Alright, so the way I see it right now the Dark Worlds run on “Neverending Story Logic”, they’re created when Dark Fountains are opened, but they are created already with full history and memories for everyone inside them as if they alwas existed. But here’s another important element I want to touch on...
How does this work with the mysterious entity that keeps driving people mad and creating Secret Bosses?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Like, this feels a bit too Ominous to just be a retroactively-existing backstory element, right?
And, I think... I think one of the reasons why this is so Ominous is because this is kinda goes against the rules of how Dark Worlds are supposed to work?? Like, whoever or whatever this ‘someone’ is, they are something very Not Normal and this is partially demonstrated by the screwy way they interact with the Dark Worlds.
(Also for the sake of clarity, I will be referring to this unknown entity as Someone with a capital ‘S’ for the reminder of this post. I would also be making some references to the very popular theory that Someone is actually Dr. W. D. Gaster, but I will only be using his name when directly talking about aspects of my theory/interpetations that factor in the idea that Someone is Gaster)
I think that Someone might be able to, like, ‘infect’ newly-created Dark Fountains with their own presence. Like, to retcon themself into the history of the Dark World once it’s created? Maybe they can travel to the ‘past-that-has-always-been-there’ of a Dark World even though it’s not supposed to ‘actually exist’? Or maybe they truly only exist as a Backstory Element in various Dark Worlds but are somehow also aware of the fact that they do not truly exist save for in the past and the third-person, and are working with that knowledge? A villain you could never confront under normal circumstances because they never ‘is’ and always ‘were’?
I think all of these options kinda make sense within the Neverending Story Logic while also being kinda brain-breaking in the way that they directly interact with the paradox in the center of it all, which is The Point.
And I think it all work pretty well with the idea that Someone is Gaster. Cause, like, Gaster in Undertale was stuck in a weird state of nonexistence and  existence where he DID exist in the past (since his creations, most notably the CORE were still around) but somehow it’s like he never existed in the present. So him (or even just some sort of being related to him) being able to interact with the Deltarune universe only through the Past Tense and\or through Worlds that technically do not exist kinda makes sense to me???
And it also factors into one thing I’ve noticed about our Secret Bosses which is.... there are all potrayed as having been somewhat ‘corrupted’ by Someone but it’s... never really in a way that corrupts their nature as Darkners representing spesific objects?
You know, it’s not really “this Darkner is a representation of Object and therefore they are X, but then Someone came along and through their influence the Darkner became Y” as much as it is “this Darkner is a representation of Object and therefore they are X but they actually used to be Y before Someone came along and made them X”.
Like, Jevil is locked up because he has been driven mad by Someone, but also because the Jocker Card is often ‘locked out’ from many Card Games. The greater understanding of the world given to him by Someone seems to have made him more powerful and unpredictable... but powerful and unpredictable  is also just what a Joker card is.
Spamton is a barely-coherent madman living in a [[GODDAM GARBAGE CAN]] because of Someone’s influence, but also because Spam Mail is often barely-coherent and usually gets thrown in the garbage (and Spamton spesifically seems to have been created by a pile of spam-emails in the recycling bin).
Tumblr media
When Someone abandoned Spamton and left him to crash and burn, can we call that an intentional act of maliciousness on their part? Or was that simply an inevitability that not even they could stop, because Spamton is fated to end up in the garbage when he reaches his actual present-day ‘creation’?
Like, just as I can say “from a Darkner’s perspective they and their world always existed but really they are created by the Dark Fountains” I can also say “from a Darkner’s perspective, if Someone hadn’t come along, Jevil would still just be the Court Jester and Spamton would still be a somewhat incompetent Addison. But from really, without Someone’s influance, Jevil would still be a Very Strong Clown in Jail and Spamton would still be a rambling garbage-dwelling conman, it’s just that the reason to their situation wouldn’t be Someone-related.
