BLOGPOST 「 most memorable day 」

When I've learned that Soichi-kun will have an event to be live streamed on liveship, I was overjoyed because it'll be 2 out of 3LDK members who used the new online platform.

I was actually hesitant on buying the ticket but then my Vietnamese friend read the whole thing again and told me that my boy Taisuke will appear on the live stream also. Then I was convinced!

I am incredibly happy with the event and since I can't really scream about it at home so, I just wrote about it.

Disclaimer: yet another long written one. ✌️

When Soichi appeared on the stage he was all smiles. He thanked everyone for coming and when the audience clapped, he got teary eyed and he said "no, i shouldn't cry". He was cute!! (≧▽≦)

He thanked everyone who came to watch 'The View Upstairs'. Unfortunately, the Osaka performances got cancelled, he hopes that someday they'll do it again.

He also talked about his online calendar event. He was happy to see the faces of his fans at the event and thanked everyone.

He waved at the camera for those who are watching via live streaming. He thanked everyone and.said that he'll do his best throughout the show.

It's time for the question corner. They have gathered questions from fans over twitter.

One of the questions was "So-chan, is there something that you want to do?" and he answered "THIS, I wanted to do this". He talked about the first show wherein his guest was Oguri-san from sh**kingz.

"I am not a dancer but I dreamed to be one so I came to Tokyo. But doing this job, I've met lots of people. Although I don't know anything about being an actor, I've been through a lot and now I am here. At first, when I was a child, I just want to dance, that's where my conciousness is. I wanted to do an event in relation to dance and that's volume one. It has been three years since then so when I was asked of what I want to do, this is probably it."

He asked if there's someone who had watched volume one and thanked those who responded at the audience. He was happy if there are also who hasn't seen volume one but is now watching today.

Next question is that if there's a reason for the duck design and he replied "there is none". He then introduced the goods on sale, particularly the long sleeved shirt.

There's also a question is there a reason why he casted Ota Masaki and Niihara Taisuke for this show and he said NONE and laughed. 🤣🤣

Next, the staff brought in three chairs and unintentionally, the audience voices raised and claps can be heard in the whole venue. We already know what's gonna happen next, right. 😉 Soichi-kun was surprised with the audience's response that he got nervous all of a sudden. He then called on Ota Masaki and Niihara Taisuke and they danced Dress Up.

After the dance ended, the two were still seating as Soichi-kun stood getting this microphone he said "hey, you two comeback to your senses, it had ended already" and Masaki-kun replied out loud "well I'm just..." and Soichi-kun responded "hey, go grab your microphones" so the two went and sat down.

Soichi-kun asked how was it and Masaki-kun replied "as expected, Dress Up feels good!" and Taisuke, "it has been really a while since I danced". As we all know, Handsome Live ended up a year ago.

Soichi-kun brought up that Masaki-kun came rushing in from his stage performance at noon. Masaki-kun is currently casted on an ongoing stage play called "飛んでる最高(Tonderu Saikou)".

Soichi-kun also brought up Taisuke's previous stage play "Newsies" and made Taisuke dance a part from the stage.

They have talked about their connections.

Soichi: Masaki, how many years has it been? Masaki: When I thought of Soichi-kun, it's definitely FROGS.

Soichi-kun said that FROGS is his first stage play. Although for that FROGS edition that Masaki-kun appeared, he didn't appear. Masaki-kun said that Soichi-kun was in the FROGS audition for the new cast members.

Soichi-kun talked about a certain part of the script for the audition which is the fight scene. Masaki-kun is auditioning for the best friend role and Soichi-kun asked Masaki-kun, "wasn't it your first stage play?" and he replied "yes, it is".

They somehow just remembered the script at the audition.

Soichi: during that time, i am a senior but this person doesn't think of it at all so I thought "what's with this guy?" Masaki: no, no, no, that's not true at all! Soichi: I don't know him at all so when we're paired during the audition, he was in rage! Masaki: hahaha Soichi: it was the first time in this stage that it was angry (expression) and he lashed out! Taisuke: ahh Soichi: he grabbed me in the chest Taisuke: huh!? Soichi: really!! "don't stop dancing" Taisuke: lol Soichi: my eyes squinted and I thought "uwaaaa~ this kid's so damn scary!!"

