People suck the light out of you, whereas animals have their own light. We are on the same wavelength. I give them my light and they give me theirs. They don’t judge and they don’t take you for granted. They will never betray you. They are simply pure souls who would never use or hurt you. No matter where you are, you can trust them to be your faithful friend.
Today, Oct. 4th, is World Animal Day. Love them. Honour them. Protect them.

a typical INFJ dating experience:
doesn’t wanna get attached after a couple dates…after three dates..
Finds a little bit of miscommunication and runs away..
“I feel too insecure.. they aren’t showing me enough love.. they don’t know me enough, they should know me better to know that I want them”
This is coming from a true INFJs way of wanting deep connection and love but turn away so easily. They know when they have no control they know that’s when they will fall the hardest
So they protect themselves they say no when all they really want is yes yes yes
they want someone to know they need the yes yes yes
But will never ask for it
INFJs need to keep their thoughts buried in their head
They know how delicate their mind is
So they don’t release it it’ll get stolen away
It takes the most beautiful kind of thief to be able to understand where it is but keep it where it is

Non attachment is something I’ve been trying hard to grasp, and maybe one day master.
The emotional wiring that creates within us the overwhelming need to emotionally validate our actions and thoughts can be altered. Reading about polyvagal theory and doing Vagus nerve exercises has profoundly changed my mind, my viewpoint, and most of all, has helped me to work on stopping my masking behaviours.
Letting go without attachment applies to our thoughts: to the instinctual feeling we may have that forces us to internally assign a good or bad value to everything we do, say, and feel. If we can practice mindfulness in observing these valence checking behaviours, we can rewire our brains to let them go.
