was gone for days at a time, he would just buy you loads of stuff, or taking you on shopping sprees in order to make it up to you, buying you makeup, clothing, fabric or art supplies, and though you liked the stuff, you needed a Father, and eventually he got the idea that him being present was more important the just lots of stuff.

And honestly, you were the only reason he left the Prolwer life behind, he was terrified if someone found out who he was, they would then come after you, so he abanonded the life, and actually stared a enginnering career, and it also only beacuse of you that Jeff and Aaron mildy reconnected, When Jeff found out your Mom was pregnant, only a few months behind Rio, he thought it would be good for the family to come back together for you two, thought that never really happened, it certianley helped, Jeff and Aaron would occesianlly chat, use thier children as messganger birds to insult each other, and would buy each other insulting gifts on christmas, for exsample last year, your Dad brought your Uncle Jeff a scale.

You and Miles where always close though, you were kinda like estranged siblings, and even when your Dad's where agruing, you wto would still text, call sometimes to give small upates on life, and would occesiannly see each other when ever Miles came round the house, were you'd find him just casullay sitting in your room waiting for you.

Actually, you and Miles didn't meet until you were 6, Rio had enough on waiting for Aaron to reach out, so one day she just turnded up at his door with Miles, she was furious he wasn't teaching you Spanish and you didn't even know who they were, you refused to let Miles play with your dolls beacuse he was a stranger, who was this kid? Just coming in your house, touching your stuff?

It took awhile for you to accept and understand the idea of cousin and Auntie, you thought she was just your Dad's friend with her son, but eventually when you stared going to Middle school together, you two actaully bonded.

And though you and Rio were close, you and Jeff never really clikced though you got on, You didn't like being in thier house, you flet like a ghost, and Uncle Jeff was always pestering you about school, and how you were doing even though he knew you had left to persue other things, he was trying to scare you back in, and you knew it was for good reason, he was worried you end up like Aaron, pre you and mess up your life, but you two were so distant, it felt like an intrusion.

Nonexistent. Jamie never knew their parents, having been abanonded at birth. Jamie has gone through a series of many emotions on the matter through out their life, from sadness to rage, to jealousy at others. But beyond all else there's a nagging question of why? Were they not good enough? Was there something wrong with them? Would things have been different?

(And for what I as the author know that Jamie does not, Jamies mother was a sex worker who of course couldnt keep the baby even if she wanted to. She did the best she could for the child- hoping to place them somewhere they would be found and hopefully be cared for

hi so it’s very important to me that you meet Falcon and Hawk, Gilan’s cats:

basically i headcanon that selethen, when he came to araluen for the royal wedding, gave gilan a cat when he left. and the cat came with a note, which told gilan to name the cat after something that reminded him of selethen, *cute and slightly blussing winky face*. but gilan was so in awe over the cat that he couldn’t come up with the perfect name, so he went to the one other person he knew who had had to name pets: will.

that was a mistake.

because, as we all (but gilan obviously does not) know, will is terribly at coming up with names and cannot be credited with the names of his own dogs. and so the cat was called “sand” for a while. it could’ve been worse, but, as jenny remarked to gilan, is that really the best thing to name the cat after?

it was indeed jenny who ended up suggesting the perfect name: hawk (because selethen’s nickname in nihon-ja was taka, get it?).

alas, hawk it is. hawk is orange and must have more than nine lives because there is no other way to explain how he is still alive. too many falling down... anything. hawk is also scared of mouses and birds and insects and would not survive a day in the wild. gilan is 99% sure that the one time hawk went into the woods he almost died, and that he was saved by another cat. hawk brought this cat home. gilan did not want to take the new cat in, initially, but at closer inspection realised that the cat must have been abanonded. its fur was dull, grey, and dirty. besides, hawk seemed absolutely and totally in love with the cat. so gilan welcomed it into his home and named him falcon.

hawk and falcon share one braincell. they like to cuddle, anywhere and everywhere. one time, gilan took off his cloak outside when it was warm, the cats fell asleep in it, and gilan couldn’t find them for hours. several tear-stained letters were sent and he almost declared a fief-wide emergency. ever since, gilan and the cats are even more inseparable.

