NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCEMENT . . HOLDEN LJ TORANA . . We’re excited to announcement that we currently developing a “Thumbroller” replacement radio for LJ Torana. Pictured is an insider view of our bezel artwork, which will provide a period looking installation. This IS NOT designed to be a 100% correct reproduction as we cannot replicate the factory radio perfectly with the constraints that our radio hardware provides. It will be an installation that looks period correct with factory inspired attributes to add to the period feel. The hardware will be packed full of all our popular features like Bluetooth, AM/FM, USB, Auxiliary Inputs, Subwoofer Channel, RCA Pre-Outs and much more. Watch this space. . . 1977 LX Holden Torana. This was another car that broke on the Racewars 2018 weekend. On the saturday it ran 192.55km/h over the rolling 400m but the best it was listed as in the 800m was 91.05. Based on the fact it’s 400m run was only a km/h slower than my 800m run it had some go there. No listing on the competitor profiles to tell me if it was a genuine SLR5000 or a faker.
