Gemini & Mercury

Tube tops or off shoulder dresses to show off your well shaped shoulders and arms. Flared jeans! Also glasses and ponytails. You look good in purple. Tights long sleeve shirts that show the shape of your arms. You look good in colorful and playful clothes, striped clothes. Ive noticed that most Geminis look good in bangs. Corduroy pants, cargo pants. Also strawberry blonde hair is such a Gemini thing. High heels. Emeraldgreen! I feel like Geminis look good in a pagebob hairstyle.

Cancer & Moon

You look good in dresses. Flower print looks good on you. Long maxi dresses. Baby blue, navy blue and light green. Anything feminine. Especially anything that shows cleavage. You look good in jeans suspenders. Anything jeans really. Knitted cardigans. Cancers might not be known for being luxurious and status oriented but I noticed that they are usually very well dressed and look good in blazers and satin blouses and ties just like Capricorn, it enhances that milf/dilf look. Like you are on your way to a meeting.

Leo & Sun

Put focus on the hair, hairline and back. Headbands! You look good in silver and gold since it makes you stand out, mostly gold. Orange is YOUR color. Yellow too. When I think Leo dominant I think a orange satin dress with brown, beige or white hedge heels in the summer with a straw hat and huge glasses. And for men I think those linen shirts with shorts, flipflops and a sharktooth necklace. You look good in leo print too. Anything flashy and luxurious like those chanel blazers. Leo dominant also look sooo good in Sun glasses since yall are ruled by the sun, it enhances your diva look. Sequin dresses and high heels.

Virgo & Mercury

Think minimalistic. French manicure is a must! Go for neutral colors like brown, beige, black, white, dark blue etc. You need to have your own style because you are very picky, you need everything to be perfect and you are good at finding the perfect details to make the outfit look perfect. Take extra care of your health because its easily seen outwardly on virgos when they have been taking care of themselves. For some reasons Virgo dominants looks good in white and blue. You look especially good in silk since it highlights that virgo elegance. You guys look good in very basic clothes like jeans and a quality t shirt. Focus should be on quality and highlighting your natural beauty. Anything with buttons. Also anything that is ribbed.

Libra & Venus

Anything that enhances your femininity like pink nailpolish, cute bracelets, lipgloss. Definitely curly hair. You guys look good in the typical insta makeup look, anything thats in. Curly hair and lipgloss. Sweet and pretty. Anything thats original like the famous little black dress with a clutch that matches your earrings. Or in the winter, a long luxurious beige coat with the perfect scarf to match. High heels! When Venus is involved, original is best since this is the planet of fashion. Original colors like grey, black, pink, white.

Scorpio & Pluto

Black long sleeve rouched dresses, they show off your figure but leave some to the fantasy which makes you even more mysterious. For men definitely gold jewelery,brand name hoodies, vests. Clothes that give the impression of power. Dark brown, dark purple. Smokey eye. Gold jewelery to an all black outfit. Dont go overboard with the sexy because you already have a natural sensuality to you so you wont need it, it will just make it too much. Gold circle earrings. With Pluto its all about being mysterious. Instead of a super short dress wear a long dress with a slit to show a little leg. Less is more. This gives off an aura of privacy and mystery which will attract a lot of Scorpio Venuses. You want to attract someone with their Venus or Mars in your dominant sign. Shirts that got a text with the ”Old English” font.

Sagittarius & Jupiter

Anything that shows off your gorgeous legs and butt. This can be anything from a short dress to sporttights or jeans. We need to see them legs!! You already have a glow to you but you should definitely highlight those gorgeous Jupiter facial features with a highlighter. So go for a natural look but put focus on highlighting the nose and cheekbones. Ive noticed that Sagittarius placements usually look best in tight clothes. You guys also look good in leather and suede. Leather boots and tight jeans is a look i see as a typical Sag look for some reason. Dont wear overknee boots or socks that go over your calf because that covers the shape of your legs too much. The bohemian look or the ”just got out of bed” look suits you well too.

