delinquent!arataki itto who is clearly innocent of his involvement in diluc's case. what kind of incriminating evidence does an anonymous tip have that made everybody believe he almost assassinated him?
and defendant!diluc, the man of the hour and whose car accident acts as the center that three cases revolve around. why does one have the motive to kill the wealthy wine tycoon, and most importantly, who was responsible?

hr!kuki shinobu who is absolutely done with heizou's fontaine legal firm's antics. she does have the qualifications to work as an attorney rather than at human resources, but she wouldn't want to work with itto more than she already has to—and he doesn't even work there!

Interesting to see Queen Viktoria's reaction to the discussion of the Act for Heir Equity, calling it foolish and getting upset that half the court hear Trystan state he planned on reinstating it. Seeing it further strengthens my belief that she was the royal in the special scene at the end of Book 1.
The way she's handling Nadja's murder vs Juliana's murder is almost night and day. She gave the MC basically free reign to investigate Nadja's murder, but she so easily is quick to dismiss anything surrounding Juliana's murder. Juliana's investigation got like 2 weeks from what Marguerite said, and how it's implied she automatically assumed Trystan was at fault and exiled him.
But the royal at the end of book 1 was getting agitated that the media was bringing Juliana back up again. Funny how we see that and next thing you know, "new" evidence is dropped, the Queen sends Lydea to get Trystan back, and forces him into a trial with no preparation or a non-biased attorney. And even when Trystan was found innocent, she quickly called it an accident and decreed that it would be considered like that from here on out. But interesting...the royal at the end of Book 1 said they wanted Trystan there to keep him busy and distracted. Immediately after finding Trystan innocent, he was quickly reinstated back to the line of succession, and immediately flung back into royal duties.
I'm still of the belief that Viktoria was the one who called the shots on Juliana's coverup, or is the mastermind of the murder if we want to be more specific. From what Luke said, it was implied the person who forced the guard to doctor a confession had to have resources. Who better to have the resources to cover up a murder of a Prince's betrothed than the literal Queen that everyone seems to be scared of pissing off?
But also, Viktoria's old...and PB's main masterminded villains these days all happen to be old...from Guinevere, to the First Crimes of Passion Book, to Phantom Agent...so *insert tea slurping noise*

It was horrible enough what they did to The Queen but then the interview with Oprah just after PP died and then HMTLQs death and how they again made it about them and then accidently on purpose exposing Kate and Charles as the "royal racist" its Al so incredibly viscious and for what? A merch cheque? I'll never understand why she went out of her way to break up and bully a family who did everything they could and more to make her feel welcome.
There's a recent rumor/leak that MM enjoys the negative publicity as much as the positive. That she actually likes the comparison to Wallis Simpson. Being notorious still gets your name in the history books. She probably leans into the villainess characterizations, like the first pap pic of her smiling in the car after the health issues of two of her in-laws. Don't know if it's true, but it makes a lot of sense because it kind of follows the projection stuff.
So what from I have read and come to understand is she has a Google alert set on her phone for when any article about her, or mentions her, is published.
It is said on their AUS 2018 tour that she and Harry were constantly on their phones reading not only the articles, but all of the comments about them.
I think this is why they went after Daily Mail so much. DM comment section was brutal towards her. I think their goal was to try and get the comment section filtered for only good comments.
As for her liking even the bad press, I can see that to an extent because it does get her name in the press and if the article is disparaging enough she can issue a denial or threaten the publisher with a letter from her attorney, which will then garnish another letter.
With the Wallis comparison, yeah I am not sure about this.
Meghan's goal was to be Diana 2.0, not another Wallis, who basically died forgotten and broke.

NEW YORK CITY - Once again, the city finds itself in the grip of chaos, and once again, Spider-Man is at the center of it all. But is our friendly neighborhood web-slinger truly a hero, or is he just another masked menace wreaking havoc on our streets?
"It's absurd," said Harriett McCain, resident of Queens. "Every time Spider-Man shows up, it's like a tornado hitting the city. Sure, he might stop a bad guy or two, but at what cost? The damage he causes is unreal."
Indeed, let's review the facts, shall we? Spider-Man, with his reckless disregard for public safety and property, has left a trail of destruction in his wake that rivals that of the villains he claims to fight. From toppling buildings to causing traffic accidents, Spider-Man's so-called heroics often do more harm than good.
"I was just walking down the street when Spider-Man came swinging through, knocking over lampposts and sending debris flying everywhere," said Isaiah London, witness to one of Spider-Man's recent escapades. "I barely escaped with my life. That guy's a menace."
And let's not forget the collateral damage left in his wake. How many innocent bystanders have been injured or killed as a result of Spider-Man's reckless actions? How many livelihoods have been destroyed, how many families left grieving, all in the name of his self-appointed crusade?
"He's a danger to society," said Detective Douglas Williams of the NYPD. "Sure, he might catch a few criminals here and there, but at what cost? We can't have someone running around playing superhero without any oversight or accountability."
But perhaps most concerning of all is Spider-Man's blatant disregard for authority and the rule of law. He operates outside the jurisdiction of law enforcement, answering only to his own skewed sense of justice. Who gave him the right to play judge, jury and executioner?
"It's vigilante justice, plain and simple," said District Attorney Mya López. "Spider-Man may think he's above the law, but no one is. We will not tolerate this kind of lawlessness in our city."
It's time for the citizens of New York to wake up and see Spider-Man for what he truly is: a dangerous vigilante who poses a threat to public safety and the rule of law. The time has come for us to demand accountability from this masked menace and put an end to his reign of terror once and for all.

