Jesse

Full name: Jesse Coleson Smith

Born and raised in San Francisco

Birthday: July 1

Age: 22

Height: 6’2

Only speaks English, but knows some German because of his grandmother.

Is learning Korean mainly because of Tae

Has an older sister (24)

Graduated high school early at age 17 which is also the age he had his kids.

Once he graduated early, he started going to art school.

Left art school to debut in 4*Town

Fears: hates snakes, and not knowing what is going on with his kids

Favorite food/snack(s): cheeseburgers, Oreos, kiwi, steak, MACAROONS, Hershey bars (with almonds), nachos, and etc.

Makes amazing burgers! He is very proud of his burger making skills “Yo Jess! Put some burgers on the grill!”

100% wears a “kiss the chef” apron for the shits and giggles

Cooking skills: 10/10

How scary when angry: 7/10 it truly depends on what happened to get a scary Jesse! He is the type to talked his anger out through gritted teeth

Speaks French, Haitian Creole, and English.

Mom: Haitian, Dad: from Lyon, France

A younger brother (16), and a older brother (23)

Fears: he thinks he will never find actual love and trypophobia

Favorite food/snack(s): chicken Alfredo/shrimp Alfredo, COOKIES, peaches, hibachi, Red velvet cake, snickers, Reeses, and etc.

There is not a day when Ro doesn’t say “can we go get some cookies or something”

Makes a great variety of pastas.

Will make a small dish of spaghetti ever now and then because T lovessss spaghetti “Ro! Hey Ro! My favorite homie! Did you know you’re like the best in the group!!” “Yeahhh mhmm, what do you want from me?” “……..Can you make me spaghetti”

Full name: Aaron Diego Alejandro Juan Torrez

Born in New Jersey (had a big fight deciding on choosing either Arizona, Miami, or The Bronx)

Moved to Florida when he was 7, but moved back to Jersey at 10.

Birthday: October 30

Age: 19

Height: 5’11

Loves holding that he is two months older over Zs head

Speaks Spanish and English

Mom: Colombian Dad: Mexican

Has a twin younger sister and brother (17) and two older sisters (23) and (25)

Fears: he is afraid of losing memories and what lurks in the dark.

Favorite food/snack(s): SPAGHETTI, pocky, twizzlers, mangoes, kit-kats, Takis, s’mores, beef jerky, honey buns (specifically the big ones from like vending machines not little debbie)

Will go to the gas station at anytime to get a bag of takis

Cooking skill 9/10 is actually a really great cook if he doesn’t make a mistake and causes a fire!

Can make a variety of great Hispanic dishes that he mainly learned from his momma and some his dad

The members was scared when it was T’s turn to cook for the first time, but that quickly vanished when they saw how good he actually is, “wow… this actually looks good”, “damn T I am impressed”, “whoaaaa this actually taste good”, “you sure you didn’t buy takeout and set it up nicely?”

How scary when angry: 9/10 now I see T as a guy who does not like confrontation or any negative conflict that comes!! However, hitting the wrong buttons you will get a smart mouth T especially when it comes to ignorant interviewers! When T is angry he switches languages every second and the words are never kind. He sometimes gets the “I am pissed” tears running down, so yeah he mad mad

Fears: The Ocean. Don’t get confused the boy loves the beach and swimming! He just thinks about how no one really knows much about the ocean and what’s truly in it and the fact on how deep it goes.

Favorite food/snack(s): Seafood Boil, PANCAKES, Cap’n Crunch, Slim Jim’s, Gatorades, chocolate milk, Takis, BBQ chips, granola bars, hi-chews, and etc

He lovesss a good seasoned seafood boil!! He has expensive but good taste 😌

Now Z can grill like a boss, similar to Jesse but more on the other meats than burgers. Can make amazing lo mein, fried rice, egg rolls, etc, He can cook seafood, but he doesn’t cook often so that’s why it’s a 7.5. “Z…” “no” “wait Please” “what” “I just wanted some egg rolls 🥹” “ you know how to make them too bruh” “please” “…fine”

Height 5’10 (he will be 6’0 when he is 21)

Tae is an uncle because his brother has a 3 year old son

Use to call the other members hyung a lot by accident when they first met, but they gotten use to it so he sometimes still does it (hyung is what a younger male would call an older male who’s either is his actual brother or is like his brother (as in close friends).

How scary when angry: 11/10 Please do not underestimate the youngest! He will tell someone off in a hot minute and keep a grudge until he feels like it (only if you really did him dirty). Yes he is a very sweet boy but making him mad is not something to play with because he will mean every word he says! Don’t test his patience he has a 3 strike warning.

Road Rage: 7.5 he is quite the shit talker! “I will run over you”. “널 때리는 걸 망설이지 않을 거야, 멍청아.” “THE LIGHT IS GREEN WOMAN”. “바보”

Writing - Character Intros - Other Stuff

Summary/Blurb: Tamril has always been a little bit alone. A shadow, sort of following whoever will protect him around, he eventually manages to find himself in the McLeod’s home, or rather, mansion. It’s a veritable center of politics, business, and drama, and his two saviors, Cyan and Carter, are right in the middle of it all. Can Tamril navigate this strange new world, step out of the shadows, and find himself amidst the chaos?

Content Warnings (CW):

I would like to start off by stating I felt these were very important things to CW since these are all very real things that happened/still happen but I am not very knowledgeable about some of these topics so I apologize for my ignorance! As a bipoc person who is very white-passing and was shielded from these things by my white mother, I apologize if I handle any of these topics poorly. I am very open to any feedback so please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Racism, mentions of slavery, and something slavery-esque? This world has two main races - humans and demons. And just like our world, holds a lot of racism. Specifically towards the demons. While slavery isn’t legal in a majority of the locations in Foray, it will be mentioned. This world also deals with Charges (a person or thing entrusted to the care of someone else) and in the context of Foray - is Humans taking on Demon charges. Those who take on charges namely do it to protect demons they are close to but unfortunately, there are those who abuse the system.

Tattoos that could be seen as branding? This world is one of magic - and uses tattoos as a way to form/show bonds. The people in this world use them to show relationships - whether that be who you are related to, who you are married to, who you are close to (found family) or in the case of why this is a CW - Humans and Demons getting matching tattoos to show whose charge you are. I would like to state though that both parties are getting these tattoos and that there are laws (though people do find loopholes) around the age of consent and that both parties need to agree to getting them.

Something akin to sun-down towns? So. They are sun-down towns. In less populated areas some of the towns refuse to service/help/house demons. They aren’t mentioned often after the first few chapters - but they do exist in this world.