Capricorn & Saturn

Your bone structure is your best weapon so focus on highlighting your features but go for the natural look. You look best in something professional and luxurious. Blazers and clothes that are discrete but still classy, like you are going to work. For men you NEED to buy one of these knitted half zip shirts if you know what I mean. Also take care of your beard or mustasche. Wear a watch if you like watches. Beige, brown, black, white and navy blue are your colors. Dont do too much to your hair just make sure its healthy. Capricorn is all about looking well taken care off so a good skin and hair routine is a must. Suit pants look sooo good on these people.

Aquarius & Uranus

Tie dye clothes. Blue and green. Tank tops. Show off you legs because they are your strong feature! Also silver. Anything metallic or oversized. Aquarius actually have a lot in common with Scorpios style. I see Aquarius as a more experimental Scorpio stylewise. You look good in shirts with a text in the ”Old English” font too. You guys look so good in jewelery. I see Aquarius as people who fit best with cold tones like silver and ice blue, depends on your skins undertone tho. Cargo pants! Yall look good in neon colors, just look at Nicki Minaj shes an Aquarius Rising and look at how she rocks neon green and Barbie Pink. Yall look good in the 90s style like the t-shirt over long sleeved shirt look. Nose rings. Ombre hair.

Pisces & Neptune

You look good in something cute and relaxed. Anything that gives an aura of mystery and fantasy like lace or other seethrough materials. Blue ofc since Neptune rules the sea. Anything fluffy! Skirts. Long but tights skirts like a mermaid. Anything with ring details like those bikinis who got a plastic ring between the cups. When it comes to makeup go for the dewy look instead of the matte look because neptunian look sooo good in that and it highlights your features perfectly. Eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipliner and lipgloss to draw focus to your eyes and lips since these are your strong features. Preferably darker colors to look more mysterious. You also look good in fake lashes that are longer on the outer corner since it creates that wing look like Marilyn Monroe got. Yall remind me so much of Bratz and that kind of makeup look!

What the TWST Boys wear to bed

Riddle Rosehearts

Classic simple button up pajamas set. Probably red and soft, like satin or some other nice fabric. Does not wear them anywhere but in his room, except on the third Tuesday of every other month, according to the Queen of Hearts Rule #629. He even has a little night cap.

Trey Clover

A simple man, he wears an old white shirt and red pajama bottoms with cupcakes designs on them. He follows the Queen of Hearts rules for pajama wearing, though if he gets the urge to bake at 3 am he’s not putting on regular clothes to do it, only adding some slippers to the mix. Riddle just sighs in disappointment when he catches Trey breaking the rules.

Cater Diamond

He had a normal pair of pajamas packed, but then his sisters raided his suitcase. Now he’s stuck in this frilly pink nightgown. He’s glad that it’s long sleeved and to his ankle, with an admittedly cute swoop neckline. He ends up borrowing a pair of pajama pants from Trey and sleeps in those when he absolutely can’t stand it anymore. He only wears the nightgown in his room.

Deuce Spade

He’s a good normal boy, who wears good normal boy pajamas to bed. And by that, I mean it’s a blue plaid pajama pants and a matching shirt with a cauldron on it. He really loves cauldrons, okay? He would wear it around the dorm if Riddle doesn’t yell at him for breaking the rules.

Ace Trappola

He falls into bed wearing whatever he was wearing for the day. He will take off his shoes, jacket, and tie, but that’s it. It’s really gross when he drops into bed with his basketball uniform on.

Leona Kingscholar

He sleeps nude. Ruggie is so tired of waking up Leona and seeing his bare butt. If he MUST go out, he throws on a silk robe that reminds you that he is a rich prince.

Ruggie Bucchi

He’s poor and can’t afford regular pajamas. He sleeps in an old threadbare shirt and boxers until the shirt ripped too much, then Leona gave him an old shirt to replace it. He can and WILL wear them around the dorm because he doesn’t give a shit.

Jack Howl

A simple boy, he choses the classic plaid pajama bottoms and that’s all. He will put on a shirt if someone needs him after jammy time.

Azul Ashengrotto

He wears a nice set of silken lavender pajamas.

