What made you ship it?
I watched the anime first and I truly loved the chemistry they were given. I'm not too fond of the anime since season 2, however it was a great stepping stone, and then come to playing the game I found myself loving how their characters interact. Even if they didn't speak much base game, the way they'd talk about each other stood out to me, and I think their characters go great together.
What are your favourite things about the ship?
I love the way they complement each other, and on the surface, one might think Rose is the chaotic one and Alisha steady--in reality though, Alisha is often diving headfirst into matters and Rose takes chance to weigh things over. I think they would do well to support each other and play to each other's strengths.
(I also love the potential behind one of the assassins who once went for Alisha falling for her...)
Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?
I'm not too familiar with widespread opinions on these two, so can't say!

What made you ship it?
Admittedly, before I played GD their aesthetic and what I had seen from their characters already appealed to me. The bubblegum pink and blue combo is just adorable. Also, it wasn't until I truly thought about their characters away from their own support in the game I truly began to ship them and saw their potential. They were one of those I was more casual about shipping until I had a firmer grasp on them. I feel like Three Hopes' extra content for them helped even more and I preferred their supports in this game.
What are your favourite things about the ship?
I love the way Hilda puts in the work for Marianne in her own words, and how much Hilda supports her and encourages her. Hilda's bright attitude and carefree nature goes so nicely with Marianne's insecurities, and Marianne's kindness means she can be there for Hilda in return, especially in the war.
Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?
I don't think I'm familiar enough about the ship's wider opinions either.

Author’s notes: I was gloomy when I wrote that author’s note, but I’m more chill at this time.
07/22/2020 author’s notes: This makes the most sense after watching ToZ the X.
I learned yesterday that old school ficlet/drabble communities still exist, and for some reason that inspired me to just drabble again... I was thinking about a certain Spirited Away scene while doing so.
I don't know if a contentment like Rose and Alisha's is possible, but I'm glad if at least they can have it.
Summary: Alisha slides the ring onto Rose’s finger. Proposal drabble.

When Alisha slides the ring onto her finger, this overwhelming feeling—this warmth, whenever Alisha pressed against her, at her side, into her arms—rises and blooms and bursts through her, becomes tears rolling down her face, hotter than anything. Rose cries softly for some time, surrounded by a garden of flowers. It's a happiness that cannot be choked away.
Still, the thought tries to, as if to help, in its own way. You are in danger.
But she'd seen it, that moment before. Alisha's smile so gentle, and her gaze shimmering, as if she held a love inside she could never really hide. Her hand, rough and covered in calluses, holding her own so tenderly, and bearing the ring Rose had placed upon her finger, the legacy of their smithing efforts alongside Edna, Mikleo and Zaveid. Their past together, up to now, spilling, unfurling from the heart.
There is a thought that had settled into her, much deeper, all those many days ago, when they bore the weight of the world side by side, together with Sorey.
It will be all right.
She thinks, leaping into Alisha's embrace again, their blithe laughter intermingling with Eguille's bawling, in the distance—that it just might.

There are actually so many shows/movies that were so bad (but like, in a 'You could've been good if it weren't for.../were good at one point what the hell happened' way), I constantly have to hold myself back from just ranting endlessly
