Poor little Garm just wants to murder people, and Mommy Bjorn won't let him. Aka, another installment of Season 1 Garm— the Thorkell carbon copy. Askeladd decides to employ the little hellhound... and he ends up with another child.
"I swear they're multiplying." Mother Bjorn mutters as he holds Garm by the collar. "I like that you murder, but no murdering your brother."
Garm stares at Bjorn like a kicked puppy as he holds his spear.
Garm did, in fact, try to murder his brother (Thorfinn) again that day, but he ended up in a timeout, which means no killing for an entire week. He was not pleased.

I heard from a little birdie that some weirdo paid actual money to spread character hate and claim their version of a character is “canon”. How lonely do you have to be to pay $10 so you’d continue to gatekeep a tag to spread unnecessary hate and drama.
Like seriously, people from other fandoms get to see this embarrassment please girlie, touch some grass, smell the flowers. Go outside bro.
Just so we’re clear, “canon” is the material accepted as officially part of the story in an individual universe of that story by its fan base. It is often contrasted with, or used as the basis for, works of “fan fiction” or “fanon.”
In other words canon is based on the original source and interpretation of the AUTHOR, not YOUR interpretation of the original source and character.
You can keep telling yourselves that the tag you have made represents the “canon depiction” in the novels, audio drama, etc., when in contrast it’s a very black and white interpretation of this character/s and honestly does not give justice to the actual message of the novels.
Imma just say right here that in wuxia novels, EVERYONE has the potential to be murderers, war criminals and overall not the best kind of people. And that’s fine, that’s what make characters fun, dynamic and interesting, and lemme tell you that in MDZS (and other MXTX novels) most of the characters ARE murderers, war criminals and overall not the best kind of people.
AND THAT’S WHAT MAKES MDZS (and other wuxia novels) INTERESTING.
The only innocent character in MDZS is Little Apple and maybe the bunnies.