Jade Leech

Like Azul, wears a nice set of silken pajamas. His are black, like his heart, with little mushroom designs on them.

Floyd Leech

He wants to sleep naked but Jade says no. Instead he goes for the classic gray sweat pants or basketball shorts, even if he hates them.

Kalim Al-Asim

We all know what this boy wears to bed. That nice little halter style red shirt and white shorts. Whore (affectionate). He actually hosts pajama parties for the dorm.

Jamil Viper

A simple classic boy, wears a set of red sweat pants and a white tank top. Has been forced into these pajama parties against his will.

Vil Schoenheit

A GNC king, he wears a beautiful spaghetti strap long purple night gown, with a sheer robe to cover it. He also uses a purple headbands to keep his hair out of his eyes and of course his nightly face mask.

Rook Hunt

Surprisingly, he doesn’t go all out with his nightwear. A white shirt and a pair of black basketball shorts, pajama pants when it gets too cold.

Epel Felmier

He’s a MAN, a MANLY MAN, who wears only the manliest of man pajamas: nothing. Or at least he tried, until Vil yelled at him. Now he wears the apple themed pajama set his mama packed.

Idia Shroud

Some kind of anime merchandise inspired set or some kind of RSA Ignihyde theme assigned PJ set. That is under the assumption he DOES sleep.

Ortho Shroud

Is robot. He doesn’t need clothes.

Malleus Draconia

He is a fae prince and he is dressed like one would think a fae prince would for sleep. It’s black and green, dramatic, making you question if it even is pajamas. But it’s so soft and silky.

Lilia Vanrouge

Spaghetti strap hot pink shirt, a pair of black shorts, and neon green socks. I don’t know why but he gives me these vibes.

Silver

Half of his wardrobe is pajamas. All designs, all types. He randomly picks every night.

Sebek Zigvolt

Wears a classic black pajama set with lightening bolts on the pants.

A guide on how to feel like a princess this winter

Winter can feel very exhausting and cold, it's a period of time where you may be less inclined to dress in a pretty way or put a lot of effort into your appearance so here is a guide on how to feel like a cozy, snow princess this winter!

Experiment with pretty hairstyles with silk/satin bows in colours such as pink, cream or blue.

Make a comforting hot chocolate (I love to make French style hot chocolate as a special treat!) and put it in your cutest mug and add some delicate marshmallows.

Read books that make you feel wintery and cozy, some of my favourites to read at this time of year are Anne of Green Gables, the nutcracker and I capture the castle, all of which I highly recommend!

Bake a wintery sweet treat such as gingerbread (which you can then ice and give to your friends) or cinnamon rolls.

Buy some warm and pretty winter accessories like a fur headband, pink mittens or a cute winter hat.

Find a scent that makes you smell gorgeous and feel like a princess. My favourite scents right are now are sweet and soft, I love layering my scents as well.

Find a wintery activity you can do with friends! Such as going ice skating, visiting a winter market, going shopping for presents or having a girlie sleepover.

Paint your nails a pretty colour. For winter I love deep red nails or a soft baby pink.

Watch some winter, adorable films such as love actually or little women! You could even host a watch party and make snacks themed around the films.

Organise your wardrobe and create a wish list of clothes you want for when it gets a little warmer!

Make sure your skin stays baby soft and smooth by regularly applying body lotion, moisturiser and hand lotion. My most beloved lotion right now is the snow fairy lotion from lush.

Experiment with pretty 'cold girl' or winter makeup looks with lots of blusher and sparkles!

Make a lovely winter themed playlist. Use instrumental covers of winter ballets (like the nutcracker) if you want to use it for studying or just songs that make you feel cozy and romantic if you want it to be an every-day winter playlist!

Wear delicate silver jewellery. I love pearl jewellery in winter especially, it makes me feel so princessy and pretty.

Add extra touches to your room to make it cozy and warm such as extra blankets or pillows on your bed, soft and sweet candles around your room, pretty lamps to light and wear soft fuzzy socks or slippers if you get cold easily!