@fairyprince7 here is all the shit Apollo Justice has went through in the ace attorney series:
- loses his biological dad in a fire that was actually secretly an assassination attempt cover up thing to make it look like this guy killed his wife who was the queen of the country (also here is him reaching out to baby Apollo before he dies)
- loses his mom because she thought he was dead from the fire along with her husband, so she remarries but then LOSES HER MEMORY after a fatal accident which leaves her unable to remember both her son and daughter when she meets them again later as an amnesiac so Apollo and Trucy are still not aware they’re siblings
look how pretty she looks btw
- gets adopted by the guy previously mentioned above (his name is Dhurke) who goes into hiding and becomes a revolutionary, but is quickly sent back to his home country of AMERICA because his father figure thought it would be too dangerous for him to live in a country going through a war rn, so Apollo waits for him to return but he never comes back and is like :( (little did he know that the next time he meets Dhurke again he’s already fucking dead ✨)
- his foster brother meets him again like years later in court and denies his past with him (because of a bunch of things ultimately it’s guilt but yeah) so he is forced to deal with his foster brother repeatedly throwing beads at him in court and telling him that he would be a stink bug in his next life
- his mentor (Kristoph) betrays him essentially and Apollo is really affected by this because he finds out that his mentor is a really shitty dude and this goes on to affecting him as an attorney in the next game, he also gets pretty shocked when he sees the guy he admired (Phoenix) as a defendant in court for murder
- loses his best friend (this guy here his name is Clay)
because of an assassin who was like going around a space center kinda just killing people for no reason iirc??? 😭 and then this sets off a whole thing where Athena gets blamed for his death and Apollo goes all angsty and is like “I’m taking a leave of absence rn I can’t be an attorney because I’m convinced my other friend has killed my best friend and I’m completely disillusioned with the entire justice system rn”
and this is when Kristoph’s lingering ideals come into play because Kristoph believed that “evidence was everything” in court and Apollo believes that Athena killed his friend because of said false evidence that was used to frame her (and this is actually a really cool thing but Apollo in game makes the same pose and says the same lines as Kristoph does in the previous game and it really alludes to how much impact he had as a mentor on Apollo and how much control he had on his ideals as an attorney)
But yeah Apollo has been through a bunch of shit over half of this was added in one single game btw

Carole is a Second year from Heartslabyul dorm, and a cousin to Riddle
He lives in the suburbs of the Queendom of Hearts, where there is a sea nearby
His parents are attorneys. His father is a judge, and his mother is a prosecuter
Carole find he can use magic at quite a late age. But he didn't use magic that much
At his childhood, Carole was interested in Ballet. He spent his time after school at ballet lessons, and had a dream of being a professional dancer
He was preparing for entering an art school at middle school. He has prepared all his middle school years for that
However, due to an accident Carole was injured. Due to being hospitalized, he lost the chance for the entrance examination
After failing his goal he desired, Carole didn't have any idea what to do. His only option seems to just enter a normal school, until he got the admission letter from NRC
He was a little scared when he went to NRC, since he doesn't know anyone. Until he saw that Riddle was there too
Since he failed going to the school he wanted, Carole started to do his best at NRC. Which includes being a good cousin
Personality
Carole has a sweet personality. He is gentle to anyone he meets, and rarely gets mad
Even if he gets angry, he doesn't express it a lot. He doesn't raise his tone or scream. He just shows a disappointed face
He always try to be nice to anyone, and rarely shows disappointment to them
He is likely the person who yield and go 'Okay, you win'. The one exception is when it comes to rules
He thinks following rules is important, since his parents told him that since a young age
He tells what shoudn't be done, with a gentle, soothing tone
He doesn't have a villain smile, because of his personality, but he can make one as a part of acting
Mostly he stays positive and upbeat.
Before Riddle's overblot, Carole often was daunted due to Riddle's scolding. He couldn't say anything when Riddle is angry
Of course, things got better after Chapter 1. Since then he tries telling Riddle not to go far at occasions