Less jarring CWs: fantasy violence, mention of sex/sexual themes, suicidality, alcohol, PTSD and related symptoms, etc…(more will probably be added)

The Characters (this one has so many I apologize):

Tamril Dawnstar - Our unfortunate MC who just wants a nap. A 16-year-old kid *cough* demon *cough* whose been tossed around from caretaker to caretaker cause his sister is off doing who-knows-what and he eventually fell into the care of the McLeod brothers.

Cyan McLeod - Oldest of the main group, at the ripe old age of 26. Depressed alcoholic who is a bit (very) eccentric - and also the heir to a multi-billion dollar company? Or at least the equivalent of that in this world.

Aaron Tyr - The 19-year-old half-demon under Cyan’s care. Used to be a prostitute until he tried to seduce Cyan and Cyan was just like “You are wayyyy too young - but I can offer you something more stable?”.

Carter Klassen/McLeod - 20-year-old adoptive sibling to Cyan. Comes across as rude but it’s cause he’s an awkward fuck who has zero social skills (Has he been with the McLeod’s since he was 7? Yes. Has he learned anything? No)

Cecelia “Cici” - Previous caretaker to Tamril, but currently lives in this world’s equivalent of a sun-down town (she doesn’t like it, but she’s a traveling apothecary and this town needed help). Pops in often to check up on Tamril (no one knows how seeing as she lives days away - maybe it has to do with the fact she’s demon-touched?). 24 years old. Has vitiligo.

Iva - Cici’s lifelong partner! She tends to be the type to overwork herself helping whatever town she and Cici live in. Doesn’t talk much, mostly because she’s just very tired. 25 years old.

Vidalia “Prince” DeStone - Royalty–a demon-touched enby who is paralyzed from the waist down. They work to advocate for demons and those touched by them, and don’t take anyone’s shit. Especially not Cyan’s. 23 years old.

Vu - Prince’s personal guard and lifelong partner. She is from a demonic race similar to orcs, making her larger in stature and very strong. 23 years old.

Serrure - A blind man who can see visions of the future. He comes from an island of people like him, but as it is, he’s isolated. He is devoted to Mina, for better or worse (mostly worse). 22 years old.

Mina - A woman with no care for others, actively enjoying causing chaos and ruin in the lives of others. Cyan is her favorite target. 25 years old.

Sterling McLeod - Cyan’s, and by extension, Carter’s, cousin. He was supposed to be the heir, but decided to follow his passion for medicine and become a doctor instead. He works within the McLeod estate. 27 years old.

Lakita Wafalls - Cyan’s ex-fiancee who never got over the breakup. Currently, she also wants to ruin Cyan in a desperate bid for attention. 25 years old.

ART NOTES THREE SHOWS UNDER ONE ROOF

There were days in my childhood when rumors of the circus coming to town offered relief from the heat and stillness of summer. Instead of a circus this week, Athens has AthFest 2005. And in conjunction with AthFest, the Lyndon House Arts Center has art to turn your head. With three shows under one roof, there is something for everyone:

Headspinning: Discover “Headspinning: Inspiration from the Canvas to the Album Cover.” This exhibit offers the chance to see the art that inspired album covers. See the drawing from Randy Bewiey’s sketchbook that became the cover of Pylon’s Gyrate, and the trestles from the cover of R.E.M’s Murmur, and Chris Bilheimer’s many Polaroids that became covers for R.E.M., Green Day, Mendoza Line, Toadies and Ben Mize. There are works in the exhibit that hold much more interest than the familiar album cover, such as two of Terry Rowlett’s paintings. A tiny image on the cover of Five Eight’s The Good Nurse, Rowlett’s painting of a nurse holding flowers, standing in a serene Tuscan landscape, is actually large-scale. The detail of the painting is much more satisfying than the cover suggests. Rowlett’s painting on the cover of Kevin Kinney’s Sun Tangled Angel Revival is divided in half. In the painting, baby Jesus (with a cowboy hat) and Mary float above an old Chevy in a Jerusalem- meets-Arizona landscape. On the album cover, the virgin and child are on one side while the Chevy is on the other. On Elf Power's Creatures, Laura Carter's collage appears polished and seamless; but the original is delicate, vulnerable and obviously labored over by hand. A simple pencil drawing by Stephanie Dotson became the cover of the Phosphorescent album. This cover shows how something raw can be manipulated into a finished product. Other highlights from the exhibit include John Hawkins’ “A Young Professional,” from No Time by The Squalls; the R.A. Miller painting that became part of an Elf Power cover, Andy Cherewick’s painting found on the cover of Dream in Sound, and “Heckatie” by Jeff Owens found on a Drive-By Truckers cover. “Headspinning” will be up through Aug. 6.

Loved Ones and Marshmallows: Sunny Taylor has has developed a skillful approach to classical figure painting. Her paintings stand out as misplaced relics from Madrid's Prado Museum. Only recognizing the subjects of the paintings gives away the third millennium as the date of completion. “Robee and Julian,” is a double portrait which shows the two Athens residents who were Music Tapes wearing marching band jackets. A larger-than-life portrait of Jeff Mangum includes the drawings of little creatures always found on his pants; and, his loud laugh can be heard in the smile Taylor has painted on his face. The love the artist has for her subjects can be seen in these paintings, as well as in the portraits of her sister Astra. Two paintings have a slightly more powerful edge about them. Both “Jolly Jumper” and “Butterfly” are self-portraits painted from childhood photographs. These paintings show a bold melancholy, and an intense attention to detail. The lace on the gown of the baby in “Jolly Jumper” involves an incredible manipulation of paint. “Butterfly” combines the creature of freedom and flight with the look of a frustrated child. Michael Lachowski’s work consists of bold, gestural drawings and fashion photographs. Check out last week's Flagpole on-line at www.flagpole.com for more details on his work. This show runs through Aug. 6.

Golden Threads: The 50th Anniversary of the Chattahoochee Handweavers Guild is marked with the Biennial Southeast Regional Juried Show titled “Golden Threads: Connecting Innovation and Tradition.” The exhibit includes works as diverse as Pat Stettler’s wildly-patterned colorful fabric piece, to Linda Harshbarger’s delicate design and subtle colors. Aaron McIntosh from Smithville, TN, has created a fanciful composition with fiber in which an abstracted road, with dashed yellow lines, leads to a castle with smoke-stacks. Another unique piece is by Jeana Eve Klein from Boone, NC, titled “How to Build a Clique; it uses three dimensions to add interest to the figures and diagrams in the composition. Among the highlights of the exhibit are three large city-scapes by Elizabeth Barton, who is from Athens. The Chattahoochee Handweavers Guild has grown out of a group of five Atlanta women who, in 1955, shared an interest in weaving. The guild has remained flexible and has evolved into a contemporary entity. “Golden Threads” is up until July 15.