Roméo et Juliette: de la Haine à l'Amour - Redesign - 2024

To understand my completely unnecessary desire to redesign a musical that is over twenty years old, you have to understand that Romeo et Juliette is my Roman Empire. Long explanation under the break.

I wanted this design to be an homage in the silliest way possible.

I really leant into the sensibilities of original costume designer Dominique Borg, who used contemporary colour and technique and applied it to historical (or pseudo-historical) silhouettes.

Broadly, I wanted the Montagues to feel English in their shapes--Elizabethan doublets, high necklines, and ruffs, in homage to Shakespeare and the source text. They're all leather, denim, silver hardware--a little bit punk with status.

The Capulets would be deeply Italian Renaissance in their silhouettes, in reference to the setting of the play. They're all velvets, lace, chiffon, satins, and gold hardware--giving them an airiness of the Mediterranean while still allowing some drape here and there.

I wanted each family to have a slightly more broad palette than most versions afford them--which is why the Montagues have a smattering of green and magenta while the Capulets play with some soft yellows and lavenders.

The ball scene is largely Arthurian in inspiration--just because I took the idea of "what would the 1500s consider vintage and costume-y in the same way we think of the Victorian era" and ran away with it. There's also some silly Y2K nonsense because I rewatched the "On dit dans la rue" music video and thought "What if the Capulets threw this big Arthurian affair with full elegance and the Montagues cobbled together some gay club outfits circa 1998 fits out of a suit of armour."

FINALLY, I wanted Roméo and Juliette to take on elements of each other's family's style and colours for the end of the play--because to be loved is to be changed.

So here is a breakdown of my choices for each of the looks.

Un Jour: Here we see Roméo in his base look. It's a two-tone patent leather double with multiple zipper details. The peplum is criss-crossed zippers. The wings over the shoulder seams are edged with zipper teeth. The ruff detail at the neckline is also edged with zipper teeth. He has along zipper across the front of his boot like he's trying to be the next Sailor Moon. I don't know y'all. I went a little feral with trying to figure out all the places I could put zippers in.

Juliette is the most juvenile looking in Un Jour. I imagine that in this scene, she's being dressed by her family instead of her own volition.

She's in an asymmetrical, empire-waisted gown that is likely a brocaded or printed silk. Her chemise is a sheer lavender georgette or chiffon that peaks through the lacing at the shoulders and along the upper arms. She has a velvet choker and velvet belt and a heavily stoned velvet headband. Her hairstyling (it would have to be a wig, it would be NUTS to not make this a wig) is an homage to the open-weave Juliet caps that were similar to nets worn in the period on hair. Italy was, fun fact, one of the few countries where women didn't cover their hair during the renaissance.

L'amour heureux: As I explained above, Roméo's outfit is so silly. The wrap around glasses. The one arm of armour. The sheer, stoned period shirt. The gold brocade on the trousers. The pearl earring. The many, unnecessary belts. Bless this mess. It's also a cheeky little nod to Baz Lurhmann's Romeo + Juliet.

Juliette is, ostensibly, cosplaying as Guinevere or Lady Macbeth or Ophelia or any number of Middle Ages women. The ball is the Capulet's opportunity to really sell their daughter as marriage material so I wanted the look to feel bridal, hence the veil. I wanted to give reference to exaggerated surcote sleeves without actually doing them, hence the sleeve-into-glove and bow detailing with trails down to the floor. There is also a hint of yellow chemise underneath, which is actually just her Le balcon look underdressed for ease of the quick change (yes, I did think about this.) The dress is velvet with one panel of lace in-set into the underskirt. The bows are satin-face organza.

Le balcon: Romeo would change into his base again (during Le Poète). Juliette is in a simple yet totally impractical sheer chemise + slip combo. I wanted this soft yellow for this sequence because I always think about the lines "O she doth teach the torches to burn bright!" and "But soft! What light through yonder window breaks?/It is the east and Juliet is the sun" when it comes to describing her. The chemise would likely be a chiffon, while the slip would be silk.

