Just to warn you right off the bat :3

I REALLY… Don't know if I can support Claude's choices in GW >_> Like, I LOVE Claude he's my favorite of the 3 Lords and he was from his first intro. But just… AHHH this doesn't feel like Claude at all .-. Ya know what it feels like? It kinda feels like 3 Hopes as a whole is like… Edelgard's ideal outcome ._. She manages to strikes at TWSITD early, she gets to rescue Monica and have her as an ally to the Empire, Claude and the Alliance, Federation now, are working with her to take down the Church.even though Claude… REALLY doesn't dislike the church .-. He dislikes blind faith in Gods, sure. But like… He's… Pretty chill about the Church of Seiros as a whole, and yet he's on board with just destroying the whole institution? .-. Sacrificing his allies? Claude would NEVER sacrifice his allies. Claude has more schemes up his sleeve than "Leave allies to die" new allies no less ._. BRAND NEW allies and he just immediately kills them off? No. Like, he explicitly TELLS his allies to retreat if it's too dangerous like he did Hilda and Judith in like any non VW route, and even ON VW he still says stuff along the lines "Remember everyone, victory isn't worth the cost of your life so be careful out there" like every chapter. But no yeah Claude is totally a merciless commander and king. I guess I just missed that /s

Also I feel like the only reason Claude works with the Empire in the first place is because... Edelgard got to him first? .-. Like, I feel like if Dimitri had sent a missive first Claude would've just as easily worked with the Kingdom to take out the Empire ._. Which... would honestly probably be the better outcome overall .-. But like either way this move is out of character for him because Claude made his decision made his decision like IMMEDIATELY ._. The Claude I know would at least take like... a day to consider his options. Consult more than one general, a very famous general but a single general none the less, and a Mercenary he's only known two years .-. Sure Shez has proven their worth but still, Claude only needs two people's approval? Not literally anyone else's? ._. All this and I still haven't finished the route in question >_> What did they DO to my Claude? >_<

Also yes I know I use .-. and ._. A LOT but deal with it 😊 And all this said, I don't DISLIKE the game, gameplay wise, it's VERY fun, I'm really enjoying it :3 It's just.... what did they do to Claude? >_< And like it's only Claude from what I can tell .-. Edelgard and Dimitri are still right. What-what happened with Claude? >_>

In our Golden Wildfire...

I’m back form the deads and to no one’s surprise I’m still in love with Mr Claude Von Riegan. I know there has been a lot of ruckus about the game (I'm active on twitter so,,, boy,,,) but I personally liked Golden Wildfire a lot! Such an interesting take on Claude’s character and the struggles he’s constantly faced with. I also love how it contrasts nicely with Verdant Wind down to the ending.  Unlike Dimitri or Edelgard, Claude’s role is not locked, with the addition of 3hopes, he has taken pretty much every side of the war and I really find this cool for his character. King, I have your back no matter what, even if you gave me white hair for half of your route. 

Positive things to say about FEw 3 Hopes The extra support convos 💓 SO many good ones! I loved Ingrid and Marianne support so much 🥺