During the audition, Goro-san and Soichi-kun agreed to go on with this kid (Masaki-kun) as they we're impressed by him at the audition. Masaki-kun was grateful to hear that and thanked Soichi-kun for it.

Masaki-kun mentioned that he had watched Handsome Live 2012 so when he was about to give greetings, he thought Soichi-kun was really cool and Soichi-kun thought of Masaki-kun as good kid. 🥰

Going on, Soichi-kun said that from this point on, it's Taisuke.

Taisuke promoting their stage play entitled "Claudia" produced by Chikyu Gorgeous

"I am casted as Ryu. I was double casted with that guy over there, Mister Hirama Soichi. It is the first time in my life to be in a double casting (play) and I'm with Soichi-kun."

Soichi-kun brought up about Handsome Live. :))

He mentioned about Dress Up's practice video because it was only halfway done comparing it to 3LDK's Butterfly practice video because it's a full version.

Soichi: well I think you can do it. Staff, please play on the music Masaki: huh!? w--ait.. eh?? Taisuke: who will I be? Soichi: pardon? Taisuke: who will I be? Soichi: Kouki Taisuke: okay Soichi: come on the rap's gonna start!!

Masaki-kun rapped a little and then they danced Butterfly.

Soichi: hey, isn't this perfect!? Taisuke: I have finally danced it!!

Soichi: nice working with Takkun and Kouki Taisuke: I'm going to contact Kouki-san

Soichi: as expected, it's a no-no for Takkun's rap. I won't forgive you for that Masaki Masaki: /raps/ "you just go further away" Soichi: It's a NO! Taisuke: ahahaha it's a no Masaki: huh, isn't this weird?

Soichi: this is so fun. Hopefully us three could dance together again someday. Masaki: sure Soichi: if I may ask, what are we gonna do with Koudai?

Masaki: well everyone's different so, anyone will do Taisuke: what a nice answer Soichi: well the size is just the same, right?

I hope that someday they'll gonna dance together again and like what Soichi-kun said "all-star". Hopefully all Team Handsome members starting from the first generation will be in one stage and dance together again.

Masaki-kun and Taisuke promoted their current and upcoming works. And then suddenly... a pro wrestling song played and a man in green jacket with white mask appeared... IT WAS AOYAGI RUITO!!

Ruito: hey, isn't this weird!? Soichi: hmm, what's up? Ruito: you appeared in Handsome Live Soichi: I did Ruito: you too Masaki: yes Ruito: and you too Taisuke: yes, I did Ruito: I also appeared in Handsome Live but somehow I only appeared now!? What's the meaning of this, right!?

Ruito: ...and you danced Butterfly Masaki: it's my first time Taisuke: it's also my first time doing it Ruito: how many years have you been in AMUSE? Taisuke: it's about a year a and half now Ruito: 1 1/2, I see. I have been in AMUSE for 20 years now and I haven't did it, not even once! Taisuke: I'm sorry. I'm really sorry.

Ruito: well it was cool! It's cool, right?

Soichi: I'm at ease now that Ruito had appeared Ruito: it's assuring, right? Soichi: I'm at ease!

Soichi: now I wanna do a childhood friends talk Taisuke: so you're saying that we're on the way? Masaki: ah, I get it. They are childhood friends.

The two bid everyone goodbye as it is time for Ruito to shine. ✨✨

Ruito: So-chan, I came!! Soichi: I'm really thankful!!!! Will you come in here? Ruito: why, what's up? Soichi: I... I just wanna touch it for a while Ruito: what do you mean? This kid's weird! Soichi: uhm... I don't know this childhood friend Ruito: what, you don't? Should I be surprised then? Soichi: that's because the Ruito that I know is small

For those who know and doesn't know, Soichi-kun and Ruito-kun were childhood friends. They spent their childhood days in Hokkaido attending the same actor's studio. They both went to Tokyo at the same time, both lived alone after graduating high school. They have met during their fourth grade in elementary school at Hokkaido Actor's Studio. When they joined AMUSE, they are called 'SoiRui' combi.

They have talked a lot about their childhood memories though I only get a gist of most of it.

