Sunset Shimmer was once an ordinary girl in the Human World. After some tragedies, she found another Sunset Shimmer coming out of the statue. When she was recovered in Sunset’s place, she entered the Statue to enter the Pony World. There, she would travel across Equestria until she audition as guitarist for a band.’
Vater Hammer and Sparkling Keys were long life friends growing up. As they grew older, their relationship grew as well. Alongside their love for each other, so too grew their love for music. So they decided to audition for a lead guitarist. That’s when Sunset Shimmer came in and killed it.
Now together, the three became the Poneys and are on a quest to become Equestria’s Next Big Musical act. And they have made a name for themselves outside the Mainstream. It’s only a matter of time before they make it big.

Second chapter of the jojolands, and we are already entering silly territory. This is pretty standard for a jjba part.
Jodio and Paco trying to "expand" their market at request of Meryl May is really funny. Hell most of the time in these drug schemes the teens at the bottom are the ones who suffer, but I can't stop myself from laughing for seeing both of them use the same strategy that they used at school. It's a "if it's not broken don't fix it" type of thing.
One thing that I am always glab to see is how Araki has been consistent in his "fuck cops" sentiment since part 2. No one should trust cops, and if you run into them you will have to go all the way or else they will commit more harm. These grown ass cops not only "needed" a fucking squad to arrest two teenagers, but also they are acting like they broke out a global trade when in reality all of them are two movements away from beating up two teens for a tiny bag of cocaína. Of course Jodio wouldn't recognize a cop because he has only been selling inside his school so he is quite naive in that part, BUT he has every right to get violent with these trigger happy pigs. On top of that, the slap of reality of how that gross pig from chapter 1 could actually (but will never happen) rape Dragona, and not face any consequences in the eyes of the corrupt law is chilling. Araki knows what is up.
Congratulations to Jodio for being the first joestar with a canonical mental illness! It is quite the delicate subject to introduce, but I hope to see how it gets developed. And I can't talk about it since I'm not familiar with it, so maybe other people who know will explain most of the details of antisocial personality disorder. But I can say that Jodio's feelings of "don't I deserve to be happy?" are very real, sometimes that is the thing one chases, a happiness that includes your diagnosis even if other people see it as something wrong.
The Hotdog guy has finally a name, welcome to the part Usagi! We are only two chapters in, and all of the characters already show so much personality. Usagi seems to be a pretty relaxed guy with an affinity for food, and he also has a speech pattern in which he stretches some wooooooords. This type of speech conveys that he doesn't take himself very seriously since it comes across as something very silly. Paco attributed this to his drug use, but I think it's just part of his personality to be all "no bad vibes just chilling", and it's also very refreshing to finally see some flirting that doesn't come across as creepy.
It seems that Dragona so far is the "leader" of the group, in the sense that they are the one who keeps the dynamics balanced between the other three. From scolding Usagi from being late, telling Jodio to say his information, to Paco waiting for them to stop speaking to deliver more information. I hope that Dragona is on the path to become one of the best jobros we will see.
Matte Kudasai is just a little creacher, and it's so cute. This part seems to be more focused on utility stands rather than punch rushdown stands. It's very cool to see the extend of what stands can do.
And at the end... ROHAN?!? FUCKING ROHAN????? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE YOU COCKROACH. THIS IS NOT YOUR PART GET THE FUCK OUT, THIS IS NOT EVEN YOUR UNIVERSE. But, the introduction of Rohan is the best chance at comedy. He got beat up by teenagers in part 4, he will get beat up again by teenagers in part 9 too. I am waiting for this so bad.

