✌️ I'm gonna go make myself a special birthday treat now that it's officially my birthday
#gluten free baking is my personal hell because i used to bake things like on a weekly basis at least#but gluten free flours are not all created equal and they've been a hassle to try to get any recipes to turn oyt edible#I've been gluten free for...a long time now#I've gotten exactly one cupcake recipe to turn out alright and it took multiple attempts#wish me luck lol
