The first part of my Rockman/SMD crossover, Rockman Mystery Dungeon, in which the Rockman characters take the place of the pokemon I nicknamed after them.
This is when the starter first meets the partner pokemon. And since the partner had bishoujo sparkles and bubbles around them, I just had to draw it.
Netto turned out to be cuter than I expected. I’m pretty proud of that.