Carole's unique magic is 'Queen's Garden', a magic which creates a magic barrier
The magic barrier created by 'Queen's Garden' is very strong, and doesn't break by anthing that would break a normal barrier
The exception is when the barrier get attacks by an overblot. The longer it is, or the stronger it is, the barrier will be broken sometime
Carole can't control the size of the barrier. It can only be created in a cemicircle with a radius of 4m. Expansion of Contraction is impossible
The barrier can't be moved either
Also, the barrier can only be created around Carole, with him at the center. Therefor when Carlole has to protect someone, he has to rush to that person
When the magic barrier is created in the air, the barrier is created as an orb with a radius of 4m.
Trivia
Carole is twisted from the King of Hearts, from Alice in Wonderland
His full name is 'Carolus Whitherte'. However, people rarely call him as 'Carolus'
He always wear a hat and a coat, except when the weather is really hot. This is because he really hates the cold, and is easy to catch a cold
Riddle once told Carole to take them off, and resulted him having a cold for a week. Eventually Riddle allowed the coat and hat, if Carole is wearing his uniform properly inside
He doesn't wear the coat at physical education subjects or alchemy class, but still wears his hat on those classes too
The only time he doesn't wear them is when he's wearing his dorm outfit
Despite his cute appearance, Carole is quite physically strong. He can hold Riddle with his two arms without any difficulty
Carole likes cute and pretty, and he adapts it in his dancing. He thinks it fits him well and doesn't see it's weird
The reason Carole is in the Science Club is because Riddle recommended it. He said Carole should be in a club that will be educational
Carole has candy in his pocket all day. He buys a bulk of candy every week at the Mystery Shop
However, Carole actually eats 4~5 candy every week. Most is to give them to others.
He hands candy to anyone, mostly students from Heartslabyul and his friends. The one who took many candy from Carole is Floyd

— Edgar was born on 4th April 1973 at 12:09am and is the youngest of two sons born to Ryan Francisco, a neurosurgeon, and his wife Isabel, a court stenographer. His brother Rico is older than him by 4 years and they were both taught to speak fluent Spanish by both of their parents. They lived in Queens.
— Edgar’s first love was baseball. He always played with his brother in their yard and their local park, often spending hours watching it on TV too. Their father took them to their first game when Edgar was seven and it remains to be his favourite memory. He also loves espionage novels and enjoys his downtime by reading them with tea and cookies.
— He grew up happy, although his father spent a lot of time out of the house due to his demanding job. Edgar looked up to Ryan, admiring his ambition, skill, compassion, and for a very brief time Edgar wanted to be a surgeon too (only after wanting to be a zookeeper, a scuba diver, a professional baseball player, and an astronaut, though). He was also close to his brother and mother: they would go on days out into the city together and spend time reading in the evenings amongst other things. This was when his love of literature began.
— Unlike his brother, Edgar was ambitious and always wanted to be challenged, especially at school. He was influenced by his mother and became interested in law because of her. He wanted to be the most successful prosecutor in NYC, so ensured that he studied hard to get through high school to focus solely on learning the law and making his parents proud. Meanwhile, Rico was getting into trouble with his teachers and also with the authorities. He’d been involved in the wrong crowds, getting involved in thefts and drug dealing, and brought shame to their parents. At the age of 19, Rico eventually left home in the dead of night and left a note to Edgar saying how sorry he was and that he’d be okay on his own. They wouldn’t see each other for another seven years and that meeting was a very brief one in the Christmas shopping crowds of lower Manhattan.
— Edgar graduated from Harvard at the top of his class. He had a four year long feud with a fellow student named Thomas and had vowed to beat him into getting top scores. They ended up being best friends and whilst Thomas ended up moving to Washington DC, they stayed in contact and see each other around the holidays.
— Edgar moved back home after graduating and after spending a couple of months helping his parents renovate their house he completed a strict study regime for his bar review before passing the bar exam first try. He then got his first job at the Queens District Attorney’s office as a clerk before working his way up to ADA. At the age of 32, he transferred from Queens to Manhattan, upping his workload and moving into a city apartment and has been there ever since. He still visits his parents often, though.
— He became an inadvertent affiliate of The Syndicate when he helped out his brother in certain dodgy dealings and in turn met Anaïs, who he tried not fall for but he did (and did so hard even if he won't admit it out loud to anyone other than Anaïs herself). In what little spare time he has, Edgar works for her father- Syndicate leader Petros, who made him realise that his talents could be put to good use in the world of crime with great rewards.
— Although ambitious and wanting to be a District Attorney (and even Attorney General), Edgar has been very comfortable in his ADA career and despite his experience he thinks he still has a way to go (little does he know that it’s just the self-doubt talking). He understands that it involves a lot of power and responsibility and doesn’t want to be watched too closely by government officials or the public considering his ties to crime.

— OLDER BROTHER: Rico (or name UTP) is almost four years older than Edgar and has been involved in crime since his mid-teens. He’s an efficient thief and has evaded arrest on countless occasions. The two were very close when they were younger, but as soon as Rico left home things changed drastically and now that Edgar is lowkey involved in The Syndicate I’m also up to discussing anything in regards to how that might have changed their relationship (maybe it brought them back together or maybe there’s still a wedge between them)!