Some Nostalgic Baking

Chocolate chip banana bread has been a staple amongst the family since I was a child due to the number of bakers we have. The scent of the slightly sweet yet yeasty smells evokes a type of nostalgia from childhood, effectively thrusting me back to a time where my fleecy, off-white coloured Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pyjamas were still an option for me. “Where’s your apron Reesie?” I asked as I pulled her usual stool up to the countertop. “Mommy,” she said. “Mommy has your apron? Why does Mommy have your apron?” I questioned her. “It’s in the dryer,” her mother softly yelled from the study. With the apron on the monster, magenta coloured bowls on the counter, and all the ingredients at our grasp, I asked Reesie, “You ready for this one, goob?” “Oh Daddy,” she snaps back.

Picking up the blackened bananas and handing them to Reese, her confusion as to why they were mushy and not their regular bright yellow colour was evident through her head tilting to one side, along with her momentary frowning facial features. Slitting the top of the soft banana’s neck with a stainless-steel butter knife to easily access its gooey pulp, I offered them to Reese. She was of course still befuddled and somewhat disgusted from the fermenting fruit. “Peel them sweetpea,” I said as I measured the butter for her to pop into her trusty microwave once she had finished with the bananas. Reese held the masher in her tiny hand, ready to shove the stain-steel meshed head into the bowl of mangled bananas. She was quite successful, taking her pride with her all the way to the microwave with the measuring cup of butter in her hand.

“Carter, Daddy. Carter,” she said as we poured the silky white flour into the bowl of what looked like something she would make out of hand soap and toothpaste in the bathroom sink. Her mother’s affinity for Aaron Carter and his unfortunate passing meant his song catalog had been playing for the majority of the day. She’s still requesting Aaron Carter as of this posting. After she dumped both the crystally sugar and salt, the dark and aromatic vanilla extract, and the alkalotic baking soda, she went to town on the mixture, stirring it with every ounce of endurance she had in her little fair skinned arm. The final step was then to wrestle the milk chocolate chips away from the gremlin, or at the very least, get her to share some with the batter. Three quarters of a cup into the mixture and now we’re tasked with scooping out the batter into the dark grey aluminum bread loaf pan. After Reese sprayed the pan (and after I wiped it out because of all the excess), I held the bowl while she used her bamboo stir stick to pour it out into the pan. Her movements are becoming more calculated, leading me to be hopeful for the double layer princess cake we’re making soon. Off to the oven we go!

Tick, tock, tick, tock. Reesie checked on the mixture roughly every 10 times during the bread’s 50-minute bake time. The sight of a pacing 2-year-old waiting for food was something akin to watching Dennis the Menace. She’s definitely a gremlin. She decided she needed her rainbow-coloured Crocs on her feet to make the pacing more comfortable. “You wanna check on the bread, love?” I asked as I held out a smooth toothpick. The classical alarm clock sound rung out as I grabbed the new floral baking glove we picked up during the previous day. She exhibited a certain conciseness in ensuring the wooden splinter went in and out as smooth as possible. No residue on the pick means we’re good to go. The smell of it most certainly took me back to simpler times, though the little monster in front of me ensures my continuous stationary status. After 15 minutes of letting our banana bread cool off, we dove in. It was exquisite; light banana taste with a hint of cream and sugar along with the melty dark brown chocolate chips throughout. I had to cut Reesie off, especially given the fact bedtime was in 30 minutes at that time (sugar highs are real!). I’ve come to realize this routine may have to transcend the required blog duration and reach further into the future due to the joy it puts on her face.

Of course, the world's first punk band takes up a good chunk of the soundtrack (and even more are used in the film itself), opening with the titular " Rock 'N' Roll High School" and weaving through a then-modern slate of heavy hitters like Devo, Nick Lowe, Todd Rundgren, and Alice Cooper. Soles) absolutely MUST meet them - which she does, the Ramones become honorary students, and they all burn down the bad school together. But focus they will NOT, because the Ramones are coming to town and number one Ramones fan Riff Randell (played by P. The teens of the so-called Rock 'n' Roll High School simply cannot get enough of that pesky rock 'n' roll! Naturally, the 1979 movie's soundtrack leans heavily on the genre - and, more specifically, rock songs about going to school - to set the tone of the rollicking story about a stuffy principal coming to town to get these kids to stop caring about silly music so much and focus on their studies. And, as weird as this may sound the Shrek 2 soundtrack was arguably just as good, introducing kids everywhere to Pete Yorn, Tom Waits, and Nick Cave. The only real stinker is " Like Wow!" a bubblegum pop selection from Leslie Carter, sister of Aaron and Nick. (Suck it, The O.C.) The track listing bounces around from " All Star" to deeper cuts like Eels' " My Beloved Monster" and a genuinely lovely cover of " You Belong to Me" by Lifehouse's Jason Wade. Shrek both makes fun of classic Disney musicals and operates like a musical itself, using propulsive cues throughout its running time, all the way from those opening Smash Mouth chords to the use of Rufus Wainwright's version of " Hallelujah" before it was everywhere. Is the Shrek soundtrack a masterpiece or an abomination? Whether the sounds of "somebody once told me the world is going to roll me" make you scream with delight or shudder, it's impossible to deny that the creators of this juggernaut were onto something when they decided to mix boomer and Gen X musical sensibilities, and then market it to tweenage millennials.

My Thoughts On Gillingham 1-2 Portsmouth - Pre-Season Friendly - 2022 / 2023 Season

GILLINGHAM 1-2 PORTSMOUTH - Gillingham lost 2-1 against Portsmouth at Priestfield Stadium On Saturday With Connor Ogilvie scoring a last minute winner which took the shine off a very encouraging performance from Gillingham against Portsmouth, Last Season, Gillingham and Portsmouth were in the same division In League One, but this season see’s Gillingham prepare for The 2022 / 2023 Season In League Two, and maybe the slight difference in quality between both sides was the difference at the full time whistle.

Gillingham Lined Up As Follows Against Portsmouth… Jake Turner, Cheye Alexandra, Will Wright, Elkan Baggott, David Tutonda, Stuart O’Keefe, Shaun Williams, Jordan Green, Olly Lee, Scott Kashket, Joseph Gbode Substitutes: Taite Holtam (GK), Freddie Carter, Alex Giles, Bailey Akehurst, Dominic Jefferies, Ben Reeves, Alex MacDonald, Matty Macarthur and Mikael Mandron - Will Wright has to play slightly out of position at Centre Back because Max Ehmer is out injured and Gillingham do need to sign another centre back to greatly strengthen this area of the pitch, It was interesting to see Taite Holtam named on the substitutes bench for Gillingham V Portsmouth, Because I would have thought we would have seen Taite Holtam start for Gillingham against Ramsgate, Because Gillingham sent A XI Side down to Ramsgate on the same-day as Gillingham V Portsmouth, And I was wondering who was in goal for Gillingham against Ramsgate seeing as Taite Holtam was named on the bench for Gillingham V Portsmouth ???