Cause you have like the Dark Fountain kinda forming the Joker Card into a Powerful Clown that is Locked Away, and then Somone butts in like “and the REASON for why he’s locked away is MEEE”. An the other Dark Fountain is like ‘Spam Mail in a Bin’ = ‘A weird conman who lives in the trash and is both very driven but incredibly incompetent and kinda off-putting’ and then Someone makes it so They Did This to Him. But by doing that they did corrupt Jevil and Spamton further due to their otherworldly and paradoxical nature, and the knowledge they seem to hold. If Someone hadn’t interfered, Jevil might not be quite as powerful and Spamton might not be quite as miserable, but there’s still isn’t truly an option for Jevil and Spamton to remain the people they and other Darkners remember them once being.
And linking this back to Gaster... in the Undertale’s universe his situation was very much that he was... a Cause removed, while his Effects still remained. Again, even though he seemed to have been somewhat ‘erased’, the CORE he designed still remains standing and active.
And meanwhile here we have Someone as, like the way I think they operate, they’re like a rogue Cause attaching itself to Effects. Which is possible because they truly are reversed when it comes to the Darkner’s pasts. And I think that if Gaster’s goal is just, basically, to Exist within the Deltarune Universe  - there’s a certain logic in the idea that he’s trying to Make Himself Exist by inserting himself into Darkner’s backstories, no matter if it keeps driving them crazy(er).
This also raises the question of like... did Someone have any agency in picking their ‘Effects’? Like, is the reason why Someone’s has influanced Darkners that ‘make sense’ for them to influance like Jevil and Spamton and not like... Jigsaw Joe and Tasque Manager is because Someone is deliberatly trying to minimize their corrupting influance by targeting Darkners would be kinda Fucked Up regardless? Or is it something that they can’t even control and it’s more that the powers of Inevitability of the Dark Worlds make it so they can’t change what the Darkners are too much?
Man I hope any of this makes sense it’s like 4AM lol.

Is Extra Hydrogen In Water Good for You?
Brave New World
What is hydrogenated water? Is extra hydrogen in water good for you? How do you make it…? In this week’s “The Impetus” vlog we tackle some of these questions and introduce you to one of our favorite new Wellness Home products the PiMag® PiDrogen Hydrogen Generator.
youtube
Hydrogen water is created when hydrogen is added to water by a process of electrolysis. The PiMag® PiDrogen Hydrogen Generator transforms water into a source of highly concentrated, dissolved, natural hydrogen gas. When consumed, the water from the PiMag® PiDrogen supplies an abundance of antioxidants in order to assist in relieving oxidative stress to help bring the body back into balance.
More about the PiDrogen:
The mini-generator is accompanied by its own 16 fl oz / 475 ml glass bottle. Because hydrogen is a natural gas, glass helps it to retain its potency for 24 hours, far longer than plastic, as well as minimizing the carbon footprint. The glass bottle allows you to drink directly from it. • Rich source of molecular hydrogen: concentration of 800 to 1200 ppb (parts per billion) • Exclusive programmed control system identifies the hydrogenated process • Fast cycle of six minutes with automatic shut off when ready for drinking • Helps neutralize free radicals with antioxidants to relieve oxidative stress • Lightweight, compact, and portable Product life is approximately two to three years (depending on use.)

Autophagy is your body’s natural method of detoxification. It happens when your body recycles and gets rid of old and unhealthy cells allowing the creation of new and healthy cells to replace them.
While fasting, fasted exercise, and eating a ketogenic diet are three of the most powerful ways to enhance autophagy, we can’t forget about the importance of anti-inflammatory herbs and compounds to enhance autophagy and improve your health.
Top 7 Herbs That Enhance Autophagy and Cellular Healing
One way to enhance autophagy and cellular healing is by using specific herbs. Many herbs contain polyphenols that help to suppress the mTOR pathway and activate the AMPk pathway to introduce autophagy.
Matcha Green Tea
Matcha green tea is an increasingly popular tea. Though it comes from the same plant, Camellia sinensis, as green tea, it is grown differently. Farmers cover the tea plant for 20 to 30 days before harvesting. This technique increases chlorophyll production and amino acid content.
After harvesting, they remove the stems and veins to create a fine powder from the ground up leaves resulting in a tea that’s higher in antioxidants than green tea.
Matcha green tea is rich in the polyphenol EGCG and has a number of health benefits. One of its benefits is enhancing autophagy by mimicking the effects of calorie restriction.
