So, moving forward with weight loss, I defo wanna get a scale. I'm gonna try to buy one tonite, as I have the money for it (just gotta hope my mum dont find it).
Then I'm gonna weigh in everyday, and record what I find in a notebook, so I can see when I losing weight, when I'm not, and cross reference with My Fitness Pal to see what foods I was eating n how may calories, etc.
Because I'm gonna restrict to 500, it will hopefully get easier for me to fast. Within a fortnight of me only eating 500, I will introduce #starvingsunday. I.e basically start fasting one day a week.
I'm gonna try and keep it up for as long as I can and then once I hit my ugw and I am happy with how I look, start eating more, and maintaining.
Hopefully, I will be able to stay motivated via tumblr, scale, whatever. I dont have a lot of time to work out, but I am on the lookout for some to spead up the process a little, and build muscle over the coming months.
I dont know if it's that healthy or If I should up to 600 (1/3 of my recommended average I think), but i would love some thoughts :) Feel free to DM me if you have anything to add!

what i ate in a day ,,, yesterday may 21st
430 cals ,,, which is good because i'm trying to stay under 700 this week...
i did eat a whole pack of dried seaweed though (((only 30 cals))) ,,, but that was better than binging on gross unhealthy food ,,, so at least it was low cal
sadly i didn't exercise today ,,,
i was soooo hungry but just went to sleep to make sure i didn't binge
i'm really upset that i'm probably going to have to go out and eat alot on the 22nd ,,, for a "birthday dinner" ,,, even though it's not till the 24th

But I’m back! I’ll be on and off because I’m getting a job
But I will be posting (pescatarian) recipes since my family is cutting off mammal meat (we’re clearing out our freezer of meats we have so we don’t waste) so i might not post a lot of dinner recipes but except some easy breakfast recipes!! Plus I’ll probably doing some fasts and tracking that
But I have maintained weight of 149lbs since I’ve been gone so that’s nice! Kinda
Anyways Imma head to bed!