Portsmouth name former Gillingham Players Connor Ogilvie and Joe Pigott in there starting line up and Marlon Pack, Louis Thompson, Ronan Curtis, Reeco Hackett also all start for Portsmouth, this is a really good Portsmouth Side who look like they are also missing a few players either because Portsmouth had a first team fixture the night before, or, there are a few players who are given a rest or injured, Because Portsmouth will clearly have the depth in there squad to have a first team squad of twenty three, or twenty five quality first team players, and Manager’s are going to want to carry much bigger first team squads for this coming season with the implementation of five substitutes, which is going to be a huge game changer in the changes manager’s can make either looking to turn a loss into a draw, or a draw into a win, substituting players on yellow cards and maybe even being a rare position where you are winning 4-0, and first team players can be substituted with twenty minutes to go and fringe squad players can come on so that the crucial first team players can be given a rare rest.

FIRST HALF:

The first noteworthy moment of the match see’s Connor Ogilvie’s long ball down the line headed clear and out of play by Will Wright at the expense of conceding a throw on, Will Wright has to play at Centre Back because Max Ehmer is unavailable because of injury and Gillingham really do need to strengthen our defensive options before the start of the season, Aaron Pierre who used to play for Shrewsbury Town is one player linked with a move to Gillingham, and maybe Gillingham will look to sign another centre back on loan, But this is one of many positions where Gillingham do need to strengthen and Neil Harris still has a lot of work to do to strengthen Gillingham’s Squad In The Transfer Market.

Jordan Green makes a very encouraging run for Gillingham down the right side of the pitch, And Jordan Green’s driven effort towards goal is charged down by A Portsmouth Player at the expense of conceding a corner kick, and from the resulting corner kick, Olly Lee whips in a dangerous in-swinging cross towards the far post and Elkan Baggott cannot get on to the end of that cross from Olly Lee and the ball goes out of play for A Portsmouth Goal-Kick.

Olly Lee almost picks out Jordan Green with a threaded through-pass and Clark Robertson makes a crucial interception and Olly Lee is performing much better for Gillingham when he is playing higher up the pitch and closer to the striker, and when you got someone with pace in Jordan Green, It gives Olly Lee the option to try and thread through these passes, and Gillingham couldn’t do that last season with the personal Gills had available for selection, It was very much get the ball forward early to Vadaine Oliver and try and win the second ball, which is a style of play that worked very successfully for Gillingham in The 2020 / 2021 Season, But last season, just saw a combination of different factors contributed to Gillingham being relegated into League Two on the final day of The 2021 / 2022 Season.

Joseph Gbode gets stuck into a challenge on Goalkeeper Josh Griffiths outside of his own penalty area, and that challenge from Joseph Gbode see’s The Seventeen Year Old Striker penalised for a foul, and moments later, Olly Lee’s pass was going to pick out Jordan Green down the right flank, And Jordan Green was fouled off the ball, and no free kick was awarded in Gillingham’s Favour, And David Tutonda was penalised for a foul on Reeco Hackett in Gillingham’s Final Third, And Portsmouth have been awarded a free kick in a promising position on the pitch, thankfully, Portsmouth do not create a clear cut goal-scoring opportunity from the resulting free kick, but that set play was a reminder that the visitor’s are the side playing in the higher division, and we saw from both matches against Portsmouth Last Season that Portsmouth have got the quality players and the creative players who can hurt Gillingham if we give those players the opportunities to cause Gillingham problems in our own final third.

Eleven Minutes Into The Match, And Olly Lee’s Shot Towards Goal Is Saved By Portsmouth Goalkeeper Josh Griffiths and Joseph Gbode was flagged for offside as he reacted to the second ball, Portsmouth try to make something happen when Zak Swanson manages to switch play with a diagonal cross-field cross, and although Connor Ogilvie stops the cross going out of play for a throw on, Connor Ogilvie’s header down the line goes out of play for A Gillingham Goal-Kick.

Scott Kashket was OK to continue playing for Gillingham, and after players from both sides had a much needed drinks break, when play resumed, Joe Pigott’s cross from a wide angle is over-hit and the ball runs out of play for A Gillingham Goal-Kick, And it is from the resulting goal-kick where Portsmouth manage to open the scoring, Jake Turner passes the ball short to Elkan Baggott, And Elkan Baggott takes a touch to control the ball before looking to pass the ball through to Shaun Williams in midfield, And Michael Jacobs manages to nip in there to intercept the ball, And Michael Jacobs takes a touch to control the ball before threading a through-ball through to Reeco Hackett, And Reeco Hackett takes one touch to control the ball and another touch to cooly place the ball past the advancing Jake Turner to give Portsmouth the lead - GILLINGHAM 0-1 PORTSMOUTH.

Could Elkan Baggott have done more to prevent Reeco Hackett from getting that shot off on goal ??? - possibly, But what has been more concerning is this is another error from Elkan Baggott which has seen the opposition open the scoring, Dover Athletic the previous Saturday and Portsmouth at home and it is clear for all to see that Elkan Baggott has a lot of potential and ability and to get ten international caps for Indonesia shows that the young centre back has ability, but Elkan Baggott is going to have to learn quickly that he is not going to have as much time on the ball compared to Development Squad or Reserve Team Football At Ipswich Town, It also has to be mentioned that goal came a few minutes after the drinks break and stoppage for Scott Ksshket’s Injury, So Gillingham were not exactly switched on when play resumed, even though Gillingham should have been switched on.

David Tutonda managed to win a throw on for Gillingham in Portsmouth’s Final Third, And Gillingham were taking throw on’s short when we have been so used to seeing Ryan Jackson, Robbie McKenzie or Connor Ogilvie - when he used to play for Gills - hurl long throws into the opposition’s penalty area, and whenever Gillingham won throw on’s in the opposition’s final third throughout all of our games against Folkestone Invicta, Dover Athletic and now against Portsmouth, Gillingham were opting to throw the ball short, And this is something different we are seeing from Gillingham during pre-season.

