Favorite piece of concept/production art? Film or series.
While I don't have a definitive favorite piece, this is the first one I thought of in response to the question:
Art by Scott Watanabe
I hoped they would use it to inspire a shot in the series, but that didn't happen. Ah well.

A little Canon Descendants design for a Mirabel kid. If we're going off the usual naming convention I like the name Marisol. I think that she doesnt have any Gift either, but she has a much different childhood then Mirabel thanks to the growth the family has gone through, and loves hanging out with her many cousins (half of them at least from Mariano and Dolores xD) and discovering what extra secrets the Encanto might hold, as well as going on to explore the world outside it.
I based her look off of this Cutie that showed up in some of the Encanto concept art. She's got such a fun Kiki's Delivery Sevice vibe and the moment I saw her I knew I had to bring her into my Canon Descendants/DisneyVerse

What's your favorite concept art from the movie or show?
I have been sitting on this ask for months, thinking thinking thinking...
And I think, at the end of the day, it's this one, by Scott Watanabe.
I am genuinely surprised it wasn't used in the series, Eugene climbing onto her balcony via her hair and Rapunzel eagerly awaiting him at the top.
