Hey so uhh remember how I said earlier that I’d been working on a project I couldn’t show you yet? WELL HERE YA GO

I’m trying to phase back into writing, so I’ve been replaying BotW and just scripting these little diary comics, in-character as Link, as I go. It’s been a lot of fun so far! I’ve missed making comics, and this particular method of drawing them sparks a lot of joy for me, so there will definitely be more of this in the future haha.

#zelda #breath of the wild #the fact that you can feed the animals and each one has a different kind of food they like is my single favouritest thing about this game #still wish you could pet them though. maybe in the sequel?#I've had to learn how to draw so many animals while working on this project omg #that's a happy 'omg' to be clear! I love drawing animals and I wanted an opportunity to practice that haha #link is always fun to draw too #idk if it shows up because I draw really small but I always give him a wee dusting of freckles across his cheeks and nose #and it's such a little thing but adding those in always brings me so much joy #this was also my first time making a font from scratch! do you like it!#it's designed to be like a cross between the lettering used in the windwaker title screen and bilbo's handwriting in the lotr films #I wanted something that would look handwritten without being too modern #I hope it's legible haha ;;; please don't be shy about telling me if it's not!