A Succession of throw on’s for either side was breaking down the pace and tempo of the game, Stuart O’Keefe was penalised for a foul in the middle if midfield, And Jake Turner does well to save a dangerous low cross from Ronan Curtis after thirty five minutes, And A Minute Later, Jordan Green is fouled twice in quick succession and Gillingham have been awarded two free kick’s in the final third down The Medway Stand Side Of The Pitch, And from the resulting free kick, Will Wright whips in a dangerous in-swinging cross which is headed partially clear and away from goal and David Tutonda is on to the loose ball roughly thirty five yards from goal, And David Tutonda takes a touch to control the ball before turning back on himself to retain possession of the ball, And David Tutonda passes the ball back to Cheye Alexandra, And Cheye Alexandra takes a touch to control the ball before passing the ball down the line towards Jordan Green, And Jordan Green takes a touch to control the ball before evading one challenge and running inside Portsmouth’s Penalty Area in possession of the ball and Louis Thompson challenges Jordan Green inside the penalty area with a robust but well timed challenge and Connor Ogilvie clears the ball away from danger, however, Jordan Green is down injured and requires treatment, and I mentioned to Diane that if there are any concerns then Gillingham should substitute Jordan Green, no point risking Jordan Green for a pre-season friendly when the league season starts in two weeks time, thankfully, Jordan Green was back up on his feat and OK to continue playing.

Forty One Minutes Into The Match, And Stuart O’Keefe is fouled and Gillingham have been awarded a free kick, and from the resulting free kick, Shaun Williams passes the ball forwards towards Scott Kashket, And Scott Kashket takes a few touches in possession of the ball before passing the ball centrally towards Olly Lee on the edge of Portsmouth’s Penalty Area, And Olly Lee flicks the ball through to Jordan Green who has ran in and behind Connor Ogilvie and through on goal, And Jordan Green’s low shot across the face of goal has beaten Josh Griffiths, but Jordan Green’s low effort across the face of goal goes just wide of the far left post - And that was the chance for Gillingham to score the equaliser just before half time.

Portsmouth are then penalised for two fouls in quick succession with Stuart O’Keefe and Jordan Green respectively being the two players fouled, And from the second free kick, Joseph Gbode is penalised for fouling A Portsmouth Player In Portsmouth’s Final Third and that free kick just relieves the pressure building on Portsmouth over the past five minutes - Joseph Gbode likes to get stuck in, and that effort and enthusiasm has to be applauded.

And the final noteworthy moment of the first half see’s Joseph Gbode chase a long ball down the channel and force Zak Swanson to kick the ball clear into The Gordon Road Stand at the expense of conceding a throw on, and from the resulting throw, David Tutonda throws the ball short to Joseph Gbode, who takes one touch to control the ball, and another touch to lay the ball off to Scott Kashket, And Scott Kashket works his way down towards the byline and whip in a low dangerous cross which was gathered with ease by Goalkeeper Josh Griffiths.

HALF TIME: GILLINGHAM 0-1 PORTSMOUTH

The only goal of the game came from Elkan Baggott’s pass into midfield towards Shaun Williams being intercepted by Michael Jacobs, who threaded a pass through to Reeco Hackett, who opened the scoring for Portsmouth, Gillingham are clearly changing there style of play from a very direct aerial tactic from last season, to a more passing possession based style of play this season where the full backs are very high and wide, and this style of play is much more risky, and good teams with good players will capitalise on any error’s in our own final third, and this is something that Elkan Baggott will need to learn very quickly.

Olly Lee has really stood out in the first half and he is much more effective playing just behind the striker, Olly Lee’s shot towards goal was saved by Josh Griffiths and Olly Lee has been picking out Scott Kashket and Jordan Green with some clever incisive passes, and speaking of Jordan Green, here is a player who supporters are just going to enjoy watching playing for The Gills, Jordan Green is quick, direct, takes on a player and he just makes things happen and will stretch opposition defenders with his pace, and it is pace that Gillingham desperately lacked last season, and it is pace that Gillingham really do need this season, I think Neil Harris can do with signing another two players like Jordan Green, just so that there are game changers and impact substitutes on the bench this season, Because with the implementation of five substitutes, the subs bench will play a crucial role from this coming season onwards.

Joseph Gbode has put himself about physically and got stuck into a few challenges, hence some of the fouls given against him, But Gbode has been enthusiastic and caused Portsmouth a few problems defensively, And David Tutonda has suited the way Neil Harris wants his full backs to line up playing high and wide, But the defence doesn’t look like it is going to be a defence that is hard to score against, David Tutonda was better suited to a wing back role when Gillingham lined up with three centre back’s last season, Will Wright will make the step up into The Football League, But he is playing slightly out of position at centre back, Elkan Baggott clearly has ability and is playing International Football With Indonesia, But he will need to learn and learn quickly that he will not have as much time on the ball playing for Gillingham In League Two This Season, And Max Ehmer has experienced back to back relegations into League Two with Bristol Rovers and Gillingham and depending on who Gillingham sign, will depend on if Max Ehmer will be Gillingham’s Starting Centre Back against AFC Wimbledon, Or, Max Ehmer may well be on the bench and has to force his way into the starting line up.

And before the second half can begin, Portsmouth make two half time substitutions with Ryan Tunnicliffe and Joe Rafferty coming on for Zak Swanson and goal-scorer Reeco Hackett, Gillingham are not going to make any changes at half time, With Neil Harris likely to make changes after the hour mark.

SECOND HALF:

And from the kick off, the ball is played back to Will Wright who takes a touch to control the ball before looking to pick out David Tutonda with a cross-field cross pass which is over-hit and the ball runs out of play for A Portsmouth Throw On, And the first meaningful goal-scoring opportunity of the second half goes to the visitor’s after forty eight minutes, with Ronan Curtis running through towards goal by the byline, And Ronan Curtis pulls the ball back across the face of goal towards Joe Pigott, who needs to readjust his feat to get a shot off on goal, And Joe Pigott’s effort on goal is blocked by Will Wright and Gillingham keep the score-line to 1-0 down, 2-0, And Portsmouth would be in a very strong position to win this pre-season friendly.

And Portsmouth continue there bright start to the second half with the visitor’s winning a few throw on’s in Gillingham’s Half Of The Pitch, And Ronan Curtis was flagged for offside when it looked liked the Portsmouth Midfielder was in a promising position in Gillingham’s Final Third, But it is still Portsmouth who are putting Gillingham under a lot of pressure, Ryan Tunnicliffe whips in a dangerous in-swinging cross towards the far post which Will Wright manages to header partially clear and away from danger, and Connor Ogilvie keeps the ball in play down The Gordon Road Stand Side Of The Pitch, And Connor Ogilvie takes a touch to control the ball, lay the ball off to Michael Jacobs, who’s cross towards the far post is over-hit, and the ball runs out of play for A Gillingham Goal-Kick.

