Born in Unova, cousins with White, Unova’s Champion and who is off searching for N (and who is rumored to be missing). Isn’t a big fan of battling, at least battling other trainers. Prefers exploring/ finding new Pokemon/ picnicking. Wants to be a Pokemon professor someday and aims to complete her pokedex. Her hero is Laventon, the creator of the first pokedex. N: unusually small for a Zoroark. Mischievous and tends to pull tricks. Very protective of Samantha, and gets jealous easily. BFFS with Leliana. Often butts heads with Riley
Loid: Named for a character from an anime. A bit spoiled. Samantha’s other ace. Rather serious. Koraidon fears him, even if Loid could care less about him. Likes Arven.
Alder: A cuddlebug (lol). Used to sit on Samantha’s head as a Larvesta, and still does despite being bigger than her. Named for the former Champion of Unova. Thinks he’s smaller than he really is. Talkative and cheerful
Cullen: Named for a character in a video game. Samantha found him being bullied as a Litleo being bullied by a group of Gastly. Tends to wait and study a foe before attacking. Scared of Ghost types. Loves little kids and Deerling- has befriended several wild and owned Deerling.
Riley: Stern and serious. Rarely speaks. The peacemaker of the group. Often butts heads with N.
Koraidon: Sammich lover. Dislikes battle, so Samantha never forces him to battle. Scared of Loid, even though the Fairy-Type could care less. (In the AI!Clavell AU: Technically Clavell’s, but he requested she keep Koraidon for the time being.)
Zorua: A shiny Zorua Samantha found rummaging through her bag one day. A baby, having assumedly only hatched earlier the same day he met Samantha, he doesn’t battle. Refuses to return to his Pokeball and enjoys traveling around in her arms or in her bag. Jealous of Arven and a bit judgemental of him.
Does she alternate Alder and Cullen? Yes. Do Zorua and Koraidon exceed the limit of 6 Pokémon? Also yes, but I imagine you can keep more if they aren't used in battle- Zorua is a literally baby while Kor isn't a battler and prefers zooming around lol
Is her team (and by extension mine) named for Pokémon and Dragon Age characters besides Tuesday, who is named for my cat? Yes and you can't make me change them this is the first time I fully named a team (my first Riolu/Lucario in every game is always named Riley after he gave us the Riolu egg, one of my favorite (if not favorite) Pokémon movie is Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, (and I may or may not still have a crush on Riley and Sir Aaron since I was little), so he is always named as such but everyone else is a new naming thing I decided to do apparently lol)
She'll be showing up in my Scarlet/Violet fics (WHEN I FINALLY START WRITING THEM 🥲)/drabbles/the occasional headcanon (so I can stop saying Player/MC) and in the AI!Clavell AU (again, when my lazy ass finds energy and motivation and inspiration QAQ)
Might make an old blog an ask blog for her, no idea yet.

Baby Eclipse begs to have some of Shadow's coffee beans!
"Beeb."
"...What?" Shadow looked up at the still-young darkling resting on his head, confused as to what strange word he had just said.
"Beeb!"
"What's that supposed to mean?"
Eclipse decided to copy his older brother by quoting his signature "hmph!" before climbing back down to sit in front of where Shadow sat. He pointed to a small bag Shadow was holding, and looked up. "Beeb! Beeb!"
Soon enough, it clicked. "These aren't called 'beeb,' or whatever word you just made up."
"Whazzat then?"
"They're called coffee beans. And they're not for babies."
As though in protest, Eclipse put his tiny hand on the bag. "Coffee beeb! I want coffee beeb!"
"What did I just tell you? Not for babies."
"Hungry!! Coffee beeb!!" He made the exact same face he always made when angered as a teen. Shadow had to admit it was somewhat humorous.
"You're just hungry, then?" Shadow reached into one of his belt-pockets and pulled out a small piece of a sandwich, tearing off an even smaller piece for Eclipse to be able to eat, and handed it to him. "There. You like those things anyway."
And clearly that was something Eclipse himself still remembered. He absolutely devoured the small sandwich piece. Even then though, mouth full, he told Shadow
"Sammich...and beeb."
"Don't you even think about it."

