so, bones ended when i was still in school and struggling with a short attention span, as well as the fact that it wasn't on any of the streaming services i had.

point here being: i was told that brennan was blown up in the series finale. (for some reason i assumed she was in a warehouse when it happened, off investigating on her own.)

i was told this in 2017.

since then i have never finished the series because i really didn't want to see my role model from when i was a child brutally killed in an explosion and watch her family and friends grieve her.

i have now learned that not only does she not die, it's the jeffersonian that blows up?? hello?? what??

this is simultaneously extremely relieving and super fucking disorienting.

the way stuck in the middle with you starts with a stranger woman flirting with cas who is not interested and ends with cas desperately telling dean he loves him. the way cas doesn't want someone else but thinks he can't have dean. yeh they really went off with that episode title he sure is stuck in the middle with you dean bc he wouldn't want to be anywhere else he'll take your friendship and the family status over nothing of course he will

Cas should have been shirtless in 12x12 while he was dying and making his tearful deathbed goodbye speech, and I will die on that hill. I’m just remembering the behind the scenes photo of that ep where misha’s shirtless. I mean, the make up department even put the Enochian tattoo on him and we didn’t even get to see it. It would have added to the vulnerability of the scene, because Cas is putting himself out there and saying “I love you,” for the first time in his existence. He’s emotionally naked; would have been cool to have a visual representation of that.

Anyway, if Jeremy Carver had been around at that point he would have had Cas take his shirt off.
