#so on top of my usual chronic pain bs I fell down the stairs last week and bashed the side of my back that isn't in horrific pain every day#and have been in bits since#like i can barely walk most days but this is somehow even worse#i am still in horrendeous pain and it's my sister's bachelorette party this weekend where i am chief bridesmaid and expected to organise a#lot of it#AND now i think i'm getting my period ๐ which is always apocalyptically awful like renders me bedbound a week out of the month#not only that but we're travelling 2+ hours away for the party it's taking place over the entire weekend#plus we're in the middle of a heatwave which is only making things worse#i really just feel like going back to bed and saying fuck everyone and everything ๐
