Hi! Luckily, I know exactly which patterns you mean. The eevee pattern is free and available here. If that link ever breaks, it's 53stitches' free eevee pattern and I used their eeveelution patterns for every eeveelution I've made (I think I made flareon, umbreon, and espeon, but idk which of those are in that photo)

The free baby Toothless pattern is by Sarselgurumi and is available here (there's also a photo guide that like complements the pattern made by Rachchua available here. It's not the pattern itself, but it seems to be photos of what each piece of the pattern looks like once made and a bunch of in-progress photos too)
