5x01: Sam and Dean stand outside, alone at night. Dean shakes his head while telling Sam, “I just don't... I don't think that we can ever be what we were. Y'know?” Sam is looking down away from him, nodding slightly. Dean finishes by saying, “I just don't think I can trust you.”

7x21: Sam and Castiel sit in a warded cabin. Sam looks slightly up at him to say, “I know that you never did anything but try to help. I realize that, Cas.” Castiel turns back to him as he says, “And I'm grateful. We're all grateful. And we're gonna help you get better, no matter what it takes.”

5x18: In the panic room, Sam stands looking at Dean, near tears, saying, “So you're saying I'm not strong enough?” Dean is leaning against a table and looks up at him saying, “You're angry. You're self-righteous. Lucifer's gonna wear you to the prom, man. It's only a matter of time.” Sam shakes his head saying, “Don't say that to me.”

11x13: Sam sits against a table talking to Dean in a motel room. He says, “She's the sister of God, and for some reason she picked you.” Dean shifts, looking away at first while Sam finishes, “And that sucks. But if you think I'm gonna blame you or judge you... I'm not.”

7x01: Dean stands in the garage with Bobby, talking about Sam, not knowing that he is just outside. Dean tells Bobby, “Just... Just this one thing, you know?” Then he pauses for a moment before shaking his head to say, “but I'm not dumb. I'm not gonna get my hopes up just to get kicked in the daddy-pills again.”

12x03: Dean and Sam stand beside a burning grave, as Dean says, turning away from Sam, “Can we for once just not turn everything into a problem? Can we for once just have one good thing?” Sam says, “Mom's not a thing.” Dean says, “Okay” defensively, but Sam continues, “Look I'm happy too, Dean. I am. I'm overjoyed. But... there's something about her. I mean, something's going on with her.”

4x21: Sam is in the panic room, looking into a mirror. He sees black veins spreading across his skin and yells, “Guys! Help!” The scene changes to Dean upstairs listening to Sam begging from the basement, his voice muffled. He is saying “Bobby! Dean! Help! Hey, hey! Guys! Guys! Help, Dean!” Dean grinds his teeth.

12x16: Claire lays horizontal on a couch as she writhes in pain from the potential werewolf cure, growling and whimpering. Sam sits on a low table near her, Dean and Mick standing slightly farther away. Dean cannot watch any longer and says, “Gonna get some air.” He gets up from his chair to leave the room. Sam looks back down at her, looking distressed.

4x21: Sam and Dean stand in a hotel room. Sam's eyes are watery as he quietly snarls, “No. Say it.” Dean reluctantly accuses him, saying, “It means you're a monster.”

13x03: Sam and Jack stand in the study. Sam looks emotional as he calmly assures him, “My family helped me through that. So now I want to help you. Because you're not evil, Jack.”
