If I've ever fucked up and said something out of line or botched something or put my foot in my mouth, please please please tell me?

This isn't a vague post, I just have this niggle in the back of my head that says I've done something wrong and no one's letting me know and just distancing themselves instead.

I promise I won't be upset. I can take it. I won't get mad.
