I’m a Squirrelflight fan but some of the Squirrelflight fans annoy me or embarrass me. Witnessed on instagram an art piece where said artist stated they simply didn’t have her as a top favorite because they preferred characters like Dovewing but still liked her and someone came at them calling them misogynistic and trying to convince them Dovewing was “worse than Squirrelflight and Squirrelflight deserves to be at the top”. I am sincerely sorry to anyone who had an experience with these more rabid fans and get second hand embarrassment from it so badly. It’s genuinely dumb.