Aimer: I say this with my whole chest--I hate how they changed the palette for Aimer in the 2010 production. I want my lovers soft and angelic and matching in this moment of union. Here we see a bit more of Romeo's lace shirt--his sleeves are laced like Juliette's in the first look. His doublet, trouser, boot combo are off-white leather in homage to the original production. Juliette's dress has a similar train length to her ball look (again, bridal) and we see the neckline creep up into a ruff (Elizabethan, rather than Italian). Lots of sheer net and lace with cream bridal satin as a skirt. Tiered sleeves. A little circlet on her head.

Le poison: Honestly? Just wanted her to have another outfit change before her death dress as a transitional choice. There's so much more of the purple in this look because it's going to take us into the blue elements of the final dress.

La mort de Roméo/Juliette: Again. To be loved is to be changed. Juliette has a dropped waistline, a high neckline and ruff, and a heart shaped cut-out detail (see: boob window). She's straight up in blue, and all the sweet and soft pinks of her youth are gone. Romeo has lost his high neckline, ruff, wins, and peplum in favour of a shorter Italian silhouette. He's asymmetrical (a call-back to Juliette's asymmetry) and all the edging detail is done in red. Mantua as a setting is patchworked, torn, and dirty, so I imagine the doublet is pieced together from scraps of jersey (so it's drippy and sad and hangs off him in a lovely manner).

omg can you imagine mornings with him though

waking up either in his arms or with him in your arms

I feel like he'd love falling asleep in your arms cuz ur so warm and he'd just like cuddle up also he'd probably be a sucker for the smell of hot chocolate or cinnamon or something sweet so if you smell like that he'll just bury his face in your neck or something and fall asleep

and in the mornings you'd probably end up on the floor cuz bro's pushed you off the bed in his sleep

his 6'3 ass needs the entire bed to be comfortable like he'll just stretch himself out like a lanky cat and take up as much space as possible

he probably doesn't use a blanket though I mean I don't see him cuddling up in a blanket he seems like the type to start off by cuddling with someone and end up completely spread out like a starfish face flat in the pillow

he moves so much in his sleep his bonnet probably falls off (idk how bonnets work so if this doesnt make sense correct me) and he'll somehow find it on the floor or under the bed cuz it just flew off with how much he was tumbling around in the night

hes also not a heavy sleeper unless you're around. usually he'll sleep fairly lightly and only for a couple hours at a time but when you're around he feels safe enough to fall into the deepest sleep you've ever seen to the point where you check his pulse a couple times to make sure hes still alive

his voice would be hella deep and he'd have those sleepy eyes

definitely the type to hold you down even if you have work or something

mf would be like "just one more minute" and he'd just fall asleep for another hour with a death grip hold on you not letting you go

you simply succumb to his grasp

I find this first part incredibly funny because I have low iron so I'm always cold. So me and Hobie are just gon be cold together 💀

We got the best heating blankets on the market tho. Probably made some of those homemade heating packs out of old socks and rice too.

He most definitely can't sit still in his sleep for nothing and I stand by that (he just like me fr 😔)

Bonnets almost never stay on unfortunately. Unless you go those good ones that have the strings that you tie around your head or at least the ones with the thick elastic that are kinda like a headband (I miss her. I lost her. I need to go buy another bonnet like that 😭)

Hobie probably has a huge bonnet with the ties or at least some satin/silk pillowcases (Hold up actually let's discuss y'all think he wraps his head in a scarf and then a bonnet, just a bonnet, or just a scarf?)

The sleep done took him so far that you think he dead 😭

Y'all are real nice because I'd be laying there kicking him and screaming for hime to get up or wiggling around looking for my spray bottle that I hid in his bed for this situation. Like I got things to do. You can stay in bed but I ain't staying with you. 😂

Ways to feel more coquette and feminine ‧₊˚ ⋅🦢‧₊˚ ⋅🩰‧₊˚ ⋅🍨 ‧

Hello loves ♡ (all three of my followers hehe) I hope you're having a great day. I thought I'd make a lil post today, so here we go :)

‧₊˚ ⋅🦢‧₊˚ ⋅🩰‧₊˚ ⋅🍨 ‧

🦢 Put a bow on it. Literally. Idc what it is. Your toothbrush? Now you can brush your teeth in a girly way. Your car keys? You're still driving--but with bows. Bows make everything 100000000x times better.

