I'm team Winston because I'm still not over the "I don't respect you" but some people love to act like Maggie is the devil even though all Grey's Anatomy characters have done f*cked up stuff and Maggie is the least problematic character in the show. Of course, she's not perfect but she shouldn't have to be, she's allowed to not be perfect and say the wrong things sometimes. Meredith once told Amelia she would kill her, Amelia said some awful things to Meredith about being a widow. All the other Grey's characters are always forgiving for their flaws, mistakes except Maggie.

What she said about Winston running away from tough situations was true, she's just tactless sometimes and went a little toi far with that last sentence.

I hope they'll manage to work through their issues and stay together but the Grey's fandom needs to give her a break.
