Minding her own business was all Kyleigh knew how to do. It was how she survived in a world that wasn't built for her kind. Moving from town to town, doing what she had to for money and a place to stay, leaving when it got a bit too hot. They always came looking for the stranger that showed up a few weeks ago when shit hit the fan, so the half lycan knew when it was time to take her leave. This little town was no different, though she hadn't quite reached that point yet. She was walking home from her shift at the dive bar when she heard the familiar sounds of a fight and it lured her right in. Should she have gone and investigated? No. But it had been some time since the wolf got to be curious and before she knew it she was heading right in the direction the noise was coming from.

Of course the last thing she expected to stumble upon was a dead body and its killer standing over it. The smell of death was nothing new to Kyleigh, but the scent of demon peaked her curiosity. Usually they were more discreet with their dealings, but it only took a couple of moments for the half lycan to put together that the corpse was a hunter and this demon was just defending herself. "No. Caught the scent of blood in the air and came to see what was causing it. I might know a spot to dump that thing if that's what you're doing next." She didn't usually offer her help to some random person but she wasn't exactly that fond of hunters herself, so one less one in the world was a good thing.

maybe  she  had  a  bit  of  a  shopping  addiction,  luxury  brands  were  her  go-to.  growing  up  with  money  meant  expensive  habits,  which  became  worse  after  she  lost  luke.  numbing  the  pain  with  clothes,  heels,  and  bags.  roll  of  eyes  as  payne  lets  out  an  outdrawn  okay.  at  least  she  had  spent  money  on  payne  this  time  around,  and  not  herself.

he was far too old for this shit. sitting back had never been his style, but his aching and creaky bones much preferred to be the fake fbi contact or researcher. things had been too crazy lately and he was there to help sam and dean in any way he could. that meant chasing any leads on information about stopping the breaking of all of the seals of hell... and payne seemed like the right person to consult on that subject. ❝ there's gotta be some way we can figure out more of these seals... or which ones are more attainable. seems like the bar was set pretty low if castiel says there's thousands of them an' only 66 need to be broken. ❞

he's  been  hounding  her  all  night,  a  regular  that  sawyer's  turned  down  advances  of  for  the  last  few  months.  it  started  simple  enough,  a  man  who's  suddenly  misconstrued  money  for  love,  time  for  commitment.  he  offers  dates,  more  money,  to  be  her  sugar  daddy  —  well,  she's  got  the  full  set  of  those  now,  doesn't  she?  hazel  hues  flit  over  the  man's  shoulder  as  he  becomes  a  little  more  forceful,  his  tone  a  little  more  edged,  and  land  on  not  only  the  owner  of  the  club,  but  one  of  the  two  who  offers  far  more  than  sugar  in  sawyer's  life.
