I don't believe Duke Thomas and Luke Fox have every actually interacted in canon. Despite that, I often see them being portrayed as having this close mentor relationship in fandom or wfa. Yes there is a lot of cool potential to explore there, but it's not the established relationship that so many posts pretend it is.
But his mentor is Jefferson Pierce! Black Lightning! He has that mentorship relationship that people try to fit Luke into. Not only were they in a team together, but Jefferson (and Lady Shiva) made extra attempts to bring Duke under his wing and look out for his well-being. I get the impression that Duke is automatically paired with Batwing in fan creations because they are both Black—but so is Black Lightning and he has had actual interactions with Duke!
Also? Within the family, Duke is closest with Cass! They are siblings! And they act like it. They built such a strong relationship while in the Outsiders, and as they were obeying and disobeying orders, they never waivered in their support for each other. Second to Cass, he has wonderful team ups with Bruce, and quickly wormed his way into Damian's trust. Though not as established, Duke's interactions with Dick and Jason also give a foundational idea of their dynamics.
I just want to see him actually interacting with his canon friends okay.

Justice League Headquarters:
Clark: *being called out for clearly treating Jon better than Conner* That's not fair. Everyone has a favorite child.
J'on: I have only my niece M'egam but I do still think this a wrong assertment.
Bruce: *slowly hiding the pictures of him and kid Jason and him and Cass from his JLA office tabble before people notice he doesn't have any with his other kids* J'on is right. I love all my kids the same.
Jefferson: *honestly* Same. My girls mean everything to me.
Barry: Yeah. I adore all my kids.
Clark: Okay, does anyonelse has a better imput over having a favorite kid?
Dinah: *who was on the Queens office party and is still a bit drunk**smiles*I do! Roy is my favorite.
Diana: Roy isn't even your son.
Dinah: No one say nothing about sons, Clark said kid, Roy is my favorite kid on general.
Billy: Ouch.
Oliver: *who also is still a bit drunk from the party* I don't know about favorite kids but my least favorite one is Roy.
Hal: Wouldn't that make Connor you favorite?
Oliver: I have more kids than just Roy and Connor.
Hal: Since WHEN?
Oliver: You guys don't know everything about me.
Bruce: He started adopting kids as a way of copying me again.
Oliver: Or maybe I adopted a kid because we bonded and she needed a home!
Bruce: Yeah, suuure.

So... It's time... After over a decade of TV...
Goodbye Arrowverse. Thanks for all the cheese, emotion, the good moments and the bad. And a TV connected universe unlike any other. You were far from perfect, but you were fun.