🦢 Like the first one, put bows in your hair. This kinda deserved its own spot because bows in hair are so versatile. I usually do a half-up-half-down with a bow, or put my hair in a claw clip and put the bow on the side of my head.

🦢Pajamas and loungewear are soooo important! You're not going to feel cute and dolly in a gray tshirt and green sweatpants. Invest in a pretty lacy nightgown or a pink silk set.

🩰 Heart shaped sunglasses. These are more of a spring/summer thing, but they're so cute and girly and go with so many coquette outfits.

🩰 Pink everything. This goes without saying, but still. Get pink frilly socks, pink satin blouses, pink chunky headbands, pink jeans, EVERYTHING.

🩰 Make your room pretty. This can be hard, especially if you share with a sibling like me, but try your best. Get the rosebud bedsheets, make your bed every morning, keep your spaces clean and cute. I tie bows on my window blinds bc I don't have curtains, but curtains work even better.

🍨 Take care of yourself. Do a face mask, brush your hair, do a ten-minute stretching routine in the morning. Try not to rot in bed. I know tumblr has romanticized girlrotting so much, but it's so bad for you. Try to rot outside, on a picnic blanket in the sun with a book (And sunscreen)

🍨 Only say sweet and kind words. I know it's tempting to curse and it's also over-romanticized, but it sounds so coarse and rude.

🍨 Journal! Journaling is so therapeutic and aesthetic. I try to do it before bed, and it always makes me feel so calm and soothed. Seal it with a red lipstick kiss ♡

Kitty’s Pink Princess Winter

It’s been awhile since I made a winter guide so I thought I’d make an updated one since winter is literally my favorite season ever! 🎀❄️🧸

Winter Doll Looks

I am definitely feeling Yves Saint Laurent Fall/Winter 2022 collection but with more pink! Fashion staple fabrics like furs, leather, velvet, silk, cashmere and lace are definitely going into my closet for the colder weather.

I don’t want to bother you too much, but do you have any tips on becoming more feminine?

trust me, i literally never get tired of receiving asks. you're not bothering me at all ♡♡♡

most of the clothes that i wear are dresses and they definitely help me feel very feminine. i typically wear mini dresses but i also do sometimes like longer ones. floral prints, pastel colours, babydolls, lace and satin or silk are all very feminine styles. i also find that having my hair done makes me feel more girly. i usually wear it half up-half down and i like headbands and ribbons too. smelling nice is also really good, and having a signature scent. this one is a bit odd, but good posture helps a lot too. never have dry lips either. obviously those two are things that you should strive for no matter what, they just make me feel more feminine. then last but not least, soft skin. i'm going to make a post later today about my favourite homemade exfoliator. it literally works wonders and i love it so so much.

Bonus Tips

When looking for a tie you most commonly want a new standard and traditional tie

Decorate your bookbag to express individualism. Go all out gyaru style and add things that are directly related to you

Buy a blazer with a crest or add meaningful pins on ONE side

Meaningful pins go on the blazer and sweater, silly or personal pins go on tote bags or bookbags

Look for your big designer bag doesn't mean purse goofy, get you a nice bookbag or tote bag

When looking for belts you should get quite a few, about four is perfect. Brown with silver hardware, brown with silver hardware, black with gold hardware and black with silver hardware. It makes all the difference if you care about looking cleaner.

When wearing skirts and socks, length is very important. Below knee is regular and above knee is slutty. (slutty is not a bad thing)

You should be buying multiple pairs of your uniform bottoms. They should be crisp, creased, ironed,cleaned and well starched. Get your standard uniform colours: khaki, navy, black and white if you want to be fancy. You can definitely get plaid or houndstooth for the added effect (all of this also applies to blazers)

Getting these items tailored will always make you look sleeker and better