gilan has even made a habit of bringing hawk and falcon to the gatherings. the first time, hawk decided to pick a fight with ebony (no one understood why). falcon made himself comfortable in the grass and watched. ebony fought back until hawk retreated. gilan complained that will’s dog bullied his cat. will countered that gilan’s cats were just too arrogant. and since rangers love a little drama, they began picking sides, and within a few minutes the entire corps was divided into cats and dogs teams. flashbacks to the great coffee debate were not uncommon. weapons were grabbed and threats were made but. but. then halt came in between his two apprentices and pointed a finger. turns out, falcon, hawk, and ebony had all fallen asleep on crowley’s lap. the gathering was saved.

this is not to say the cats do not annoy gilan, too. they have hissed at him for daring to pet them and have meowed at the most inconvenient times when they wanted attention. he has cursed at them several times already and undoubtedly will do so again. they also run away occassionally to convince townspeople to feed them and pee on gilan’s bed when they’re stressed out over bad weather. hawk especially gets stressed out when it’s pouring outside and will hide in the most unreachable places.

bonus: the only person that hawk and falcon like more than gilan, is david. they somehow and inexplicably despise selethen and gilan thinks it’s hilarious.

i haven’t watched genloss yet but from my previous knowledge the trailer looked interesting.

can you tell me what happened and why it didn’t work, plot holes, etc.

well there's a lot of directions i could go here so this probably is a read more moment. sorry if i miss anything yall there's so much to say. also don't let me dissuade you from watching it! some of it is pretty decent (personally i'm a fan of the first stream the most which i know is controversial, and the last 10 or so minutes of the last stream are solid besides the. well i'll get there) but people like charlie really carried it. anyways onto all the words

okay lets start with

the plot

so there are 3 streams - the spirit of the cabin, the mastermind of the warehouse, and the choice. roughly 4 and a half hours total.

spirit of the cabin has ranboo stuck in a cabin. ranboo wanders around a bit before charlie appears. charlie plays a slime character whos like. trapped him there (and i guess is the spirit of the cabin?). charlie forces ranboo to make a meal (with choices from the live audience) otherwise he'll get send to christian hell. ranboo microwaves the random chat choices and it turns into slime. charlie is enthused and doesn't kill ranboo.

after the meal, charlie disappears and ranboo wanders across the cabin into a weird dungeon-y storage room type place. there we find sneeg and a skeleton named frank locked in a cage. ranboo frees them after some more chat decisions. charlie comes back and goops sneeg; sneeg and ranboo have a chat-controlled fight scene that ends in sneeg becoming un-slimed.

they wander to the other side of the cabin and find a bedroom. they poke around a bit and ranboo elects to sleep while its implied sneeg is frozen there for 8 hours. during this time, charlie and his two minions mess around with a canvass behind the bed for. some reason. ranboo wakes up and after a bit more chatting, they cut the canvass to reveal charlie. another chat-controlled fight occurs and ranboo wins. ranboo gets kidnapped and the stream ends.

the mastermind of the warehouse starts where the last stream left off. tbh i don't remember this one quite as well so i might miss some stuff. ranboo is in a warehouse and chats with a mysterious guy on a tv and to get out of the room, he has to do operation on charlie, now a patient. neither recognize the other. ranboo gets out and ends up in a room with a carousel in it. on it are a variety of people (ethan nestor, austinshow, niki, frank, sneeg, and Some Guy i don't know). the figure from the tv comes back and takes off his face prosthetics, revealed as jerma. ranboo is tasked with picking one of these people to live. each plead their case and ranboo picks. uhhh. ngl i really don't remember. my memory is a bit hazy but the general formula is people keep joining the group and dying off. there's a mousetrap bit, a fashion show bit... idk you can tell where i stopped caring. the stream ends with all of the other people (including jerma) dead in some manner. ranboo is broken out of the "game" by a guy whos been popping up on screens every now and again. it is revealed ranboo is on a set in an abanonded mall.

the choice once again picks up where we left off, with ranboo in the mall. he runs around a while, spooky stuff happens with some showfall attendants, charlie is live and turns out to be a streamer in the mall and ranboo breaks him out of it. they both freak out and run around more. they find hetch and he dies. more running. sneeg is killed in the background by a freaky wire monster. charlie is killed by same wire monster. ranboo is captured somehow and wakes up tied to. well hes like tied to a cross basically and hetch is alive and also evil. chat chooses whether he lives or dies while ranboo begs to die. chat kills him and. stream end!

