Buffy season 6 is insane. It’s like what if someone you loved died a meaningful and accepting death but you couldn’t live without them so you brought them back. And against all odds, they didn’t come back wrong, but they didn’t WANT to come back at all, and now they have to learn to live in this world again while resenting their friends and family for taking the death they willingly chose away from them. And existence is hell compared to death because in life they never get a break and never get to rest because they’re constantly needed by everyone. And they can’t chose to die a second time because they know what it would do to their loved ones who still never got over the fact that they died the first time. And also there’s a musical episode.

the way that wilson dies first is fucking me up... like god its always heartbreaking when someone you love dies but somehow i feel like its even worse when the younger person, the one who was meant to live longer, is the first to go. and with houses vicodin addiction and his injury and his age and his Multiple suicide attempts, im soooo sure that house was counting on himself being the one to go first, and wilson moving on amd having a life after him. because like, without wilson HOUSE HAS NO LIFE. hes an old grumpy drug addicted man who's been passively suicidal for literal years and who im sure felt that he could live out the rest of his days with wilson and finally die content. it just. fucks me up that wilson, who by all accounts had more life left to live, is the one whos dying first