Some even refer to matcha as the autophagy-tea. Other benefits include boosting brain function, supporting your liver, protecting your heart, and helping weight loss.
Use Ginger To Enhance Autophagy
Ginger has over one hundred chemical compounds. Gingerol is its most powerful active compound with a variety of powerful health benefits. Ginger may enhance autophagy, decrease inflammation, and lower pain levels.
It has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain related to exercise, osteoarthritis, intestinal issues, metabolic syndrome, and obesity.

SIBO Solution
I’m putting this out there because someone may need to see it, like I did.
Tl:DR: I have had SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) for about 12 years. I had many symptoms, I tried many things. I found relief 4 months ago. Now you can skip the first paragraph if you want.
I started having intestinal discomfort over a decade ago. Gas, belching, cramps, diarrhea or constipation. It would come and go, I would be fine for a few weeks and then I’d be miserable for weeks. Usually with the pain worsening throughout the day. I had to stop wearing jeans or any other pants with buttons a couple of years ago, because the pressure would cause cramping. I went to yoga pants only. Sitting in the car would cause cramping. I looked 6 months pregnant. I tried eliminating foods, I tried gluten free, dairy free, a vata reducing diet, the low FODMAP diet: nothing. I did a food sensitivity blood test (mild sensitivity to garlic and salmon only). I went to a gastro doctor who diagnosed me with lactose intolerance and SIBO. I went through two rounds of antibiotics for the SIBO and the symptoms kept coming back. Then his only other solution was to put me on anti-anxiety meds, which I refused because I don’t have anxiety. Yes, it would get worse with stress, but it never went away when I did not have stress. So then I tried herbal antibiotics (dysbiocide and FC-Cidal). These helped and I was symptom free for a couple of months. Then it came back. I tried other supplements (Berberine), but it came back again. Desperate, I tried the first supplements again. They helped, but then it came back while I was still on the supplements! I expanded my internet search. I found many doctors specializing in SIBO. None of them would take insurance and all of them charged thousands of dollars for their services. I was almost desperate enough to try them, because I could barely make it through a day of work at this point. Perusing a SIBO forum to try and decide whether these specialists would be worth it I found a link that someone posted to something called Ileocecal Valve Massage. I had never heard of it. But: desperate. That was in January. It’s now almost May and I have been symptom free since then. Sometimes I can feel the tension building, but then I do the massage and take some magnesium that day, because my symptoms get worse with constipatio and it goes away. I take the maintenance dose of atrantil to help with the bloating (now only looking 3 months pregnant, but that is peri-menopause for you). It’s still hard for me to believe that I’ve not had cramps for so long!
So. Ileocecal Valve Massage. This is the website you need: https://drjockers.com/benefits-ileocecal-valve-massage/
Combine what you learn there with some herbal antibiotics to kill off the bacterial growth in your small intestines (both the dysbiocide/Fc-cidal and the Atrantil worked for me, the latter is cheaper). And who knows, maybe this works for you too. Once you’ve learned to do the massage it starts to become pretty easy to tell. When all is fine, I can dig around in my belly and find nothing. When I start feeling tension in my bowels, there is a hard, tender knot when I dig my fingers in at the right spot. I’ve graduated to only doing the massage when I need it now and am eating pretty much anything, including lactose. I do make sure I chew my walnuts really well. Funnily enough, Dr Jockers mentions trigger points in other parts of the body that are connected to the IC-valve and for me there is a clear link between a painful spot in my right calf and the IC-valve. Your mileage may vary, though.
Before you go spend your money at specialists, maybe give this a try.

Shiv Nadar University develops a molecule with potential to cure Covid-19 - Times of India

Shiv Nadar University develops a molecule with potential to cure Covid-19 - Times of India
Tumblr media
NOIDA: The molecule has the potential to be developed into a drug that can cure Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) in COVID-19 patients • Breakthrough study conducted by Professor Subhabrata Sen, Shiv Nadar University (India) in collaboration with Professor Ralf Jockers, an expert molecular biologist from Institut Cochin (INSERM, CNRS, Université de Paris, France) • Animal trials to begin soon as a prelude to human trials?