can you tell where i stopped caring as much

why it didn't work

well there's like. so many things to talk about. a lot of asks have talked about a lot of stuff better than i ever could but a short list includes

god the pacing on episode two was not good. they played mousetrap for like 20 minutes. it just felt like a drag for a lot of it

debate about how niki was the only woman who's gimmick was being happy all the time and the two poc were rats (all by their own choice but. questions)

the 18k box used to "kill" ranboo/budget in general

the creative anons talk about so many things including video, writing, improv, etc etc

ranboos acting was. not great a lot of the time. was he meant to be this awkward or was it just how he is.

feeling like it didn't live up to the vibes set up by the trailers

sorry the jesus symbolism at the end is so funny to me. like what was that

HE SUBMITTED IT FOR AN EMMY. BEFORE IT EVEN WENT LIVE

genuinely i could go on but just scroll through my blog a while, theres some pretty good anon asks that go into all of this more

honestly i cannot think of major plot holes at this moment?

@ghosthaunt, alden nods, thinking of all the people he met who had made this place their home since the beginning, watching as it evolved into something better and better. ❝ oh, yeah. y'know, the suttons were brought here immediately. got them and their son safe before things got too bad. the barrington house was a historic museum, FEMA opened it up to a safe zone. well, they abanonded it shortly after, but the people here, they still made it work. whole lotta people here who have been here the whole time. i s'pose i woulda been a lot better off had i found this place first, before i ended up where i did, but i got here eventually, huh? so, that's all that matters to me. ❞ he looks back at him, his head tilting to the side with curiosity. ❝ you run into many communities out there? know you were out there for a while --- guess i don't know how far ya traveled in the process. ❞ he's just a kid; maybe some other place would've taken him in ( or maybe it just took a special person to give him reason to come. ) he scoffs, waving him off. ❝ well, sure, but--- whatever it is you're lookin' for, i mean, surely that's gotta be worth it, huh? ❞

I was brought to Wales to visit extended family which was fun! Strange, but fun. I also went to a nice church ruin in Ireland way back at the beginning of the year which was kinda cool too, even though I'm kinda used to ruins in Ireland bc where my family lives there's a lot of abanonded towers & houses.

editing is objectively the worst part of filmmaking.

lately ive been feeling really conflicted. really guilty almost. before i delved into hellenismos, i was a jesus focused omnist. that changed when i began to feel distanced and almost abanonded by him, and god. i felt really hurt, really forlorn. i latched to the thing that made me feel more involved and gave me an outlet. and now, in a clearer mind, i feel deeply hurt by myself and the fact that by one instance i gave up on a deity who’s whole existence was to love and teach.

i find myself now at a crossroads, unable to understand if i can revere the greek pantheon and still have a place in my heart and practice for jesus.

this is a lot of rambling and so on, but it’s just causing me a lot of distress and i needed to vent.

|Send a ☀️ for my muse to talk about thier mother. Father response

Standing in the park at night just admiring how quiet it was Nina idly bounced the orange basketball up and down with her hand listening to it smack against the blacktop. It was a run-down park rusted metal that had replaced what was once bright vibrate painted poles of the swing set and playset. Not dangerous to play on just a park that wasn't high on the list of ones to have for upkeep. One swing out of the three was broken the chain had snapped and just left to hang. The ball was bounced once more bounced higher up so Nina could grab it and throw it at the hoop. The net had been long stolen years ago and the backboard was aged and covered in stickers and graffiti of anyone who could manage to reach the thing. Street lights had started to turn on along the side walks as Nina watched the ball sink into the hoop and bounce its way back to her. She knelt to to stop it as it rolled back to her. Head shoot up when hearing a women call out for her kid to come inside now and she watched a little girl in the yard just across the park gather up her things and trot up the stairs. She couldn't hear them from her she simply just imagied the conversation between them. Nina had no cule how a mom talked to her kid she figuered they were mean like the step mom in Cinderella in the least. Soon standing up as she glanced around seeing the same scene at a few other houses. She shifted the ball under her arm and decided it was time to head back in too.

