Can you believe that this year is almost over? Time sure flies by quickly and I find that the older I get, the faster it flies, which is why it’s even more important to make my life as simple as possible so that I have more time to enjoy life.

The girls are out on the lawn waiting for the boys, Ariella is curious and wants to know the girls type of guys...

Oops… my bad…. I didn’t always believe in “New Years Resolutions” or “Fresh Starts.” I thought they were silly and pointless. Family, Friends, Co-Workers, and everyone under the sun would always talk about what they were doing - all jazzed and excited - and by April at the LATEST, it had mostly fizzled out and I wouldn’t hear about it anymore. I didn’t want to feel like I was in the hamster wheel everyone else was in, lying to myself and pretending I would actually stick with something and truly “change” THAT habit! #Confession Something has shifted over the last few years and I’ve started embracing the natural “fresh starts'' we've been given. Turns out, waddaya know- there’s something to it! I DON’T make the goals unrealistic. I start small and VERY do-able, knowing that over time those small changes will add up and I’ll be MUCH more likely to stick with it than trying to implement a drastic change! This more open mindset has helped me take bigger advantage of new workout programs which created a HUGE boost overtime in my fitness goals. (I was only holding myself back!) I’ve even given myself the encouragement and support to finally(and sincerely) give into the internal push to finally follow my passion for fashion and women empowerment! Whether you’re super into resolutions or not so much, I encourage you to reach out and chat with me about your goals!
