Constantly At The Mercy Of Temperature Changes〜Deadline Extended Thanks To The Leap Year〜

Lately, there have been extremely hot days, and then all of a sudden, the temperatures are dropping again so I often find myself being dressed inappropriately when I go out. Yesterday for example, I was wearing clothes that weren't suitable for the weather😇Flimsy pants made of thin material without tights underneath and just a thin, short down jacket😂My legs were freezing😂 Why did I choose a short jacket? I kept blaming myself all day as I was struggling not to be blown away by the strong wind😇 Well, I somehow survived yesterday, so today I made sure not to make the same mistake again. I wore a thick long wool coat, tights underneath my pants and a huge muffler wrapped around my neck. Best choice, it was perfect ＼＼\\٩( 'ω' )و //／／ I didn't feel the cold at all! ! I was so happy that I ate yakiniku for lunch all by myself at my favourite small restaurant. (I should have taken some pictures😅)

Anyway, today it was even colder than yesterday in Tokyo, also, it was extremely windy😱 There were a lot of things lying on the main street that had been blown around by the wind... I wondered what it was. When I looked closely, I noticed that it was garbage bags which had been blown around😱There was even one garbage bag lying around in the middle of the road 💦 The wind is way stronger than expected...

Well, I know it's a little late but I am finally dine with my gifts for those whose messages I read during this month's "Talk Garden"! ! This month's theme was Valentine's Day so of course I had to choose cards with hearts on them ♡ All of them are cute and I love them! 😍 This month's Shark-chan is chocolate coloured and sparkly✨🦈 I also tried adding a heart but I wasn't used to drawing them so the lines turned out kinda blurry😂Sorry😂 Please wait a little while longer until my love letter gets delivered to you~♡ ~･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+ [OMG, so excited to receive my love letter from Wakana. She chose two cards with German on it, how cute! I guess I will be getting the one with all the different stamps featuring little angels]

On a more or less related side-note, I've recently been thinking a lot about wanting to "graduate"! ! The truth is, I want to graduate from my super unhealthy habit of using my smartphone before sleeping🥺📱It's really bad for me 😭 In my case, it's not a matter of my sleep becoming too light, but rather that I fall asleep later and later.😭 After getting ready and heading into bed, it's best to turn off the lights and focus on falling asleep. That way I can get in a lot more hours of sleep! I am aware of all of that but still...it's tough... So that's why I would really like to move past this bad habit! ! 🥺💐

These wooden teapots feature a tiny Geraldine you can shake around inside with various sequin bubbles, hearts, stars and beads, backed by eye catching gold and bronze foils. The spout also has a tea coloured gem "pouring" out of it!

God, finally! Hi Cherie, I've recently found your wincest fics and I'M IN LOVE. Read every one of them and loved them all. My favs are 'Behold a pale horse', 'Kicks like a sleep twitch', and 'List of typos made by god'. All ur fics are awesome and I especially love all the AUs of the seasons you wrote. I tried finding any of ur social media handles and found ur tumblr atleast, finally. You write angst soooooooo good and I'm a sucker for it. I cried reading all ur AU fics. Especially the 3 mentioned above. You captured the devastation and codependency of the brothers so perfectly. I can't thank you enough for writing all those fics and I really really hope you write more wincest. I've read a lot of wincest fics in the past 6-8 months since I finished the show and I have to say, that you're my most favourite wincest author. Thank you so much for this incredibly sweet message. The fandom is so flush with unfairly talented authors and it is so lovely to hear that I stand out to you! Your FAVORITE Wincest writer??? *blushes furiously* I haven’t finished a story since February 2021, so it’s honestly just reassuring that anyone remembers my stories at all, let alone loves them this much. ;____; Please never apologize for “blabbering too much” when sending nice words to a fic author--feedback is literally the whole payoff of writing and sharing stories for free and if anyone ever doesn’t want to hear that their writing resonated with you, that’s their damage, not yours. XD

Like you, I am a big fan of angst (hee hee, as you can probably tell) and that devastation is a huge part of what draws me to the pairing. Also, my biggest points of inspiration came from spinning off moments in canon and exploring what might have happened if it played out another way. So to have you pick out those two things as your favorite aspects of my writing really just makes me feel so good. And, honestly, with how trash I’ve been at writing, let alone finishing, anything at all recently, feeling a little better about my writing was much needed!!

I really hope I write more Wincest, too! I mean, they are my main ship for *mumble mumble* years, so if I ever manage to write anything again, I will certainly write more Wincest, but lol, that’s starting to feel more doubtful. Though I signed up for salt_burn_porn to hopefully force myself to just write something without overthinking it, so maybe there will be new Wincest soon, even! At any rate, it’s always a comfort to know anyone at all will still care if I do manage to finish something.

I use the same handle, cheriemorte or cherie_morte, on pretty much every social media site, but I’m most active on Twitter. Though, frankly, I lurk on Tumblr all the time these days to check out the Dracula Daily memes, so you can find me here as well. :D

Oh I have something exciting! There's a problem with my internet connection since this morning and the tech guy will come fix it tomorrow so no internet for me today! 🥲

I'm sure it's just a phase! Maybe you need to get away from these characters for a while, take a break! I do this when I draw, if I feel it's too ugly and can't fix it no matter what I do, I leave it for a week and then come back! It's a risk tho! Sometimes I think 'oh, it's actually not that bad, I like this and that' and get excited again but some others I'm like 'good god, that's awful'! 😂 At least then I know exactly what I need to fix! 😉

The break was okay but it kinda wasn't my choice? I've been pretty busy at work so I didn't have enough time or energy to be more active here! Also, I've been going through my aot phase again! I finally read the manga ending, I had only read up to season 3! I wanted to watch the anime first but I couldn't wait one more year for it to end! I already knew most of it, after all you can't avoid spoilers forever, but there were a few things I didn't know! So now I'm re-watching the anime and way too many YouTube videos with theories about a sequel, alternate endings, character analysis etc... But mostly the anime because I love Eren's voice! 🥰 Have you read the manga?

Maybe… Usually, I kind of ‘rotate’ fandoms, if that makes sense? Or characters at least, but everyone is escaping me atm. It’s like the bad kind of brain rot I think… But, you’re right, maybe a total break for a little while might help!

Ah! I have read the manga! What did you think of the ending? I’m the other way around, I read the manga and have only kind of absently watched the last two seasons of the anime! What’s your favourite season?