Here are my plans for 2024, all the ups and downs…
January 2024
I didn’t want to do this, but I am going to take January off. With the exception of Patreon and Brick Off Reviews, I won’t be updating until February. Why is that? First, I am moving. Specifically from the third floor to the second one. The problem is I do not know exactly when or how long it’ll take. But the Computer being set up will take priority first when that move happens.
Which is why I am going to continue doing Patreon since I can make two comics in a day and did most of the Patreon Exclusive sprites. Same for Brick Off Reviews as two videos are already pre-uploaded. Besides that, I plan on completing my El Tigre Reanimated Scene in January.
The Sprite Royal Rumble
I want to make one this year, but I have two plans. It would have been a third, but I did not get a lot of response on the Death Battle Discord so no Middle Ground Vs DBD special. So my ideas are as follows:
Make a regular Sprite Royal Rumble. Have people sign up and do a normal 30 person one. This will probably take longer to gather the resources from those wanting to sign up.
Make a theme Sprite Royal Rumble. I was thinking of doing a “Sonic Clones” SRR featuring games inspired by or ripping off Sonic. This would be faster since I can just gather the characters.
There’ll be a poll about this so check it out when its on Twitter or Patreon.
The AkumaVerse
I do want to go back to making the big comics again. So if I can finish the stuff I plan to do in January quickly, I can work on getting two weeks worth ready. And after Tales from the AkumaVerse finishes its current story, the Main Comics will return. I plan on alternating between the Main Comics (switching depending on which series has an ongoing story) and Ask the AkumaVerse weekly.
GLAB
February Theme Month is currently undecided. I'm currently torn between FNAFuary and Parappuary. Could be either one of these two. Could be a third one. I'll figure it out when the time comes.
The Convention Storyline I plan on ending quickly, so it is going to be getting a fanfic conversion. After that, it’ll be the Dinner Date Storyline between Discord, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Eris.
After that, I don’t know exactly when, but I plan on addressing the destruction of the Them’s Fightin’ Herds Universe going forward. Because as you probably guess, I plan on bringing in the remaining playable characters into GLAB and that’ll be the storyline. But that’ll be after I make their sprites.
Brick Off Reviews
Basically, my plan is to upload videos weekly with the Big Review the final Wednesday of the Month. One of them is planning to do all the Spongebob Sets from Snap and Switch. I also plan on posting daily posts on the channel of various pictures. Could be pictures I took of previous videos. Could be recent purchases. I hope to reach 100 Followers by the end of 2024. Almost 1/4 the way there.
So those are my plans besides Death Battle. Depending on who I get I may take some time off to focus on researching that character depending on who they are. I hope 2024 turns out great for everyone!

Let’s see how they would be in GLAB. (No images this week..))
Long ago, on the island of Cunabula, there were many creatures living in harmony. But this harmony on the outside was holding something dark. Their six most powerful mages found a powerful source of Magic. They did not know what to call this, so they called it Canabulan Magic. With this magic, they brought order to their land by force. And when Canabula was exactly how they wanted it to be, they decided to expand beyond their lands to take over the entire planet.
While in most dimensions they went to other places first, in this universe their first stop was the main lands of Equestria, where Discord was running havoc to all who lived there. The Knights seeing him as a challenge foolishly believed that they could handle the Chaos Spirit. Try as they might, despite their best efforts, Discord easily made short work of them and they were sent packing. Knowing their defeat would lead to the downfall of everything they have built, they spun the narrative.
They returned home to inform their citizens that the outside world was not worth it. That at best they would let them burn themselves into ashes before they go back. The Citizens, fully defeated at this point, truly believed the lie. So the Knights of Order concealed their land under the guise of protecting their land and people from outside sources. In truth, this was to hide them for their eventual comeback. If not this generation, future generations of the Knights of Order will complete their goals.
To know what the outside world was hiding, they have familiars travel across the planet once a year to inform them of the situation outside. It would be one year later when they found out about the Twin Princesses using Canabulan Magic to defeat Discord. The Knights were horrified. How could outsiders use their magic? How come they were successful when the Knights weren’t. They continued to analyze the situation and discover that the Elements of Harmony was the source and they used this to improve their own use of it.
The problem is their ideas of improvement goes against everything the Harmonic Magic stood for. While they accepted Magic and Loyalty being important, they felt that Generosity, Laughter, Kindness and Honesty were not as necessary. They replaced those ideals with Equity, Acceptance, Faith and Pride. They felt the way to use Harmonic Magic was to keep it under six ideals and continued their usual methods of using their magic, only magnifying their specific element.
They continued to do this until the next generation of the Knights of Order rose up. And with the new order came the passing down of their great secret, but not all the information. This continued for many generations to the point that the truth was lost to them. As far as the recent generations believe, they are the Knights of Harmony and that their actions were what was necessary to maintain harmony. As of right now, there are six members of the Knights of Harmony.
Taranis: the Element of Pride. Morrigan: the Element of Faith. Mannah: the Element of Acceptance. Ceridwen: the Element of Equity. Balor: the Element of Magic. And Danu: the leader and Element of Loyalty. They are Chimera: creatures magically created to ensure no one outside the Knights can infect their Order. And they were leagues more powerful than the original Knights who fought Discord. And Danu knew this.
So on one day, Danu told the Knights that now is the time to bring Harmony to the rest of Equestria. And with their people cheering for them since they know nothing else, the Knights of Harmony have decided to go back to the Main Lands of Equestria and show them how to truly use Harmonic Magic. And their first location will be to attack the current source of Harmony Magic: the Treehouse of Harmony.

