Christmas presents for siblings 2022
Let's go back to 2022 for a moment.
I decided to get few albums for my siblings. I knew what would I buy for my sister the moment I started shopping, but brother's gift took some thinking. Sister had birthday near Christmas, so she got two albums.
But enough talk, here they are!

Mesh albums were for my sister. She got me into Mesh, so wanted to thank her by getting these two. Bit of a continuation to 2021 birthday gift, which was Who Watches Over Me album :D Hints were "Do you want older or newer?" when I handed birthday present.
The Point which it Falls Apart is harsher album, to the point of being quite edgy. We Collide feels oddly nostalgic, very mid 2000's pop sound. Which is weird, because I didn't listened pop back then. Or radio XD I think it's in my mind the best Mesh album now.
The Music of Command & Conquer: Red Alert. At first I was thinking about getting Flesh Field's remix album to complete the collection of physical Flesh Field releases. But that would be boring. I don't what light bulb lit up, when I thought of Red Alert soundtrack.
Was lucky to find it in good condition, thank you person from Greece! This is the British release, from 1996. I teased this present quite a bit. "You listened this when you were young" XD Wasn't what he thought, but he was super happy. Following night he walked around the house, listening the soundtrack, feeling lots of nostalgia.
Personally my favourite Command & Conquer series soundtrack is Red Alert 2 and especially Yuri's Revenge. Tiberian Sun is also great one. Frank Klepacki sure is a legend in my mind. Both in video game music world and industrial metal too.
I wonder what albums I should get as present in 2023?

Finally finished a drawing I started ages ago aaaa!!!
My boyfriend made me listen to 'Militant Force (Remastered)' and 'Brain Freeze (Remastered)' by Frank Klepacki and The Tiberian Sons and these two songs SCREAM Kim vs Shego!!!
Militant force is Kim and Ron's theme and Brain Freeze is Shego and Drakken's theme, especially with that evil laugh.
I'm really, really bad at playing Command and Conquer though...

Ok so for Onewa I only have what I imagine he'd listen to rather than any specific songs that fit his character or story.
Disturbed, Nine Inch Nails, Dope, Drowning Pool, Five Finger Death Punch, Powerman 5000, Rob Zombie, Rammstein, Static-X, System of a Down.
From more instrumental stuff, most stuff by Mick Gordon or Frank Klepacki fits imo.
No specific songs really just vibes lol. One weirdly specific song I have for Onewa/Nokama ship is "No Light, No Light" by Florence + The Machine.
I haven't really combed or updated my Bionicle playlists in a hell of a long time so dgfdfhgjfghj here u go ;a;b
Excellent! I only know the Florence one so I shall have to look the rest up. The only song I had thought of for Onewa is “Uprising” by Muse. Strong Toa Metru vibes in general on that song, but Onewa specifically has that “ stick it to the man and royally fuck his shit up” energy.

Never played any Command & Conquer game but I did find something weird about a song from Command & Conquer: Renegade
This song has a voice clip that was also used in a song from Xenogears
It's from Christian Brando's murder trial, the voice clip is Judge Robert Thomas saying "Total sentence imposed is ten years in the state prison", Xenogears cuts it off at the word ten.