Fifty Four Minutes Into The Match, And A Poor Clearance From Jake Turner see’s Portsmouth create a goal-scoring opportunity form A Gillingham Error and Joe Pigott see’s his low effort towards goal turned around the post by Jake Turner at the expense of conceding a corner kick, Yes, the goal-scoring opportunity came from a error from Jake Turner, who has at least redeemed himself with a decent save to prevent Joe Pigott from scoring for 2-0, And from the resulting corner kick, Michael Jacobs whips in a dangerous in-swinging cross and Joseph Gbode headers the ball clear and away from goal before getting on to the end of his own defensive headed clearance, And Joseph Gbode does well to hold the ball up, before being crowded out by three Portsmouth Players and losing possession of the ball with no service or support around him.

A Minute Later, And I thought Jordan Green was fouled, but no free kick was awarded in Gillingham’s Favour, And In The Fifty Sixth Minute, Elkan Baggott’s long ball down-field towards Joseph Gbode is over-hit and goes out of play for A Portsmouth Goal-Kick, Ryan Tunnicliffe also was the additional insurance policy to shield that long ball out of play for A Portsmouth Goal-Kick as well.

Sixty Minutes Into The Match, And David Tutonda’s pass down the line towards Scott Kashket is cleared, and once the ball had gone out of play, Gillingham make five substitutions ON: Alex MacDonald, Bailey Akehurst, Mikael Mandron, Dominic Jefferies and Ben Reeves OFF: Scott Kashket, Shaun Williams, Jordan Green, Cheye Alexander and Joesph Gbode - The five substitutions also saw David Tutonda move across to Right Back with Bailey Akehurst coming on at Left Back, Not because Gillingham are lacking options at Right Back, Because Will Wright had to fill at centre back for Gillingham V Portsmouth.

Portsmouth then made four substitutions themselves after sixty four minutes, Dan Gifford, Alfie Bridgman, A Player On Trial, And Toby Steward all came on, with Josh Griffiths, Joe Pigott, Louis Thompson and Clarke Robertson all being substituted, And when play resumed, Jake Turner manages to gather a long clearance down-field with some difficulty and the number of substitutions from both sides will see players take five minutes to adjust to the pace and tempo of the game.

But In The Sixty Ninth Minute, Gillingham had a great chance to try and find the equaliser, David Tutonda works his way inside Portsmouth’s Penalty Area, And David Tutonda pulls the ball back to Ben Reeves, who works his way into a shooting position, finds half a yard, And Ben Reeves low effort towards goal had to be tipped around the post by Substitute Goalkeeper Toby Steward, And Gillingham have been awarded a corner kick, and from the resulting corner kick, Olly Lee has whipped in a dangerous in-swinging cross towards the far post and Elkan Baggott’s looping header goes up and under and almost finds the back of the net via the top left corner and Toby Steward managed to keep that header from Elkan Baggott out with a unconventional save and Will Wright is on to the loose ball first, And Will Wright drops the ball back to Olly Lee, And Olly Lee whips in a fantastic in-swinging cross and Mikael Mandron’s bullet header is brilliantly saved by Toby Steward with a top handed save when we all thought that Mikael Mandron had scored the equaliser - the first save with unorthodox, the second save was out-standing.

But from the resulting corner kick, Gillingham managed to find the equaliser when Olly Lee’s in-swinging cross direct from the corner goes into the back of the net for 1-1, now did someone get a touch, I am not exactly sure, But Gillingham’s Equaliser was announced as Olly Lee’s goal and Gillingham are level at 1-1, And I have to say that Toby Steward looks like a young goalkeeper playing in goal, he doesn’t have much stature in-terms of height for a goalkeeper and I do wonder if Portsmouth are looking to sign one or two more senior goalkeepers between now and the start of the season - GILLINGHAM 1-1 PORTSMOUTH.

But that passage of play saw Toby Steward save efforts on goal from Ben Reeves, Elkan Baggott and Mikael Mandron before Olly Lee scored direct from the corner kick, And Gillingham perhaps deserve to be level at 1-1 from what we have seen from Gillingham against Portsmouth in this match so far, although, the vast amount of substitutions both teams have made in this match makes it a bit harder to suggest if a result is deserved or not.

And when play resumes, David Tutonda is penalised for a foul and Portsmouth have been awarded a free kick, and from the resulting free kick, Marlon Pack whips in a high and hanging cross which Will Wright manages to header clear and away from goal and having just equalised with Olly Lee’s in-swinging corner kick going all the way into the back of the net, it is important that Gillingham do not concede straight away and Portsmouth re-take the lead for 2-1.

Seventy Five Minutes Into The Match, And Freddie Carter and Alex Giles both come on to replace David Tutonda and Will Wright, And Gillingham’s Back Four for the rest of the match is Alex Giles, Freddie Carter, Elkan Baggott and Bailey Akehurst, Gillingham can do with signing A Centre Back, and maybe sign a versatile utility squad player who can cover several positions in defence and midfield, Max Ehmer is currently out injured which is only highlighting Gillingham’s lack of defensive options, Because Will Wright had to line up at Centre Back against Portsmouth.

And with all the changes Gillingham have made to our back four, Portsmouth are looking likely to re-take the lead, A Long Ball Forward almost manages to pick out Michael Jacobs, But Jake Turner manages to gather that long ball with little difficulty, and a threaded through-ball down the line almost see’s Alfie Bridgman through on goal down The Medway Stand Side Of The Pitch, But the ball has gone out of play for A Gillingham Throw, Elkan Baggott then makes an important clearance to clear the ball away from goal and Portsmouth are causing Gillingham a lot of problems in the closing stages of this match, And In The Eightieth Minute, Portsmouth make another substitution, as Harry Jewitt-White comes on to replace Michael Jacobs.

Eighty Four Minutes Into The Match, And Mikael Mandron does really well to win a corner kick for Gillingham, and given how Gillingham managed to equalise directly from a corner kick, there is a chance here that Gillingham can go 2-1 up from this set play, and from the resulting corner kick, Olly Lee managed to whip in a dangerous in-swinging cross and Toby Steward does really well to gather that ball with some difficulty and Freddie Carter had thrown himself into the back of the net to try and get on the end of that cross from Olly Lee.

