After more than a year in the making; my biggest project yet is all wrapped up! This year has been putting me through the absolute wringer up until now, but getting to hold this book and see folks getting their own copies in the mail and from their local shops has been easily one of the best times of not just this very wacky year, but probably my whole life 🥺😭💖 I never wanna stop making stuff, and I sincerely hope that this book might be able to help all of y’all who share that spirit 💪❤️‍🔥

Poor G, just trying to build a snowman! They used a mushroom for a nose (no carrots in the update yet, after all!) Unfortunately, a dog seems to have taken it, and little dude is NOT thrilled. everytime i actually open up sdv to play i get flashbanged with sebastian's white ass sprites because i always forget not everyone sees him as wasian💔 my current hc for him is half chinese (liable to change... but ik for sure he's half asian) but he is Not bilingual he can't rly speak or write the other language he can only understand it when listening but even then he's not very fluent LOL this is just turning into a sebastian hc post might as well go full out. to me sebastian Does have relationship experience but has been thru shitty ones in the past which is part of the reason why he's so pessimistic & brooding </3 and he'd hook up with ppl in zuzu city for a night for a while but it just made him feel shittier so he's stopped since ☝️ also people make him out to be way cooler than he actually is like yea sure he's kinda cool but he's also a Massive Loser especially when he tells you how he hates "seasonal fads" like pumpkin spice and that one line about the potluck soup where he's like "Why ruin the potluck? Hmm... I guess some people feel liberated when the rigid structures of society break down a little. Maybe I'm weird.” WHO ASKED😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 his ass also can NOT cook he can make spaghetti but it's mid. he probably has low ass stamina and yeah he's tall and lanky (rn i see him as around 5'9-5'10) but you could snap him in half over your knee. when he's in an actually healthy relationship he gets really flustered over certain romantic gestures cuz he's not used to feeling valued or being considered someone's #1. he picks up on little things and does acts of service but i also think he can be really callous and insensitive at times because while he can be pretty perceptive he is also Very Emotionally Stunted. he unlearns lots of unhealthy behaviors & mindsets with the help of his partner & family & friends ^__^

"You're going to get us killed." - Interaction Rewrite Prompts!

For Leonard, the weight of a child's blood upon his weapon was heavier than anything else he had handled before in his lifetime.

He hadn't the honour to have even called it the first, but different from his brothers, who had found their end directly by the blades of the Empire, there was no hope for the blame of responsibility to be lifted off his shoulders now that he had wielded that same blade himself.

Leonard's breathing was panicked and uneven. A cold sweat ran down his back as the sensation of the light body being flung backwards shot once more through his arms - he felt ill. Had he died? Had he done away with his life in that forest and been sentenced to hell? Perhaps it was all a punishment, an eternity spent in war, ending the lives of children just as he had his brothers. The screams had sounded too familiar for comfort.

He couldn't, couldn't bring himself to fight. The stakes didn't come to him. The seal didn't exist to him. The usually tranquil forest had roared with the sounds of the clashing steel, the hurried footsteps, the cries and mockery of the faerie - something like the dragon's voice had called his name in harsh rebuke, and whether it truly was her or Caim, Leonard didn't understand and stumbled blindly back to the garrisons in a piteous attempt to flee.

Too cowardly to die, and too starved to survive.

All that was clear to him against the roar of noise was his own breathing, the feeling of his heart pounding in its chest, and the crushing weight of the guilt from that thought repeating itself in his head like a mantra. Leonard struggled to break out of it - do or say something that could stop this madness. Anything. A sickened cry sounded at the sound of the mercenary's own cold reproach, and the hermit struggled to respond.

"Caim, please...!"

He had tried to utter words, either protest or a plea, but his throat had grown tight and left only a quiet whimper. Was that all he could do? Beg...? Leonard's weapon trembled in his hands. He was truly weak... He could have done more than beg. Just like his brothers, there was a thought that told him that he could have saved them. But, it was all the same. His family murdered for the sake of shameful pleasure. The blood of children spilled only for his own protection - his own cowardice to even die correctly. All for himself, a pathetic existence unable to even lift a finger against the slaughter of children.

Some wretched noise, a ragged fight for strained breath against the pounding heart in his chest, could be heard against the armoured thumps of bodies against the ground. Even from a distance, Leonard's frozen body could be seen trembling uncontrollably. The polearm dangled limply from his hands.

"They are only mere children...!"

The last uttered words before the hermit collapsed to his knees were a heart-wrenching sob.

Not a voice of disgust, but a cry in horror.

Leave it to Chang'e to know when he was around, it made him curious how she was even able to achieve such a feat. Did loosing her sight enchanted other aspects for her? It was possible. That or her bunnies had informed her of his approach — it wasn't often the sage left his dwellings and ventures into the neighboring cities. Not less he was on a job.

This wasn't business but pleasure for him. Besides, he trusted the Goddess of the Moon — being one of the few he had let close and know who he was after his disappearance. Her company always brought him some manner of serenity and peace, no matter how brief those encounters were at times. After all, he didn't want to drag any trouble that might find him her way or anyone else's for that matter. He might have fallen back into old habits and old ways BUT at his core he did still care — even if that care was now only for those he had a close connection with and not the world like it once had.

"Just thought I'd pop in and say hi, you know hang out for a bit? That is IF you're not too busy right now?"

Completely ignoring the comment about his eating. It wasn't that he didn't eat — but it was no secret he often drank more than he ate sometimes. Finding comfort at the end of a bottle now-a-days more than anything else. It helped numb him just enough.

And idk tbh. I’ve always been arty since i was kid and have always just created whatever comes to mind. I didn’t have many friends growing up so I’d draw, do origami, write etc. you know stuff you can do on your own.

Although I have a like for drawing hands. It makes sense now why I like drawing hands (it’s something that mind links to gt lol) and it wasn’t till recently I realised I used to draw a lot of hands in school whenever I was bored but in pen. Hence the shading practice now lol.

But yeah I actually love hands on paper crafts and stuff like that over drawn art so I have a lot of sculptures or paper objects stored away. Got back into drawing more this year though so been practicing and learning how to further develop my skill in digital art.

As you see, my brain just channel hops passions lol.