This article says that according to researchers, there estimated 25 million people that speak the Greek language
I always assumed that it was 15 million, but if the experts are correct then i am glab that more globally speak our language. I hope in the future though we manage to promote it even more
The link is in Greek so I will just summarise that the link mentions the Greek diaspora of USA, Australia, Canada, UK, South Africa, Germany, Russia etc. It also mentions that Greek is an official minority language in Italy, Turkey, Ukraine, Albania, Hungary, Romania and Armenia.
Wikipedia says around 15 million though. I am actually optimistic about the future of the Greek language. I thought the overall Greek speaking population may be around 20 mil but I can see 25+ be or become the case in the future. Here’s why:
The link and Wikipedia refer to first or second language. However, we should start including the number of people who learn the language for fun or studies or their career. We should also count those who learn Ancient Greek as a bonus addition, as they can potentially be more literate in Modern Greek and eventually pursue it more easily than people with no exposure at all. Lately, more and more foreign universities offer Modern Greek lessons as a side course in classical studies.
Internet is an ally for all obscure languages. While it exists, the academic prejudice against Modern Greek and Modern Greeks is decreasing. It was easy some decades ago to frown upon Modern Greek and claim it’s unworthy of studying it and nobody would know but nowadays Internet can help anybody see the similarities between ancient and modern Greek as well as explore the modern language on its own right and develop a liking for it. Internet might also help in the refutation of the misconception that Greek is supposedly so monstrously hard.
The brain drain of Greece, while catastrophic for the finances and academics of the country, maintains the influx of Greek speakers in foreign countries. Moreover, most of the Greek immigrants have high academic qualifications so it’s the universities and high-end careers that will see a rise in Greek speaking staff. These people will also have a family there most likely and teach their children the language.
Tourism plus hopefully a needed improvement in the accessibility of Greek media does and will also help.
One little known fact is that the Greek Orthodox Church has some considerable presence in some African countries. The church has built several Greek schools, Christian study camps and health centres. Kids there learn Greek to some extent.
The harmers of the Greek language are, you guessed it, the Greeks. Better and extroverted business strategies are needed. Better politicians so we don’t end up being the butt of the joke worldwide for another decade. And of course young Greeks who butcher the language beyond belief… This is the biggest problem. But this is a global phenomenon unfortunately.