Shiv Nadar University, India’s leading multidisciplinary and research-based university, today announced a potential breakthrough solution in the global battle against COVID-19. A team of researchers led by Dr Subhabrata Sen from the Department of Chemistry, Shiv Nadar University, India along with his collaborator Professor Ralf Jockers, Institut Cochin (INSERM, CNRS, Université de Paris, France), has discovered a set of New Chemical Entities (NCEs) with the ability to cure Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) or Acute Lung Injury (ALI) induced by COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) or other Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), which are also caused by coronaviruses.
The two-fold strategy devised by the research team involved (a) application of the NCEs to inhibit attachment, entry and infection of the new SARS-CoV-2 through a known target on the virus; and (b) co-administration of a known drug (that modulates a set of hormonal receptors in human) and these NCEs to attenuate ARDS caused by SARS-CoV-2. The researchers believe their therapy would not only prevent COVID-19 from affecting a person’s lungs, but will also address lung injuries already inflicted by the virus, in cases the ventilators are either not proving effective or are not available altogether, bringing much relief to COVID-19 patients suffering from ARDS.
Commenting on his research, Dr Subhabrata Sen, Professor, Department of Chemistry at Shiv Nadar University said, “We hope our therapeutic approach will unravel solutions against maladies associated with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Our aim is to conclude the preclinical studies by the end of this year, post which the new compound will potentially be ready for the next stage of development along with human trials.”
Announcing this development, Dr Rupamanjari Ghosh, Vice-Chancellor, Shiv Nadar University said, “COVID-19 has caused catastrophic effects globally – affecting lives and livelihoods. At the Shiv Nadar University, it is our constant endeavour to work towards addressing issues of local and global importance by investing in relevant research. This particular research holds out the promise for a drug that can combat COVID-19, SARS and MERS – this is highly commendable! In this hour of a global crisis, our global team of researchers with unique core competencies has come together in solidarity — my heartiest congratulations to the group led by Prof. Sen.”
Professor Ralf Jockers, molecular biologist from Institut Cochin (INSERM, CNRS, Université de Paris, France) said, “I am excited about the project that we are currently running together with Prof. Sen on novel treatments for Covid-19 and I am hopeful that we can make a significant contribution to solve the challenges of this pandemic.”
The researchers have filed a provisional patent in India to protect the new chemical entities. The novel molecule in discovery is being moved to the next stage of checking where its efficacy will be tested on animals.
How does the treatment work? The discovery has come out of months of research conceptualizing small molecule modulators of a set of hormonal receptors in humans and how they are connected with potential receptors in the lungs that act as entry of SARS-CoV-2, SARS and MERS in the human host. Additionally, the researchers looked into the pathophysiological condition of lungs during respiratory failure. This included extensive investigations of lung specimens from patients who were retrospectively found to have COVID-19. Using these data, the researchers designed the project that helps in attenuating acute respiratory distress.

Decades Ago, Refined Sugar Manufacturers Hid the Truth About Their Findings
via Dr. David Jockers In the year 1700, the average individual consumed about 4 pounds of sugar each year. In 1800, it was about 18 pounds of sugar per year. In 1900, the average person ate 90 pounds of sugar per year. In 2022, the average individual consumes 150 pounds of sugar per year. Half of our society consumes ½ pound of sugar per day. This time of the year is when most people start gearing up for their holiday baking. All that sugar, crazy amounts of carbs, and over indulging. Hey, I’m just as guilty. This is why my family and I are going to do our best by staying on track this season with gut healthy foods.
My mom and I are also prepping to make fire cider/master tonic to help boost our immune systems to avoid getting sick this winter season. My mom already suffers from bouts of Aseptic Viral Meningitis (AVM) and has currently been dealing with triggered symptoms for almost two months now(post pain blocking shot). She has been dealing with this now for a few years after she became floxed from taking Cipro and Levaquin(both antibiotics).
The GAPS Diet helps her so much more than expected, because it gets to the heart of the issue...gut health. We keep it lower carb since we know our bodies cannot manage the higher carbs from vegetables such as beets, and limit our usage of raw honey.