Postcards from Snagglepuss
Talk about "care packages" galore ...
INSIDE CATTANOOGA KLATSCHE, GATLINBURG: "Huck ... Snagglepuss ... we'd like to see you for a moment before you leave ..."
It was the leader of the Cattanooga Cats, Country by name, leading us into what amounted to the private office of Cattanooga Klatsche (and, in a way, the Cattanooga Cats proper) for God-knew-what, which had Huckleberry wondering if a surprise was in order.
And (heavens to Murgatroyd!) it was.
"On behalf of the Cattanooga Cats," Kitty Jo explained, "please accept this package for your onward travels in that motorhome of yours." Humbled though we were, we were essentially at a loss for saying the proper acknowledgement of thanks, which the band more or less accepted. Because, as it happened, such was two pounds of a special house blend of coffee "reserved for special friends like yourselves," as Country explained it--a "half-and-half" blend of medium-roast and dark-roast beans for to ensure some balance of taste.
A modest little hand coffee grinder, which Groove hilariously tried to explain the mechanics of (especially in trying to adjust the desired grind).
And "to snack on while on the road," a dozen raspberry white chocolate scones, just baked from Cattanooga Klatsche's kitchens.
"At any rate," Scoots remarked, "I also threw in a couple of my story collections to keep equally entertained."
"I know not exactly what to say," said I, "save thanks."
Which brought quite the chuckle.
Not to mention Kitty Jo acknowledging what support we provided in getting their Gatlinburg Easter Parade off and running as it did, even when a Character Convocation in connexion came off hastily, but with some measure of success.
"Especially with quite a few of us characters being in the company of visitors going up the Gatlinburg Space Needle," Huck remarked.
"I admit that, being the Easter weekend," Country added, "things were bound to cross into unlikely character meet-and-greets, especially on the Parkway."
"And even before the parade, at that!" Kitty Jo was quick to add.
"Still," saith I, "I admit that we have a Chemex coffeemaker for the road."
"Not a bad choice," Country was quick to admit.
"And," Scoots chimed in, "we happen to be especially proud to recommend hand coffee grinders to such fond of buying whole bean coffee to grind at home--or on the road, for that matter!" Groove was quick to chime in that some of the biggest fans were those of the motorhome and minivan persuasion preferring pour-over coffee, "and who could argue with that?"
"Hardly anybody," Huckleberry Hound chimed in.
"At any rate," chimed in I, "thanks again ... and hopefully, we'll keep in touch with how things turn out in the bargain."
"Much appreciated" was how Country responded.
Soooo, getting things squared away and all that ...

Why is it when I go to bed my tummy suddenly feels like someone fed me vinegar and baking soda.
Also this bitch body better not have a sugar issue before noon or I'mma be pissed.
I had cake today so i just kind of nibbled green beans for dinner because glucose was still high for a while. I thought i felt low at 130 but it could have been migraine or medication yuck.
Then it dropped to 77. But i wasnt in the mood to consume food. I ate a granola bar and half a cheese keto quesadilla. Hopefully its enough to keep me from feeling like dying before I want to get up.
My head, tummy, and general sensory tolerance has not been great lately. I'm impressed with myself I actually ate a pulled pork sammich today. Meat is hard.
You know what's super easy? Fucking cookies. Granola bars. Cereal. Goldfish crackers.
I'm not looking forward to my diabetic checkup. December, I was. Not this month.
It's hard being an autistic diabetic. 😔