Stuart O’Keefe was then harshly penalised for a foul when we thought that Stuart O’Keefe had won possession of the ball, and moments later, Bailey Akehurst was penalised for a foul, and the resulting free kick see’s a dangerous in-swinging cross saved by Jake Turner, Gillingham then make a substitution in The Eighty Sixth Minute, With Olly Lee applauded off the pitch and Matty Macarthur comes on the play the remaining four minutes and any additional time that gets added on at the end of the match, and when play resumed, Elkan Baggott’s long pass down-field almost picked out Alex MacDonald, But Elkan Baggott’s long pass down-field was slightly over-hit and the ball runs through to Toby Steward in goal for Portsmouth.

But In The Eighty Ninth Minute Of The Match, Portsmouth managed to re-take the lead, and Joe Rafferty whips in a fantastic in-swinging cross and Connor Ogilvie headers the ball back across the face of goal, And Connor Ogilvie’s header hits the inside of the post and goes into the back of the net and Portsmouth look like they have won the match late on with a last gasp winner from Connor Ogilvie - GILLINGHAM 1-2 PORTSMOUTH.

Look, It is a great cross from Joe Rafferty and Connor Ogilvie has scored a late winner against Gillingham, and this late goal has taken some of the shine of what was a really good performance from Gillingham against A Portsmouth Side who you expect to see challenging for a playoff spot in League One This Season, it is also important to note that the back four for Gillingham when Connor Ogilvie scored was Alex Giles, Freddie Carter, Elkan Baggott and Bailey Akehurst, all four players are under the age of twenty one, all four players are inexperienced and Alex Giles usually plays in midfield when he plays for Gillingham’s Youth Team, So that does need to be taken into consideration, just like Gillingham’s spell when we were on top and causing Portsmouth Problems happened when Portsmouth had made changes themselves.

And that goal from Connor Ogilvie was the final noteworthy moment of the match because Referee Tim Robinson blew the whistle for full time and there was no additional time added on at the end of the second half, All in all, a disappointing defeat which takes the shine off a very encouraging performance for Gillingham, And whilst the defeat against Dover Athletic was concerning, this loss has much more for Gillingham to be positive about, even though there is still a lot of work to be done for Gillingham to strengthen the squad in the transfer window.

FULL TIME: GILLINGHAM 1-2 PORTSMOUTH

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS

The Positives for Gillingham has to be Olly Lee performs better for Gillingham playing as A Attacking Midfielder, Jordan Green can cause defenders problems with his pace, Will Wright and Cheye Alexandra and David Tutonda and Bailey Akehurst see Gillingham strengthen both full back positions, but there are concerns amongst supporters if Elkan Baggott and David Tutonda were both to start as Left Centre Back and Left Back For Gillingham respectively, Because Elkan Baggott is going to have to learn very quickly that he isn’t going to have as much time on the ball playing competitive first team football for Gillingham In League Two.

Me and Diane spoke with Colin after the game, And Colin spoke about where are the goals going to come from, Mikael Mandron is a solid signing, but he may be a striker who will score ten goals a season, Scott Kashket looks like he will mostly play out-wide, Joseph Gbode was enthusiastic and put himself about in this match a lot, But Joseph Gbode is only seventeen, he still has much to learn and much to improve on, And Gillingham are still linked with a move for Paul McCallum, But Dagenham & Redbridge will want a massive transfer fee for Paul McCallum, And Paul McCallum will want a big money long term contract, And if Gillingham are to sign Paul McCallum, then Gillingham have got to get Paul McCallum tied down to a four year contract.

Isaac Olaofe, Kai Corbett, and Tom Elliott are all linked with moves to Gillingham, that suggests that Gillingham are still looking to strengthening the squad in the final third of the pitch, and Gillingham are going to need those reinforcements in the final third as well, because Neil Harris has spoken about the importance of game changers and impact substitutes on the bench and having those players who can come on and make an impact, and with five substitutes this season, the substitutes bench will play a pivotal and crucial role for all clubs this season.

One player who looks way off the pace, even though it is fantastic to see him back on the pitch at Priestfield Stadium is Alex MacDonald, Me and Colin both think that Alex MacDonald will need to do a lot of gym work for the next six to eight weeks to get anywhere near 100% match fitness and match sharpness levels, and with Alex MacDonald and Ben Reeves in the squad, Gillingham have got two players who are susceptible to injuries, and both players are going to have to be eased through pre-season and given a rest every now and then.

Still no news on Season Tickets, Diane spoke about problems getting her Season Ticket on her mobile phone, and Me and Colin are still waiting for our Season Ticket Cards to arrive through the post, and they were supposed to be posted out a few weeks ago, and with No Club Shop anymore, The Ticket Office only open Friday’s and Match-Days, and having experienced the worst season on and off the pitch that I have ever experienced in The 2021 / 2022 Season, Gillingham are in decline, which is sad to say, and our hope and optimism for the up and coming season is with Neil Harris, and with what he is trying to achieve at Gillingham Football Club.

But new signings are clearly needed, and one player who’s name was mentioned over the weekend - is a player who has now signed for Gillingham - And that’s Ryan Law, A Left Back From Plymouth Argyle who will strengthen Gillingham’s Full Back Options even further, and with Neil Harris wanting his full backs to play high and wide, and get forward and get back, maybe Gillingham will have two full backs on the bench who can come on and re-energise that area of the pitch.

Colin said he was going to The Crystal Palace Match On Tuesday Night and headed off, and Me and Diane said c ya to Colin before heading towards The Players Entrance, and we saw Scott Wagstaff standing there, Max Ehmer said to us that he will be back in the squad for The Tuesday Night Game against Crystal Palace, and I sent Ben and Eddie messages to find out what is going on regarding Ramsgate V Gillingham, Because that match will have kicked off by now.

After waiting around The Players Entrance for a bit, Me and Diane headed off, and I mentioned that supporters could watch Ramsgate V Gillingham XI For Free, which is a really nice gesture from Ramsgate, and we’re now two weeks away from the start of the season, and I still needed to book on The Kings Ferry Coach for AFC Wimbledon Away - I Have booked on the coach since then, But still need to buy my ticket for AFC Wimbledon Away - Diane mentioned that she will be booking on the coach as well, Because there is residential and double yellow and double red lines all the around New Plough Lane, and with the train strike, it has to be coach for AFC Wimbledon Away, and for supporters who prefer to travel via train, the train strike on the opening day of the season is less then ideal to say the least.

Luke caught up with us and mentioned that Neil Harris was not happy with Gillingham conceding late on in the match and some of the younger players have to be reminded that you cannot switch off for one second and you need to be concentrating from the first minute until the last, and of course it had to be Connor Ogilvie who scored against Gillingham as well, And we’re now two weeks away from the start of the season.

