Hear me out:

Does anyone know the story of Caine and Able?

In Christianity/Catholicism Caine is the worlds first murderer. He killed his brother Able. As punishment he was damned to walk the rest of eternity. He could never die.

In Halloween, Michael Myers kills his sister Judith and depending on the timeline, goes after Laurie who is his other sister. Michael is seemingly immortal/ extremely hard to kill. Throughout the series, he survives what regular humans can’t or shouldn’t. 6 bullets to the chest and then falling over a balcony, set on fire (twice), blown up, stabbed, shot, etc. But he’s just a man. In Halloween 2018, he’s shown to take some damage but he gets back up. He shows superhuman stamina and strength. It’s unclear why this is (though curse of thorn gave some answers but fuck that it was a shit movie and it only pertains to 1 film) but most believe this is because he’s pure evil.

My theory is that what if Michael is Caine/embodied by Caine. Like Caine was set to walk for eternity so he can possibly reincarnate. Unfortunately he got out in Michael’s body and saw Judith as Able and killed her then with Laurie as his sister, he came back to kill her since maybe he believed it was able? This explains why Michael hates his siblings, why he can’t die. Idk I just thought of this out of the blue and like I could go into more detail but I’m lazy and super tired. I just thought it was interesting.