Truthiness (Day 152)
"Always tell them the truth." That had been Two's advice as she led me to the brothel door. And now that I was in the Top Drop, I had my first chance to put the advice into practice.
The Maeshari bartender gave me a curt nod as I approached the bar. I said, "I am interested in people. May I sit for a few minutes and observe?"
"Are you selling? You look like you are selling. Which is fine but I need to see--"
"I am not selling. I do not have a sex worker license. Yet." I paused to check that my words had been true. "My friend told me I should see if I like it before I get a license." Again, all true.
"You can sit over there." The bartender pointed to the end of the bar. "Since I know you ain't thirsty, I don't want you taking up prime real estate."
"True. I am not thirsty, and that is good since I don't have any money."
The bartender rolled her eyes and turned to a Wireborn man who had just slumped into a seat. "Maire," he said, "gimme a double Scotch. You know what that stupid brother-in-law of mine said to me....."
I surveyed the bar area. A bank of slot machines stood on the left, filled with various people all slapping buttons and sipping drinks. I snapped a few pictures. A roar of laughter off to the right made me turn to see a table of Luonn Tua, Maeshari, and Glabrau all playing cards. The Glab was laughing and pulling a pile of chips toward her.
Movement above caught my eye. A Kygad paced along the balcony. He sat on a couch only to bounce up a moment later. Taking a few steps, he would turn and walk back, always staying within a few feet of one of the closed doors.
"Iota, I'm at the Top Drop. I see where they might have the captain. More when I know more."
"Perfect. We're on our way there. It's time for Nexus to see Quant, and we can figure out how to get Cosmic Peanut free."
Taking a moment, I checked my reflection in the bar mirror. The lace on the hat would help obscure my features, so I pulled it into place. Then I approached the Kygad, taking the stairs slowly so as not to alarm him. He was sitting on the couch again. I sat on the other side and said, "Everyone is talking but us." I swept my hand out to encompass the room below. "Well maybe not the people at the slot machines." I glanced down at the casino floor, keeping one eye out for the arrival of my friends.
I shifted toward him, aware that my red dress had moved up, revealing a few inches of my thighs.
He stood quickly. "I can't talk right now."
"I see. Are you a member of the casino staff? I do not wish to make you uncomfortable in your place of work."
"No, I don't work at this dump!" He frowned at me and turned away.
"I did not mean to offend you. Why don't you sit down again." I stretched an arm across the back of the couch. "I truly wish to be on friendly terms with you."
The Kygad stepped closer but didn't sit. "What, ah what is your function?"
"Like all Proxy, my main function is to experience all that the universe has to offer, so that our creators can experience it, too." I patted the space beside me. "You would not believe some of the things I've experienced. Some of the things you could experience."
"I'm kinda working right now."
"I'm not." I smiled. "To be clear, I am not a sex worker. I'm just dressed like one. I really want to get you in that room alone." My circuits hummed with pleasure, knowing that I was still telling the absolute truth.
"Ah, there's someone in there." He rubbed his hands on his jacket. "But...." He tilted his head as if in thought. "I've got about 15 minutes, and yeah, you know, she's out cold. Gimme a sec."
He opened the room to room #4 and stepped inside. A minute later he was back. I stood and took his hand. As he opened the door, I heard someone down below us say, "Oh my God, it's Requiem!" For a fraction of a second I considered breaking off and joining my friends, but no, I was committed to this course.
Room #4 was a large conference room. A long, polished table sat in the middle of the room. A telecomm unit with speaker and screen sat on the table, flanked by a pointer, a mouse, and an empty water pitcher.
At the head of the table, right near the door was a figure tied to a chair. A bag had been thrown over the head, but I recognized the captain's jacket.
"I told you I was working," the Kygad muttered.
"It looks like interesting work! I have been known to visit violence on people. I am not shocked."
"Really?" The Kygad seemed to relax.
"Really. I am quite interested to know more about this person. And," I pushed him into a chair, "to know more about you."
I towered over him with these new calves of mine! What a delight!
"There's this bounty, see? And my boss-- can you keep a secret?"
I put my finger on his lips and said, "You should sleep now."
But instead of falling under my spell, the Kygad burst from the chair, red-faced. "You tried to sleep me! You're not a sexy robot. You used me to get--" He tapped his ear. "I need backup. Someone's trying to rescue the Glab."
In three steps I was at the Cosmic Peanut's chair. My hands fumbled with the knots that held her in place. I heard a soft rap and a shot grazed my arm, and I looked up to see the Kygad holding a silenced pistol.
"I wish you hadn't done that," I said. The knots were loose, so I whipped the bag off the captain's head. Her fur was spiked and stiff with dried blood. "I'm not alone, you know. But I don't want to hurt you. I tried to put you to sleep, remember?"
He looked confused. "Back away from the Glab." He waved the pistol.
"If you shoot me again, I will become angry." Telling the truth was becoming quite effortless.
He held up his hands. "Look, I don't know who you are, but I work for some really important people."
"Captain," I whispered, "you need to wake up now." I laid my hand on her shoulder and tried to send healing energy into the Cosmic Peanut.
The captain stood up quickly. "Wait. What?" She looked at me. "Fleur? Are you wearing hat?"
A shot whizzed past us both, and the Kygad was yelling, "The Glab is loose! There's a Proxy, too. Where's the fracking backup?"
"Oooookay," said Cosmic Peanut. She grabbed the telcomm unit and pulled the speaker loose from the screen, letting the square unit dangle by the wires. She swung the speaker at the Kygad's head but missed.
He yelped and dove behind a chair.
Through the door I heard the roar of a crowd as Requiem said, "Is this mic working?"
"Captain, please take my pistol." I handed the Cosmic Peanut the plasma pistol that had been strapped under my dress. Then I put myself between the captain and the Kygad. I had not been able to heal the captain very well; she was still quite vulnerable.
"Iota, we're in room 4." I disengaged without waiting for a reply.
"Engage arctic aura," I muttered and was rewarded with a silvery frosty armor that glistened across my exposed limbs. "I really wish you'd fallen asleep," I told the Kygad as I pulled out my shock baton. "This would have been much easier."