Luke had to make a move, and we said c ya to Luke, and I had to make a move myself as I was going to a friends BBQ In the evening, So The 1PM Kick Off Time proved to be helpful in that regard, I also needed to buy a few bits and pieces, a few bottles of coca cola for The BBQ, and some food for back home as well, and again, the early kick off meant I could go into Tesco’s, get what I needed, before heading back home.

The defeat was disappointing and takes some of the shine off Gillingham’s Performance Against Portsmouth, the performance was encouraging and Gillingham are taking shorter throws, we’re trying to pass the ball on the deck and the change in style of play is going to take time to implement, and two players who will benefit greatly from the change in style of play is Olly Lee and Ben Reeves, both players last season saw Gillingham knock the ball long to Vadaine Oliver and Gillingham were battling and scrapping for second balls, this season, Gillingham are looking to get the ball down and play a more possession based style of play.

Jordan Green was excellent, But Gillingham can do with one or two players with the pace and skill of Jordan Green, just so that Gillingham have got a few game changers and impact substitutes on the bench, Jordan Green cannot play for Gillingham in every match, and with five substitutions, the subs bench is going to be very important from this season onwards, either when it comes to making substitutions to turn a loss into a draw or a draw into a win, substituting players who are booked so that they are not sent off, being in a rare position where your winning 4-0 and being able to substitute five starting players to ensure that they are fit and available for selection for the next game, or being able to give a debut to a young player coming through the youth system.

There is also one positive to take from losing against Portsmouth, Neil Harris can go to Chairman Paul Scally and mention that three or four Plan A Transfer Targets are needed to strengthen the squad, Had Gillingham won against Dover Athletic and Portsmouth, then maybe those Plan A Signings might not have been made, but back to back defeats may well see the playing budget stretched to accommodate those reinforcements that Neil Harris wants to bring into the football club, Crystal Palace, Chatham Town, Southend United and Bearsted are the four remaining friendlies, two first team and two youth team, and then The 2022 / 2023 Season starts with AFC Wimbledon Away On July The 30th - COME ON THE GILLS!!!!!!!!!!!

It didn’t take the team long to come in after your little talk with Hotch. They all came walking in, looking pretty deflated, since they knew they had no new clues on the case. But then Spencer came, almost running into the Meeting Room. „Guys I had an idea..“ And he started rambling about the new connection he made. With that new revelation it didn’t take you long to solve the case and give the name to all the police officers on the street and not long after that one of the patrolling police caught him as he was trying to leave the town. So your Job was done and the team made its way back to the jet and back to Quantico. You all were on the jet babbling excited.

„Okay so we’re definitely going to get black out drunk tonight right?“ Morgan asked the team. „Oh you bet we are.“ you said leaning back in your seat and rubbing your hands over your face. „You know what Girls want.“ you added smirking at Morgan who blew you a kiss. The rest of the team just joined in with their excitement about going out for the night. They didn’t even say anything about your exchange with Morgan. You two were always bantering like that. You were thankful for Morgan. He was always lighting up your mood with those little interactions. „Yes. Margaritas all night.“ Penelope chimed in from the laptop she was on and you all laughed.

But first you had to finish your reports at the office. So before going out you all had to go back and do the paperwork. So here you were right now. Putting the finishing touches on your report. „Aaaaaand done.“ You said as you put the papers down with a thud onto your desk. The rest of the team also being in the last rounds of their paperwork. So you all packed up your stuff and made your way towards the elevator with the rest of your team. Well not the whole rest. Hotch was still in his office as well as Rossi. „Wait guys I’ll ask Rossi if he wants to join.“ you were turning around and making your way back, when you heard Emily shout. „Yeah oh and Hotch is also still there. Ask him too.“ you froze for a second. Yeah Hotch right. Just ask him if he wants to join. I mean what could be better than having the reason why you wanted to get black out drunk sitting right next to you while you were getting black out drunk. Yeah nothing. Right? Right?

You knocked on Rossi’s door first. Hoping that maybe he was so scared of your knocking that he would shoot you and you wouldn’t have to ask Hotch about joining you at the bar. But of course. That didn’t happen. Great. Rossi was at his desk reading through some files as you opened his door. „Hey Rossi, we want to grab a few beers tonight. Wanna join?“ you asked your hand still on the door knob. „Yeah sure.“ He smiled at you. „Just text me when and where.“ he looked back down at his files. „Cool.“ you said. Your hand not moving away from the doorknob. „Is there something else?“ he looked up at you. Concern flashing in his kind eyes. ‚yeah can you shoot me so I don’t have to talk to Hotch?‘ No Y/N just handle this like an adult. „No. Sorry everything’s fine“ you gave him a small smile. „See you later“ you said as you closed the door behind you. You turned around stopping at Hotchs door. You knocked very lightly. Hoping he wouldn’t notice. Then you could just say that he didn’t answer. But again. No luck. You heard him say „come in“ as you were about to run away, jumping over the desks to get as much distance between the two of you, as possible. Hesitantly you opened the door. He didn’t even look up, when you entered. Only focusing on his laptop. „Aar..I mean Hotch. Uhm. The team wants to grab some drinks tonight. I just wanted to know if you want to join?“ He didn’t even look at you. „Uhm yeah I just have to finish a few more papers. I’ll join you later.“ „Okay cool. Gosh that’s so embarrassing. So we were at his flat. Making out. You know. Hot and heavy. And we made it to his bedroom. We were taking off our clothes. And he started kissing down my body. Right after landing the team made their way to the police station to get the case briefing. The officer only gave Hotch a small overview of the case on the phone. The team didn’t really have much time before jumping onto the jet. So you had very little information until then. Sheriff Terra Jackson was the one that filled you in. „So we don’t really know much about this unsub. He is changing his pattern so quickly. All of his 5 victims were killed differently.“ She started. „How do you know it is the same killer then?“ Morgan asked, leaning forward on the table. She nervously looked at you for a second. „They have a lot in common“. All of you gasped a little, when she showed you the pictures of the victims. They could easily be your sisters. The team was still silent all of them , you including, trying to make put some differences in them, so that no one hat to believe what they were seeing. „The obvious similarities aren’t the only connection. They were all studying her in LA. Not all at the same university but all majoring in Psychology.“ That was it. That was the last info they needed. Those weren’t only girls that looked like you. They were almost exit copies of you. Even studying the same thing as you. The room was awfully silent after Sheriff Jackson stopped talking. „How were they killed“ you were the first one that started talking again. „All of them were shot straight in the head. Their wrists and ankles showing signs of rope burn, meaning they were tied to a chair before they were killed. And“ she stopped talking for a second. „All of them were raped before they were shot. The words ‚come back‘ carved into their arms. Originally we thought it was a sign of remorse, but now“ she looked at you „I think it’s more of a message.“
