Cold is going away but digestive mystery illness is back??????????????????????? I'm so screwed.
If this is cancer or liver/gallbladder/pancreas issue, I'm literally screwed. No insurance, spouse laid off, can't afford insurance even when we have employment, I can't find a job even in the best of times but certainly not when I'm sick for months. Welp! Okay. This is my life now I guess. I don't think it's dietary because there isn't a consistent trigger.
I don't think my stool was tested for parasites so I wonder if it is giardia, but why would that have lasted so long/why would it go away and come back. Oof.