Do you have any Headcanons for Unknown Specimen 5 (Lisa) and Monster 6 (Bekka)?
Lisa
A ghost filled with bugs (much like Oogie Boogie), being covered in numerous stitches to hold herself together.
Like the one from Silent Hill PT, she was killed by her husband on accident.
But this one broke her neck after being pushed down the stairs, and reanimated suddenly and violently at a morgue in the same town as the mansion.
Her "looping" anomaly makes containment difficult, as researchers got trapped and died trying to figure out how many rooms must be passed before the loop ends.
Spooky was annoyed by how they treated Lisa and demanded a "recreational room" for her (aka her starting room in the HD version).
When not chasing anyone, she spends most of her time reading and writing notes to put on Specimen 1, just to taunt staff and victims alike.
Since she's nearly blind, she perceives everybody as her husband.
Her method is Strangulation.
An in-universe version of her death screen is basically bugs crawling out of her facial orifices, terrifying her victims before she snaps their necks.
CAT-DOS entry: Also known as Lisa, the specimen was found at a morgue where it violently attacked an examiner, screaming about its husband's whereabouts (which remain unknown to this day). Was already infested with various bugs at time of recovery. Hostile to all subjects. Its "Looping Room" anomaly is still being investigated as--[ERROR].
Bekka
Someone at GLabs said "hey what if we made a Monster based on that one Friday meme?" And the team said "bet".
That's how Bekka came to be, created from a human female subject who had a love for music during her time at Karamari Hospital.
She's the only one who voluntarily became a Monster.
Likes humming the Friday song to herself on occasion. But she'll hum other songs, especially to Patient, to comfort the other Monsters. She gets along with them great.
Personality-wise she's very playful and deceiving, using her corridor as a way of planting false hope in victims trying to escape.
Her method of killing is abduction. Those who venture into her corridor never return. Even GPS trackers cut off the signal the moment the person disappears into the darkness, so it's not known what happens to her victims.
CAT-DOS entry: A voluntary subject turned into a specimen. Cooperative with testing but proven to be mischievous towards staff and subjects alike. Extremely effective against subjects who've listened to Rebecca Black's Friday song at least once in its entirety.