It was such a random thing to come to mind just now as Nina was ildy dribbling a basketball in the court room of one of the gyms at the tower. metal hand couldn't feel the texture of the ball but she knew it well. Taking it between both her hands as she soon threw it at the ground for Brooklyn to try and catch. Snorting a bit when it fell out of her sister's hold. "Sorry sis" she said as she went to get it herself "Wasn't anything much like I said I lived all sorts of places." Nina nearly forgot what they had been talking about before as she strolled to where the ball had rolled away to. "sinc my ..eh theres not a nice word for this but parent wasn't in the picture. Either of em' but guess it left me always curious about what it be like to at least have a mom you know?" Nina offered up as she picked the ball up. "From what the case worker told me, the one who gave brith to me didn't want me." She tried to cover up the sting those words held "Charlotte, my case worker" Nina added in as she idly turned the ball in her hand making her way to the bench to sit down now.

"She wasn't like a mom to me she was just in charge of me, making sure I was behaving an' all. She saw me go through so many different homes. She was nice an all but eh" shurging her shoulders up as she started to toss the ball back and forth between her hands. It got quite once more. Nina didn't like talking about her past much she rather focus forward then dwell on what can't be changed now. Poor Nina the girl who was unwanted by her mother, and abanonded by her father. Least thats how it always came across to herself. Pathic.

"I always thought Peggy Carter was cool, I mean hard not to come across her name when you look up stuff on Captian America. I remember sitting in class the first time her name was mentioned and how sad I was we never heard more about her. Blame the school system for that you don't get much time for a unit and they cram so much in a lot gets left out." Holding the ball in one hand as she just waved that all off it wasn't her point right now.

"Meeting her in person though? I can kind of understand why pops stayed hooked on her ya know?" Smiling brighter now "I mean despite a lot she clearly knows how to stand firm on her stances and she dosent back down like at all. I dont think I've ever seen anyone talk to Tony like she dose or anyone loke okay yeah I ain't scared of people either but Peggy seems to know how to lole command someone's attetion and she just like earns it from the moment she speaks up. But she isn't just this serious stern person she's real down to earth. I aint never feel lole she's talkin' down to us. Like fair the rest have knows us since we were teens but Peggy despite us being younger doesn't base how she speaks towards us off our age." It was something easy to admire about the women “I know you and I got a whole world of difference on experiences but well..I never had someone to really kind of well seeing in hat kind of light. I mea from a” A loss for words? No Nina more just didn’t want to express what she was thinking it was hard to fess up to when she admired people. “Look it just growing up there was always this position in my life left empty not even an attempt of someone but getting to know her an how she’s coming into pop’s life and by extension ours maybe I finally have that?”

HAHAHAJDJSBFNSBF okay so basically (under cut cause I hate taking up peoples dash)

The maze was created as a way to test the abilities of Time Travelers. Near the beginning of the experiments with Time travelers Dream XD wasn’t exactly good at making them. It leaded to a lot of just straight up failed mutations and people kinda uh.. died.. a lot.

To prevent the number of people dying, the simulation was made to test only 1 advanced time traveler now. All other ‘testers’ you see are just clones of the old testers with memories of time travel erased. It’s why they can come back after death and also why they can just be killed at will (Mr.Cycle controls that)

The maze works on its own. It will continue to run simulations over and over every month or so, even if an actual time traveler does not come in. Theoretically, the maze can be beaten without a time traveler this way. It hasn’t tho. And never will.

Now- where does Mr.Cycle come in to this? Wellll XD kind of needed someone to look over the place, but it takes a lot of effort to create demigods and he already created 2 of them!! So it’s much easier to just.. take an existing person and give them immorality and a little bit of power. More cruel? Sure, but he isn’t a moral god anyway so who gives a shit.

Now if you want to somehow connect this to the SCU you can also just include the existence of a multiverse, in which XD took SCU!Slimecicle and made him into Mr.Cycle. I don’t have proper knowledge of the SCU however, this is just an idea I got from the one art piece I reblogged earlier and so it may ruck with pre-existing stuff in the SCU! Idk ^_^;;
