no ok so ive been seeing a lot of american ptx fans (love yall, stay safe) complaining about their outfits for the summer tour and being all "oh, ptx isnt wearing fancy clothes, oh, ptx doesn't love us as much"

MEANWHILE south american, european, asian and australian/kiwi fans having to wait a year / two years to have a concert for like two nights in their country or having to resign to watching concerts online, while the us gets at least one or two tours a year:

plus aren't some of y'all forgetting it's SUMMER? as in, it's HOT? pentatonix are traipsing all across the usa in the middle of august, and some of you are expecting them in FULL SUITS, DRESSES, AND HEELS?

me personally as an autistic person, bouncing up and down for a screaming, energetic crowd with strobe lights and loud music in peak summer in full fancy clothes, heels and a full face of makeup for multiple hours sounds like sensory hell for me

also the reason why they're wearing fancier clothes abroad is because in those weathers and in that season, it isn't uncomfortable to be wearing suits and dresses

last point but how can you be disappointed at THIS

like what the heck??? they're so beautiful how could you ever even think about criticising their clothing for not being "fancy enough" ☹️

i was just scrolling normally on youtube when i saw a hamilton cover and then suddenly envisioned an idea: what if there was a "pentatonix on broadway" album with different covers from different musicals my day has now been made

Pentatonix is finished with their Asia/Oceania tour for this year. It’s interesting to see, on their Instagram accounts, what they are doing to decompress right now.

For example, Kirstin and her little family are on vacation in some tropical paradise. There was a cute video of her swimming with baby Ellliana in what seemed to be a lagoon, and a photo of Kirstie captioned “I am so sunburned!”

Mitch, on the other hand, has reconnected with his bff Austin, father of Mitch’s godson, who is also the videographer, stylist, and publicity lead of Mitch’s Messer side project. There was a sweet photo of a hug, and there are photos of Mitch dressed up in an amazing leather coat that is like 8 inches too long for him. But he is rocking it, at least when you can’t see how much leather is puddling on the floor.

I wonder how one hems a leather coat. Mitch has some amazing high heels (check out his shoes in the GUY.EXE video) but I don’t think he has any that would compensate for the extra length of this.