Sapphire: O-Oh um…S-Sapphire .exe isn’t m-my bad s-side per s-say…
Jane:No, she’s your counterpart. A parallel version of you from another universe, Sapphire .exe has her side of the story but we have ours, Sapphire spotted her while we were traveling. We were just passing through the area when Sapphire noticed her. We both went over to Sapphire .exe, she was knocked out by the looks of it just laying there. She was at a lake when we found her, I took Sapphire .exe and took care of her by wrapping her up in a blanket while Sapphire went back to the nearest town to get some supplies. I decided to make camp there that night and set everything up, after all we couldn’t just leave Sapphire .exe there right? Once I set everything up, I went to fish for well…fish! That would be our meal for the day, I was still waiting for Sapphire to come back but I kept checking up on our friend. She looked peaceful when she out cold or sleeping. Eventually what ended up happening was Sapphire .exe woke up, we introduced ourselves, Sapphire came back with supplies and gave Sapphire .exe her own medicine since Sapphire has some medical experience and we all started to travel together creating bonds along the way. That’s basically what happened and how we met Sapphire .exe right?

First Appearance: Green Lantern Apple Bloom (June 12, 2019)

Long before Professor Utonium created the Powerpuff Girls, he tried to create the perfect little girl. After many attempts, he was finally successful in creating one. He called her Bliss and he did love her like a daughter, but she was physically unstable. At random points, she would cause explosions. And the more she does, the worse they get. Her second to last explosion destroyed Utonium’s house and almost killed him, so she ran away believing the next time will be the final time. She went to the Arctic to be alone before her final explosion and to keep others safe.
Sadly for her, HIM found her. Seeing potential, he promised her that he can keep her alive while putting it in her head that he is the only one she can depend on. She continued to be kept in stasis until she reached adulthood, where HIM decided to finally strike. He used them to attack the girls, knowing that by doing so they would unintentionally hurt the Professor. Her special ability is the ability to copy the powers of the other Powerpuffs: regardless if it is originally theirs or newly given.
Thankfully, the Professor was working on a way to make her fully stable and was successful in keeping her intact. With HIM revealing the truth, Bliss felt shame for attacking her family and vows that the next time she joins them that HIM will be no more.

Deviantart - I don’t post that often since most of my custom sprites I’m saving for another website, but if Tumblr does blow up I’ll be putting archives of the Tumblr Comics up here. The Pony Sprite of the Month will also be here.
Twitter - This is mostly used for reposting Tumbly automatically. Not sure if it will have the same effect of Tumblr.
Patreon - This has exclusive comics and sprites of various things. Sometimes free stuff too. Could possibly move GLAB here to have something free...

You probably heard about what’s happening with Rooster Teeth and Death Battle...
Warner Brothers is closing the doors of Rooster Teeth and that means Death Battle is currently in Limbo. So what does that mean for me? Well, honestly nothing much. I am confident it will return but I do have a bunch of stuff to work on while waiting for that final answer...
GLAB is still going strong and after the Un-Convention-Al storyline ends, we’ll be heading towards the Chaotic Dinner with Discord, Fluttershy, Eris and Rainbow Dash. And with a few Them’s Fightin Herds characters to complete, following that Dinner will be bringing in the rest of the Them’s Fightin Herds into the universe.
Patreon and Brick Off Reviews will likely continue. And I do hope to get back to working on AkumaTh’s Comics and Twist of Fate. Though I will probably give endings to the other comics since I can always move the stories I have planned for them to the other comics. And I do hope to do a Sonic Clone Sprite Royal Rumble this year.
And if Death Battle returns one way or another, I hope to be a part of that going forward. And if not, I’ll give a proper goodbye if there is bad news.

HIM: I have no idea where he’s going, or when he’ll stop. I set a spell on him, whenever someone in his hears says “blue” he’ll be transported again. It’s easy enough to remove the spell, but where will our little “blue” friend be when and if he ever manages to free himself? Won’t it be interesting to see?
MOD: Sorry it took so long to have a formal comic update, my artist got sick, then had computer issues, then couldn’t get time off from work, it’s been a bad time for art apparently. So yes, Dusk is missing. Oh, and to be clear, no, Vinyl, Lightning and Green DON’T know about what happened with HIM. You guys can fill them in! Dusk isn’t entirely clear on what’s happening with him either.
Thanks again to http://glapplebloom.tumblr.com/ and FINALLY, we’re done in the GLAB universe. Kinda doubt the creator will ever acknowledge this event in his universe, but that’s fine (no this is not a collab), I just appreciate how open people are to stuff like this in the community.
