Was riling myself up over nothing and I can't help but think of the time a doctor told me she didn't think I had an anxiety disorder anymore. Like she thought it just went away

#captain's log #mind you a lot of the questions were like in the last week how pften were you scared interscting with ppl #but i had been housebound for the entire last year #and dropped out of school bc i simply could not handle it #anyway im debating locking my door in case someone tries to come in #I'm alone snd the alarm is set and the dogs would hear them so it kind of is a moot point #but what if #ive got a new therapist so maybe we can unpack this
