The way Pix (didn't really do anything wrong btw) made Jimmy dig a hole because he owed him for saving his life, and then Sausage comes in "aha!!!" and obligates Jimmy to do something for him too, quickly disregarding any uncertainty on Jimmy's half and shifting it onto Jimmy with "You actually reminded me that you owe me" (paraphrasing) grrrrr. And tbf he did talk about dancing at that point, but later Jimmy was clearly made to believe that he'd only be serving drinks and then Sausage goes "you're serving YOURSELF!" GRRRRRRR sorry this is just minecraft I know I know. I'm reading to deep into it yaada yaada. But no fuck that I want Jimmy to be happy and not to be made feel like he owes people things even if they saved him, I don't want Jimmy to talk like he's about to cry, I don't want him to be talked down to, I don't want him to feel like he has no room to object and has to just listen to others or expect to be treated a certain way hardwired into his brain, I don't want his abrasiveness to be more of a sought reaction to bullying/teasing/etc rather than a sign of the confidence he used to have, he's been through enough!!!! I hate this why can't I just awooga at maid Jimmy. That'd make things so much easier. Alas the horrors

Sheepish as he is to admit it, until he met them, Sebastian always felt rather bad for muggles and their lack of magic.

Being rather shocked initially when he realised that this captivating person who has caught his attention is, in fact, not a wizard/witch at all yet they're so bright and clever he is fascinated by them.

Scheming of ways to get around the statute of secrecy when they're first together because being limited from magic in front of them at first feels like torture.

And he wants to impress them and open them up to all these amazing things he knows.

But the more time he spends with them discussing mythology, history, art, and all manner of things challenging his mind in new ways, that need for magic lessens.

Seb, who realises it may not be the magic he craves but the intellectual stimulation from learning and debating.

Initially baffled by their muggle habits and how long everything takes.

Seb who realises how when his partner does something as simple as brewing a cup of tea for him it takes so much more effort, but he swears it makes it taste better.

Sebastian, whose love language is acts of service and wants to take care of the people he loves.

Starts doing things for them the muggle way and expressing that love in the labour of it a flick of a wand can't replicate.

Relishes how heavy their bags are when he insists on carrying them. How their skin puckers when they wash dishes together. How long the journey is when travelling by train and not by floo and all this time they get just to talk and be with eachother.

Experiencing life in a completely different rhythm, he always thought he'd find tedious, but doing it together makes even the mundane seem spectacular.

Sebastian who loves magic and continues to pour over spell books, but his partner opens his eyes to this whole vast world of topics he never knew anything about, and his mind is blown.

He's inhaling anything he can get his hands on science, technology, engineering, and muggles are achieving these incredible things without magic he's not even seen wizards accomplish.

21 year old Seb in 1896 reading a muggle newspaper his partner passes him one morning and finding out about X-rays and radium and he's nothing short of giddy.

Kissing his bemused partner spinning them around wildly because muggles are bloody brilliant and they are the most spectacular of the bunch.

Sebastian who starts using magic less and less at home because his partner makes it seem frivolous.

This has come from mine and Cran's very niche Henry Winters (the secret history) x Sebastian Sallow (Hogwarts Legacy) AU but I think a lot of the headcannons we've been gushing over work for Seb x Muggle!SO regardless.

I'd literally love to hear any other headcannons on this because we have been consumed and loving talking about these.

You'd think Kim would take his coffee black (like his soul) and Porschay would be the one to drink the full fat strawberry syrup whipped cream whatever monstrosities, but no.

Porschay is a full time student headed into university, and didn't grow up with a whole load of disposable income. He's used to cheap, strong coffee, and lots of it. Kim, on the other hand, has a Starbucks addiction and a credit card with no limit. He drinks eighteen frappes a day and most of them dont even actually have coffee in them.

The first time Porschay makes Kim a cup of coffee he apologises because he drinks it black and so doesn't have any milk in the house. Kim, of course, bluffs and says he drinks it black too in an attempt to look cool (read: impress him). The first sip he takes forces him to use every scrap of acting talent he has not to show his extreme disgust on his face. He almost admits to the lie, until Porschay makes some excited comment about them having something else in common too! And after that he can't.

This goes on for way too long. When they meet up, Porschay starts bringing coffee with him and Kim forces it down every time and dies a little inside. There's not even any sugar in it because he didn't think to ask the first time and now thats just how Porschay thinks he takes it. Porschay is kidnapped and finds out about the mafia plot and Kim still doesn't admit to the coffee thing. After all, it's been so long now, it would just make things awkward, right? Besides, black coffee's... fine. He can deal.

(A long time later it turns out Porschay figured it out the very first time just from the look on Kim's face (his acting skills are very poor) and kept doing it just to see how long it would take for him to say something. After he finds out about the mafia thing he starts making Kim's extra strong, and increasing the amount he makes for him.

That'll teach Kim to lie to him.)

were there any pre canon concepts for adrien's/felix's room? i hate the canon one so much the layout confuses me

Afraid not. I think the closest we have is the information that Felix/ Adrian's family owned a hotel (this is before he was made into the villain's son.) A lot of early and even current ladybug is pretty focused around Marinette. Nathan-Felix-Adrien as a character is shockingly inconsequential to the narrative as a whole. (Which is probably why he was so easily edited throughout development whereas Marinette stayed pretty consistent.... And is also apparently still the case from what I've heard of the recent season.)

You can actually really see a lot of the inspiration that it transferred to the agreste mansion... But it also lost a lot of style and flair. Richard had a lot of art deco inspiration in the buildings associated with his character. And you can kind of see that in the hotel piece here. It's all connected, at least I believe it is.

It makes sense that the current one is frustrating. It's a mix between " oh this is what a fabulously wealthy teen boy would like" being full of video games and literal arcade machines, but still having like no personality? Like it's big. Because Adrian is rich. And it's like... Largely undecorated because Gabriel is like a minimalist or whatever... Except for all of the stuff that Adrian has because he's rich. And that's literally the end of it.

Edit: If I were to fathom a... A room that does line up with that hotel era then I would do something like this, except with more whites and golds rather than blue... Or just tailor it to however the cat's relationship to his father is.

I subscribe to the theory that Maleanor is trapped in the Dark Mirror mostly because it would be Very Funny in a dark way

one of my greatest irritations with the dbh fandom is the way most people act like non-deviant androids walk around saying “Beep Boop I Am A Robot” all the time 😭like a big part of the reason cyberlife is so successful is that androids are lifelike! they act like humans! pretty much the only difference between deviant and non-deviant androids is that deviant androids can say no! sure deviant androids may have more of a personality but that’s because they’ve escaped from the people who literally own them! also, most of the non-deviant androids we interact with are when whoever we’re playing as is presenting an android, ofc they’ll act cold, they don’t think they’re speaking with someone who’ll appreciate inflection! or, it’s androids who’re designed for manual labour and so specifically don’t have a social program/have a less developed social program!

like there’s a reason that when we play as markus and kara before their deviation, they can still make decisions!! hell, almost all of the time we play as connor he hasn’t deviated and yet isn’t just a caricature of an ai from 20 years ago.