01/19/2023 Thursday
Pretty awesome day off. Decided to finally get my eyebrows waxed. I hadn’t in a year and they needed tending to. I found and met the sweet Vietnamese lady. I found my favorite spot for nails/eyebrow waxing. We went to the dollar store and got some nice clothes. I can’t bitch for 12 for a new pair of jeans. They’re tight, but whatever 🤷🏻♀️ we came home and I changed her diaper since she leaked.a
I gave her chips for a snack. I know that’s bad for me and it should be healthy but I wasn’t thinking and gave her what I eat. The bologna sandwich was not terrible, but it’s a bologna sammich. I think I got a nap in? it was a good day. I didn’t work OT. I thought about it but whatever. I think I had some nachos but I remember making chicken nuggets for the baby. Some of it got stuck in my infected tooth and I remember having to brush my teeth and swishing with some listerine. I had the weirdest fucking dream about an ex who I haven’t thought about in decades. He was all sorts of toxic but what was weird was it was my husband but him.
Dreams are fucking weird.
01/20/2023 Friday
I woke up before my alarm and remember my mouth just hurting. I brushed my teeth and used listerine again. I made coffee and didn’t refill my mug since I did that last night. I love this thermos I bought. It’s really awesome and even has my initials. Work was pretty awesome today. Sales were decent and customers weren’t terrible. I got off of work on time. In the last 20 minutes I’ve had one beer, and I’m working on another. I’ve cooked Italian sausage and a pound of ground beef. I’m thawing another pound, and I intended to make enchiladas for the husband. Depending on the level of heat i usually don’t eat them because it causes heartburn.
This morning I had overnight oats and it was awesome. The oats softened enough and the smoothie I had helped me through my afternoon. I made another bologna sandwich for lunch and chewed slowly concentrating on my left side and making sure I didn’t favor my right side. I added chips to it and pickles because I love pickles. I can feel the second beer kicking in now and I feel like I can be more honest.
I feel like on Instagram (I made it private, idk why) I’m the perfect mom adding pictures of my kids and stupid quotes on how I feel being a mom) here I am so much more raw and honest and I can just be myself. I sometimes cuss and may state ideals that don’t align with yours and that’s okay. I am thankful for this amazing job. Baby is crying for me asking where are you? I’m dancing with her to simple songs for at least half an hour.
Fuck, I’m tired.
I’m making enchiladas and I hope they turn out decent. Three beers in. I have to make sure to make Tylenol and drink water so I can function somewhat for tomorrow. Most saturdays are slow. some can be steady. Lagers aren’t terrible but it’s more tolerable than vodka. I’m not as stupid or as in your face angry for things I can’t control with beer.
I opened up three cans of retried beans and dinner will be going down in about half an hour. I’ll probably eat chicken nuggets with the baby and fries because this is to much heat for me. I need to stir this damn pound of ground beef. I’m p sure water is hot for me 😂
Oh, I have a story about that!
We went to Winco, and when we went, I didn’t even think to check up on the out… they rang the ground beef and fucking guess what!? It rang up as 44/$45 and after we got home I looked at the receipt and I’m like fuck 45 fucking dollars for 93/8% for GROUND BEEF? FUCK YOU
eggs are fucking retarded.. It might be the bird flu but it’s bullshit it’s fucking price gouging and the same when it comes to video cards and for anything in this day and age….
I work my ass off for a family of five and eggs for a dozen shouldn’t be near eight dollars…. they should be $1.50 and the fact that I’m paying for shredded cheese for almost $8.00 what the duck? The President is So GrEaT!1111 😒😖😖😖😖😖😖😖

So if I go with canon characters from the universe, I kinda like Raph with April sometimes. I am also a fan of Raph with Ninjara, but she hasn't really shown up in any of the more recent things that I am aware of. If I am going hard gay, Raph should be the filling in a Pork & Beans sammich.
If I go non canon I don't have an OTP because that means choosing and I am terrible with that. There are a lot of OCs that have shown up that just make sense with Raph and work for me because they mesh with him in ways I never expected. The creativity in some of these OCs is just amazing and I love the unique quirks and differences people choose.

Ok, so there aren't really any NOTPs I have in canon as long as all characters are of age. The canon has a lot of limited options and none of them are truly heinous to me at least not that I can think of right now.
As for non canon it is less a specific OC and more a archetype. This was more prominent 2 or 3 years ago. But I saw a flood of cookie cutter OCs that seemed to be made off some kind of "Raphs fav things" checklist. I couldn't tell one from another and it was just kind of boring and often wrong. A carbon copy of Raph just with tits is probably the least compatible person. Raph needs someone to balance him, not duplicate him.