Ruito-kun's favorite is Conan. Soichi-kun doesn't like vegetables although he likes natto. According to Soichi-kun, Ruito-kun is a weird kid ever since they've met in an actor's school in Hokkaido. In the audition, Ruito-kun did a monomane of Shimura Ken-san and sang Yuzu with a guitar accompaniment. Soichi-kun had corrected this info but then I don't understand the name he mentioned (it wasn't Shimura Ken). Soichi-kun said he wanted to do this street dance (referring to yosakoi; a festival dance) so his mother brought him to the actor's school. Apparently, Soichi-kun skipped all other lessons leaving only the dance classes. w-inds Chiba Ryohei also attended the same actor's school and both said that they admire him a lot.

They showed pictures when they we're still young. Ruito-kun is so small!! Soichi-kun is so cute!! Also, a photo of young Ruito with Chiba Ryohei. They also aired a vtr of them back dancing together and Ryohei-san was in front of them. There's also an extra clip, a TV commercial of the little SoiRui and said that it's their first job in Tokyo.

Now here comes the worst part of the day... Soichi-kun and Ruito-kun was still talking when my data connection LAGGED!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! THIS IS THE WORST TIMING EVER!!!! It took I think more than 5 minutes before my data connection went back. When it came back, Soichi-kun and Ruito-kun's dance is about to end. My network provider totally ruined my day!!!!

Anyway, going on...

So as I mentioned above, I missed the whole dance part of SoiRui so I only managed to catch their last talk before Ruito bid goodbye.

Soichi: it was so fun! Ruito: it brings back memories! Soichi: it is! somehow you all saw our memories from about 20 something years ago Ruito: it really brings back memories!! It was the first time that the two of us talked and danced together on stage Soichi: it is, right? Ruito: we've never done it with just the two of us before Soichi: now that you've mentioned it... we don't on Handsome Live and uhm... we really don't, right?

They had a short break before the last guest appears.

The special guest is Chiba Ryohei from w-inds. He danced alone for his introduction.

It has been years since wasabeats 2 that they were together on stage. Then they talked about their old days together and Soichi-kun praised Ryohei-kun quite a lot. Soichi-kun even said that Ryohei-kun is his aspiration. After this short talked, they danced together.

It's time for the next segment which is letter reading. The staff brought in the paper and that staff was Ruito wearing sunglasses. 🤣🤣 They read two trouble consultation letrers and then danced again.

After it, Ruito came in rushing to the stage to hand over a new letter and even instructed Ryohei-kun to read the letter carefully. When Ryohei-kun read it, the letter was obviously from Ruito himself that's why everyone at the audience laughed. 😅 The question asked was"what is your turning point life song?" and Soichi-kun answered the song from the movie "YOU GOT SERVED" wherein there's this dance battle.

They had a dance battle from the movie 'YOU GOT SERVED' and kids wearing red and blue costumes entered the stage to dance with the two.

Going back to the question, Soichi-kun asked Ryohei-kun about it and he replied w-inds debut song "Forever Memories".

The two fondly remembered their memories with dancer-choreographer akihic☆彡 -san then they called him out and akihic☆彡 -san danced solo first then Soichi-kun and Ryohei-kun joined in to.

They sat down and Soichi-kun fondly remembered the first time meeting akihic☆彡 -san. He is Soichi-kun's first mentor when he came into Tokyo at a dance school in Omotesando.

Ryohei-kun also fondly remembered about their song "変わりゆく空 (kawariyuku sora)" which akihic☆彡 -san choreographed and they danced together. Soichi-kun at the back cheering for them and said "look at Ryohei-kun's face!! He's genuinely happy!!". They had an after talk and akihic☆彡 -san promoted his dance school before saying goodbye.

For the encore, all members danced NSYNC's song POP and gave out their messages after. They also called out the kids and akihic☆彡 -san too.

It was supposed to be curtain call already but Soichi-kun and Ryohei-kun went back on stage and Soichi-kun gave Ryohei-kun a big, warm hug. 🥰🥰 They called out the other three again for the final goodbye and that's it for today's show.

Although Soichi-kun said that the show will last for an hour and a half, the show lasted for more than two hours. It was fun and I am so glad that I bought the ticket!! 😭😭 I hope there will be another event like this in the future and the live stream would be on liveship again. 🙏🙏
