Fun Fact

The word Gomobara, come from the sentence, ゴムのバラ (Gomu no bara), which means "Rubber Rose", which comes from the world "Rubbehose", which resembles what them being based on 1930s Rubberhose cartoons, and Rose because of the plant they're based on.

This is the twins redesign for their spinoff project "The Mayeflowe Twins"

it's the twins Violet and Rosie in their slice of life fantasy world and how to spend the life's there with no sights of any danger, a normal day there... yep.

This is Violet (むらさき Murasaki).

A Kindly hearted, sophisticated, and sassy flower lady that enjoys being the center of attention.

She really likes to caring herself at times, but she’s always cares for other especially for a helping hand, even if that’s her twin sister Rosie, which she cares for a lot. She’s also likes to charm and taking care of any creature in any shape or form; she’s acts more of a mother figure to them.

She also tends to get angry at times, though unlike her sister, she calms down at times. Including times when it is sometimes too much! She was born in the Emerald Sekai in the Sozo Realm (Sozo is “imagination” in Japanese, so it’s also called the realm of imagination), with her Sister Rosie on May 5th, though unlike her, Via was born at 4AM, meanwhile her sister was born at 4PM. They pretty stick to together when they go anywhere at most times, though they sometimes do they’re own thing.

This is Rosie (アクヒナ Akuhina).

An energetic, optimistic, and outgoing “La dee daa” flower girl who likes to have fun and make new friends.

Like her sister Violet, they look, play, and act familiar. Though unlike Via, Rose more extraverted and sportier. She also really cares for everyone more than herself at times and can be clumsy sometimes.At other times she sometimes can go crazy and act out of hand or aggressive. While Violet likes to befriends with every creature outside of there world, Rosie on the other hand can sometimes get afraid of them at times. Twinkle Nora Rock Me! Laserdisc(1985) . . Twinkle Nora Rock Me, the anime quoted to be “the worst anime of all time” and understandably I can see why it got that title. The animation is super super low budget, with from what I read somewhere the frame rate was as low as two frames per second in some scenes, which is just sad. Basically there’s no in between work which makes it so choppy which made a bit of a meme-able anime especially with the infamous dance scene, lol. I saw somewhere saying the probably overspent on the audio/music and ran out of funds to pay for the in between animation which if true is so unfortunate, and actually the LP is longer than the actual OVA runtime! The soundtrack isn’t that bad either! You can listen to it YouTube. And in fact you can watch the ova there as well! Another aspect that labels this as the worst anime would be the general writing of it. You have Nora Scholar as the main protagonist who now a bounty hunter but this times she’s has psychic powers? Which she apparently gets in the manga? (Also the manga itself is a whole level of weirdness.) Anyways her job is to catch a notorious bad guy, a few fight scenes here and there and the some dance scenes at the end and that’s pretty much it lol! Go watch it for yourself and be the judge! . . I’ve actually become fond of Satomi Mikuriya’s artwork! I think his style was bit ahead of his time with others like Buichu Terasawa or Ryochi Ikegami and others where the style was on the border of realistic and cartoonish! So I brought the LD with the Nora manga together! The price was pretty decent as well!
