Food License Registration in Arunachal Pradesh - Vishesh Jangir
Food License is responsible for promoting and protecting public health through the regulation and supervision of food safety. Food license is compulsory for any food business operators in Arunachal Pradesh before starting any food business.
FSSAI Registration is used for Food safety and grant permission to any individual to carry on food business in any parts of India. To start any food business, one should register in FSSAI Portal and get the FSSAI license. The food license is specific to a particular location and also term bound.
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), established in 2006, handles all the food related issues in various Ministries and Departments. FSSAI License is mandatory for all the Food Business Operators. Though headquarters at New Delhi, FSSAI authority has six regional offices. The following structures are incorporated under the act:
a. Food Manufactures
b. Online food sellers
c. Hotel caterers
d. Food packaging and cold storage units
e. Wholesale food sellers.
Based on the annual income a food business operator in Arunachal Pradesh has to either apply for FSSAI online Registration foodlicenseing.org in Form A with FSSAI or should apply in Form B for a FSSAI License.
The FSSAI License number is a 14-digit number. Business fails to print license number on packages needs to bear heavy penalties. To apply for FSSAI, one should follow the rules made by state licensing authority. Then it shall be accompanied by a self-attested declaration. After that there will be through inspection and later license shall be issued after two months. Now, if any operator is applying for the renewal of the license, have to apply prior to 30days of the expiry date of the license.
The FSSAI act helps all the consumers, local authorities, small businesses to get all the reliable information about food safety across the country. They are providing three types of license based on the business turnover:
a. Central FSSAI License for business turnover more than 20 crores- Form B.
b. State FSSAI License for business turnover between 12 lakhs to 20 crores-Form b.
c. FSSAI registration for business turnover up to 12 lakhs- Form A basic license.
It comes to notice that lots of state across India are not following the basic norms of the act and do not have proper lab facilities to test the qualities of the food that they serve or produce. The acts need to be put strictly to give assurance of the consumers health.

BSF is the world’s largest border guarding force and was founded on 1st December, 1965 because to provide guard to the country’s borders during the time of peace. The Border Security Force is one of the three Border Guarding Forces (BGF)of India. The motto of Border Security Force (BSF)is to give duty unto death. The Headquarters of BSF is situated in New Delhi, India. The general nature of BSF is to give Federal law enforcement. The Governing body of BSF is Ministry of Home Affairs (India).
The abilities of BSF were used in the Indo-Pakistani War which took place in the year 1971, against the Pakistani forces. BSF created part of Mukti Bahini,had trained the forces and entered East Pakistan before the appearance of the current war. During the Liberation of Bangladesh which took place during 26th March 1971, the Border Security Force (BSF)had played a very important as well as very crucial role which had also acknowledged by Indira Gandhi and Sheikh Mujibur Rehman.
The main objectives of the Border Security Force (BSF) are to provide guard and security to the border, to provide prevention of any sorts of illegal deeds on the border as well as stoppage of smuggling, prevention of unauthorized entry or exit from the Indian territory and many more. BSF is the one and only Central Police Force which have its own Air Wing and artillery regiment. The three battalions of the BSF are located in Kolkata, Guwahati, and Patna and are appointed as the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) in which each battalion maintains 18 self-contained specialist search and rescue teams of 45 personnel. At Dhubri Assam where the Brahmaputra river enters Bangladesh the largest section of the Border Security Force is situated there.

d) Security escorts and so on.
In India the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is the only Para Military Force that has appointed three Female Battalions who are positioned in duty in Ayodhya, Manipur, Assam, and also in many different parts of the country in which the female battalions are performing admirable job.
